Super facility, beautiful and very clean! Nice hotel room which was also very clean. Food was the best all inclusive we had so far. If I could rate, I would give a 4 out of 5. Huge selection, we could always find something tasty. Great pools and activities. Very nice animators!

The drinks… The coke/fanta often had no bubbles. The fruit juice had no/low fruit content. The waiters at the breakfast/lunch/dinner were very unfriendly. Unfortunately you have to order the drinks and it felt that they were giving a favor by bringing you what you ordered. Sometimes making a face as well. They were very slow asking for our orders and taking the unused plates/clean the tables even when it was not busy at all. Cats around the place… Smoking!!! I understand that there are smokers, but there were areas like the children’s pools where it was not allowed to smoke, yet many (!) adults were smoking and no staff was there to remind them of the rules. I reported it 2 times but there was no follow up on that even though I was promised to have someone walking around…

Staff on the pool bar need help. Everytime was long waiting for drinks. It needs minimum 3 or 4 staff at pool bar... Every day was very noisy evening music at main place. I understand, that was entertainment for people, but it was very noisy - if you want speak with somebody, you have to go outside enetrtainment place... I thnink, that disco party can be3 or 4 times per week, no every day...

Most of the things! The food was superb, the resort was very clean. It has several different types of saunas (steam room, finnish, bio sauna, salt room) - all free to use. Also, a spacious and well-equipped fitness center. The beach is sandy, wide and well-maintained. The entrance into the sea is quite shallow - you can walk almost all the way to the buoys - perfect for kids.

We didn’t use the kids club, and outside of it there are not too many kid-focused activities.

The food was excellent, the property was well maintained and clean, and the staff were great.

It was very noisy. From (8 pm until 12 am) it was always loud music everywhere. The beds could be better in terms of size and comfort.

We spent amazing week at the Magic Life Masmavi hotel. The level of service there is expectational. Staff, food, cleanliness, animations, service were all amazing. We will be happy to come back to this hotel with our family once again. Thank you <3

To be honest. We enjoyed every single aspect. Only little thing that we were missing was that the animation team didn't have a member of the team that spoke polish so that we could leave our daughter with them but that doesn't affect our amazing experience with the hotel.

We booked a lagoon room and were upgarded to family lagoon. The room was very spacious with comfortable beds, 2 seperate rooms and 2 WC. It was directly facing the breakfast and buffet building so the location was perfect, in the center of the resort and close to everything. The staff were nice and seeking to help. Entertainment was great: we had a silent disco night, another silent movie beach night with pop corn, and one or 2 fantastic dancing shows. We were traveling with kids of different ages, everyone had something to do with different activities ( banana boat, archery, pool games). As adults we also enjoyed the activities(Yoga, watercycling....). We also enjoyed an ice pool party and a beach foam party , both very fun. The resort has many pools, maybe 10 pools, includine one with slides. You don't feel that the place is crowded. The beach is clean with warm water. The food was amazing, the all-inclusive is very practical with kids. The main restaurant serves buffets for the 3 meals and it was really a huge buffet with lot of varieties. There is also another 24-h snack restaurant where we were able to grab some sandwishes and salads our first night ( we arrived around midnight).

The floor is slippery, so we had to be very very careful. The spa is not very nice, it lacks the spa mood (music, scent...). I did a reflexology, the lady was good but the door was open with noise and people talking outside, so you don't really enjoy it, and it is not cheap.

What we really liked were the following points: * Very clean: Both the rooms and the hotel's entire complex were spotless. * Very friendly and competent staff: For example, Cumali, the waiter in the restaurant, was exceptional, and the cleaning staff were very kind. * Excellent food quality and variety: There were some standard dishes, along with new meal options every day. * Proximity to the beach. * Very good water slides for both children and adults. * Daily changing evening entertainment programs. * Numerous warning signs (e.g., "Caution: slippery surface"), which indicates a structured approach. * Cats on the premises (great for kids!). * Our complaints were quickly addressed and resolved.

What we didn't like were the following points: * Because the walls of the rooms in the main building above the fitness room (family rooms) are thin, you could hear the neighbors as soon as they got a bit louder. In the room facing the hallway, you could hear almost every sound happening in the hallway. So, if you're an early sleeper, you'll hear people talking, shouting, and running until 10 PM. This was despite a sign being put up in the hallway asking people to be quieter. * Not directly a negative point, but it's possible that because the evening programs run a bit longer, you can't avoid the noise. However, this is normal in an all-inclusive hotel.

The cuisine is just perfect, better than in any other hotel or restaurant in Turkey (except maybe other Tui hotels). Many sport activities, very good trainers from all the world.

In Flavor restaurant which is a la carte and supposed to be better than the main one, the service was incredibly long, the place was too loud and we didn't like it at all. When a guest service representative came to ask us about our feedback, we shared this but he just smiled. The main restaurant is much better in service.

The hotel itself is a paradise — lush gardens, clean pools, and a pristine beach that feels like a dream. The facilities are top-notch and there’s something for every member of the family. It’s the perfect blend of relaxation and activity, giving us the best of both worlds. Magic Life Masmavi didn’t just meet our expectations — it blew them out of the water. We’ve stayed at many resorts before, but this one stands out because of the genuine care, joy, and hospitality we experienced every single day.

We were surprised - starting from a very pleasant stuff, they offered early check-in and late check-out, they were very helpful with car rent and other facilities! The territory is clean and green! They really take care of it every day, lots of flowers and clean beach near the hotel. We compare with other hotels, of course. Here, the price and quality level exceeded our expectations. The food is fresh, and they try to arrange something different for the events. There's spa (hamam, sauna, massage) and sport activities. The internet is good. Cleaning is also OK.

If it's critical for someone - take your own toothpaste and shampoo; there's just a soap in the bathroom, but for comfortable stay it's not enough (I suppose).
