The night staff, in particular, were amazing. The manager waited till almost midnight to check us in and even helped us order food from a local takeaway. He was super informative and helpful. They offered insightful tips and advice to ensure we had an amazing time. They couldn't have been more friendly or helpful. The swimming pool was used daily by the children, and the staff even kept it open longer when we had been out and my children wanted to swim in the evening! The whole facility is kept in immaculate condition. There are cute cats that would visit us daily and were a highlight for my children. The 3 bedroom villa was perfect for my family. Everything worked as it should and the A/C in every room was perfect. I would definitely return.

It’s a really nice property good value for money we really enjoy it. Very friendly staff. Beautifully maintained around with really nice pool. We did spend quality time as a family of five. Would recommend it

It’s just a suggestion to make a more comfortable to update lounge area as it was five of us but only space for 3 adults to seat. Also it was no space to eat inside as we had breakfast bar with only 3 spaces. It could be better if they get rid of that breakfast bar and put normal dining table and chairs. Apart from that all good.

We had a very big group in two villas and a suite. The personnel was nice, trying their best to meet customers' experience. Well, in our case they managed to exceed it. We cooked several dishes ourselves, all the necessary utensils and equipment were available. You can also do your laundry. The Kadriye beach is not far away (2 km) as is Land of the Legends (15 minutes walk). İt might be worthwhile to rent a car to see other places in the Antalya region. I would highly recommend this for those, especially families, looking for something beyond all-inclusive hotels.

It's my second time and I would choose it again.. Very well illiminated , super ventilated. The living room + kitchen area is large and spacious, comfortable. Neat and clean apartment. The kitchen has all the necessary elements for cook. The towels smell good. I love the peace, the calm, the tranquility, the trees, everything green that surrounds the place. The wifi works very well in all places. Air conditioning in the living room and bedroom . Spacious balcony. Location, and transport: About 3 km of Belek Center ( down town) . The main avenue at 400 meters. ( called Turizm Cd) . The Market " Migros" and market "BIM " about 400 mt. Shoping The Leyends about 600 mt. Bus Stop in the main avenue is about 500 mt. If you want to go to Antalya , take the bus " BA 22" in the main avenue to " Meydan" is about 45minutes, 52 LT (Liras Turkish) , when finish the bus in " Meydan " change with the tram T1A or T1B. the name of station is Meydan If you came from Serik main bus terminar " Otorgar " to go Belek, take BA 20, is about 25 minutes, and 30 LT. ( liras turkish , price in October 2023) . If you came from Otogar Antalya to Vistas Villas , have 2 ways: T1A or T1B + BA 22 ór SA 19 to Serik Otorgar + BA20. Suggestion: microwave is necessary. Table and chair inside the apartment, because the cats bother me when I eat, because there is only a table and chairs on the balcony. The first floor is better, because on the ground floor the cats enter the apartment, and when they are on the balcony eating they all come to disturb

The villas were great and my suite was awesome..nice spacious area with the view of a beautiful pool..whatelse could i wish for☺️ Staff was very helpful and efficient.. Stayed there for a week and had a wonderful time,🙏💗 Thanks to Ismail who made sure that everything is looked after properly and his hardworking nature and commitment to his job is praiseworthy.. It is a compound of multiple villas next to each other. The surrounding garden and atmosphere is very beautiful and nice. The cats are very friendly and cute. There are some nearby shops around 500 meters away, so you might need a car if you don't like to walk. I believe if they convert one of the small villas into a restaurant for the compound residents that will be more beneficial and will attract more tourists in the future. The host, Mr. Ismail is very kind and friendly, and he speaks English very well.

The swimming pool is not heated so it is very cold in the winter, so you can not swim.

Very peaceful area no noise of traffic or anything else, good spacious suite, good size swimming pool for adults and a small pool for children under 5 yras old, very close to the land of legends and local kadriye beach. I have only one suggestion for managemnet that people might need bit of more lightning around the villas, they have enough lights but due to loads of trees etc area is not well lit up, i am young and had no problem but some elderly people might think lighting is not enough around the villas ( this is just a suggestion and not bad review or anything)

I didnt see any takeaways or restaurant close to villa, there might be some food places available but i did not see them and again this is not a bad review as property has got nothing to do with it.

We stayed at Vista Villas for a month. It’s the perfect location for families with kids. July was a little less busy than August. A car is essential to get around. The suites and villas have everything you need for a long stay, and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. There are a lot of cute cats and kittens around the property. Please continue to take good care of them!

They staff were really nice and friendly. An issue happened while we stayed which was out of their hands but they went out of their way to help us out and even upgraded us for the inconvenience.

Not really to do with the villa but I wish there were more pavements around to walk because we did have to walk on the road for a bit

The place was really clean. Facilities were great. The room was big for 2 people. We felt right at home. The staff was very accommodating. We arrived at 1am due to our delayed flight but they waited up for us to check in. Upon check out, they agreed for us to leave our bags in reception since our flight was scheduled at 9pm. We were able to tour the place with the remaining time we had in Antalya. The land of legends is very close the accommodation - around 5mins from hotel by taxi, 20mins walk. Kadriye beach was less than 5mins by taxi as well. There were a few restaurants near the place if you would want to eat out, or you can just order to deliver. What a great stay!
