Compliments to the chefs! The food variety and taste of the food were beyond expectations. A great variety of food is accessible almost every hour. A la carte restaurant is a must-try; thank Mr. Tuncay for the fantastic service at the Asian restaurant. Beach access is very convenient, and they serve drinks continuously on the beach. Waiters with roller skates deserve applause for their talent and dedication.

Transportation from and to the airport with a taxi is the least enjoyable part of the fantastic holiday. Taxi drivers are charging a lot. The cleaning service needs improvement. The volume of work seems to be overwhelming for the cleaners, which is affecting their standards of cleanliness. The volume of the music could be reduced to a level that is less audible on the beach.

I enjoyed staying at Kaya Belek with my family. The staff was helpful and solved any issue we had quickly. Rooms and entire facilities were clean and organized. I liked the quality and variety of the buffet. However, there is room to improve the drinks and bartender skills.

The hotel is located in a peaceful area and you merely hear any noises. However, the hotel decided to renovate the suites around us completely. We woke up by loud noises comes from floor changing work. They changed our suite when we asked for but it would be nice to give a notice to the guests first when a construction work is planned.

• EXCEPTIONAL service, especially from Serkan in customer relations, who went above and beyond to meet our needs. • The beach has sand mixed with small pebbles and a wide swimming zone, which was enjoyable. • Good variety of food options, including healthy fruits and vegetables. • Spacious rooms, view from the sea-view room was beautiful (see photo)

• The rooms need at least some cosmetic renovation; I expected them to be 'tired' but not to that extent (see photo) a fresh coat of paint would make a big difference. This is why I just can't rate this hotel 10, sorry. • Very loud music from the disco until 11:15 PM almost every day (mostly Russian/German old pop songs), which unfortunately affects sea-view rooms the most due to their proximity to the noise. If you like discos - you will be happy though :)

Our stay at the hotel was off-season (end of March), which we are very happy about. Since we do not like extreme heat and large crowds of people, which is typical of the summer season. The location of the hotel, the area around the hotel, and the beach at the hotel are magnificent. The staff is beyond praise. Special thanks to the girls in the SPA: you are great and true professionals. The food is delicious and varied.

There was absolutely no seafood and a small choice of fresh fruits on the menu, which is very strange for a hotel of this level. Also, the room lacked forced exhaust ventilation from the shower, and natural ventilation was not adequate.

Service was very good. Food was very nice and they made different stuff everyday. Outdoor and indoors pools were lovely too. Gym is superb. Serkan made us feel very welcome and told us where everything was in and around the resort. He kept us informed as to what programs were going on around the hotel every day. Azize also helped us book land of legends and ensured we got there the next day by contacting us. Exceptional service from the pair of them.

Guest relations wasn’t very welcoming when we went to book the in house restaurant and they acted a bit cold/tiny bit rude and didn’t look like they wanted us to book the restaurant. Laundry price is very very expensive. We washed about 8-9 items in total including about 3 underwear (small items) and we paid about €85 for this which we were billed at the end of our stay when checking out. Also there is no iron but Serkan did inform us that it’s due to health and safety reasons - every other hotel I visited have an iron though.

Beach was beautiful. Staff very kind and helpful. Food was delicious. Buffet food was better or as good as the ala carte restaurant. We were allowed to use the facilities before check in and after checkout because our flight times were outside of these hours. We were impressed we could even use the buffet which was delicious and varied. Serkan was very helpful and attentive throughout our stay.

Our room was not ready at check in. We waited 30 minutes and then they were still cleaning and stocking the minibar when we arrived. The safe was not easy to use. We contacted through booking.com prior to our arrival and often got no response. The information on the website and booking.com about their golf club is years out of date. We were not informed the golf would be closed until after we made our reservation and this was the main reason for our stay so we had to find golf elsewhere.

Great location, takes only 20-25 minutes from airport. Beach is well equipped and has sandy shore. Food variety and taste is also great, plenty of choice in the main restaurant and snack bar near the pool. You can even get drinks and ice cream whenever you want. It also provided "16+ only" zones in the restaurant and beach, which is unique and quite nice for people without children. Surprisingly, there were a lot of bathroom amenities (toothbrush, razor, etc) - our previous 5* hotel didn't include any of these things. Staff is also very friendly and ready to help at any time. Overall we really enjoyed our time here.

The room itself is good and has a lot of space for two people, but may need some renovations - furniture looks kinda old and used. Wi-fi quality is great in lobby, but not that great in other locations, though it wasn't that much of a problem.

The hotel is well managed and up to a 5 stars experience. The general manager, Mr. Serkan, makes sure your expectations are met at all times. For us, the Kids Club made a great difference with other all inclusive we have been before, Lili and Yeri made sure our son had lots of fun for couple of hours every morning, he loves going there! The restaurant has so many options, you will not get bored. The staff is friendly and nice, always ready to help. We will definitely be back.

The overpriced taxis (for example, double price to go to the airport than booking yourself a pick up service) There are some smells that could improved.
