Food was very good, plenty of choices at all meals. Even between the meals you have some options. Very taste food. The beach was clean, sea water with no seaweed. Beach bar also was very good. Staff from the beach bar, pool bar, reception was very nice. Staff with activities very nice also. Rooms were clean and spacious. No need to upgrade. Resort seems to be constructed very good, very organised, clean, with a lot of Palm trees, very nice. Wi-Fi works very good, everywhere. Overall is a good value for the money you paid.

Not so many from the staff speaks English, since the resort is full of Russian people. The main restaurant is not very good organised: Groups of two people, are occupied table of 4 or 6 persons. And groups of 4 people were not finding tables. The tables don't have cutlery, and staff don't watch and don't care (all the time you have to ask them to put knife and forks on table). At the table they don't ask you what you want to drink. They clean the table very late. And there are a lot of employees. I believe it's on the lack of experience. Also, too many russians with lack of education and very rude.

It was an extraordinary vacation. Very polite staff. The hotel is in a very good location. 30 minutes from the airport. A large green area. Food is very good, varied, tasty snacks and drinks. Very good alcoholic drinks. The service is at the highest level. Beautiful sandy beach. Large clean pool. The animation is very good. Club entertainment at night. We really enjoyed this hotel. We will definitely visit you again.

The property was beautiful, the food was very good , rooms very clean

Staff didn’t speak much English, returned a hand bag we found at one of the bars to reception felt as though we were being accused rather than thanked for returning it, this was just as we we’re about to book a further 2 nights, decided to leave after this altercation made us feel very awkward, was a shame other than that it was a brilliant stay.

1. Bad Air conditions maybe because we were in the beginning of the season at the lobby especially and room 2. Wifi everywhere except in the room which is mandatory in the room than at the beach

Compared with another more expensive hotel where I stayed right after this one, everything seemed on very good level

I saw some people complaining about the accommodation, the internet is only available in public places

1.Mattress are not comfortable at all 2. Wifi absence in rooms but present everywhere even at the beach

The all inclusive benefit is awesome, They take care of you in every way possible, the rooms are huge and comfortable, the staff is polite

The A/c was not working , and they claimed that it is not working in any room as its winter, however its the first week of Nov and rooms were quite warm and humid considering we were by the Sea, and had to keep the windows open for ventilation that meant waking to more heat and direct sun at sunrise.

Huge family room with amazing sea view and huge balcony! You do have to pay bit more for this room, so do not read comments about small rooms! It is what u pay for! Family room is amazing :)

We loved it all. Nice clean rooms, huge veranda, huge pool, nice beach, entertainment every day and nite.
