Personal, food everything was nice

Nice clean room. Friendly and hardworking staff. Full meals package. Spa services, 3 outdoor swimming pools. Close to the beach with transfer every hour. Good quality at reasonable price.

Umut was brilliant, helped us a lot with translation and with our circumstances but was a good kind guy! basic hotel, cheap but Umut was the best 💯

We booked this hotel for going to The Land of Legends Theme Park in Balek, Antalya. The hotel is about 1.5km away from the park. We can see the hotel high in the air from most of the rides in the park. So, it was a good location for us.

It's like an abandoned place. Defo you will see it was a prestigious place once as you would see in the pictures. But, now it's not at all busy. The swimming pool and other facilities are not in use. While we stayed, it was also used for camp for the ambulance crew. So, there were a lot of paramedics and ambulances in the premises. Rooms were average, but facilities were good for us to stay a couple of days.

I liked the fact that I had a roof over top of my head. The hotel had a great location for the purpose I was traveling for , it had functioning pools.

Lot of things, it's very unfortunate when you get to pay a lot of money to stay at a hotel and things are not right. Let's start with the hotel. I genuinely think that this hotel was an amazing spot to travel 10 years ago, when they cared maybe? Currently it's ran by very minimal amount of staff and let's just say they are doing half of their work. The rooms were close to what they advertised but lots of things that were wrong. The toilets were loud and didn't work properly you had to really flush 2/3 times to get the job done. Lot's of little things were broken, the toilet door didn't close etc. The bed I slept on was broken as well as the mini fridge in my room, when I turned it on there was a massive puddle on the ground after an hour. The cleaners for the rooms did such little work .. Luckily they took the garbage out daily so we didn't have to do that ourselves, also not to mention the flies everywhere in the hotel, I mean everywhere. Let's look at the food side of things here. It was terrible considering that food is a really important part of my life. There was no love, no authenticty , no effort , no seasoning but into anything that came out. It was more like a here is food eat it or we don't care which sucks because we live in such a beautiful country with amazing flavours and to have it destroyed and advertised to tourists like this was such a shame. Overcooked pasta dredged in oil to cold food that was supposed to be warm to desserts that just tasted like simple syrup. I think if you are looking for a roof under your head, go ahead and pay 25 euros. But if you expect anything other than that, add 15 on to that and go to an actual hotel.

I really say that this hotel is not really worth it. Compared to the number of rooms, it has very little space. The elevator is hardly empty. During breakfast, it is difficult to find an empty seat or even breakfast!!! During the check-in, they charged us 20 liras more for no reason!!! Overall, I was not at all satisfied with this hotel.
