It’s incredibly cozy and refined. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, and the staff is fantastic — it truly feels like everyone enjoys their job and genuinely wants to make your stay as great as possible. One of the things I loved most was the variety of activities available: water skiing, canoeing, catamaran rides, banana boats, windsurfing, and tennis! Special thanks to the tennis coach — his sessions were friendly, motivating, and a real highlight of the trip. I’d also like to thank the animation team. They were always respectful and never pushy, yet incredibly professional and great at energizing the crowd without being intrusive. A small but memorable detail: when it started raining, the staff handed out raincoats, and during the football screening, they gave out chips — such a thoughtful and human approach to hospitality. This hotel is truly amazing, and I really hope to come back soon!

The resort is fantastic, great staff (Yakup and Irema especially) , great food, amazing atmosphere. No hidden fees, the buffet is top quality, the a la carte is also very generous and you get 1 free dinner in 3 of the a la cartes. Will definitely come back again. The gardens are wonderful as well not to mention the coffee shop and bars.

Nothing to hate, but I would suggest having one deep pool. All the pools are around 1.40m, having one that is close to 2 meters would be a very good idea. But everything is perfect and I would recommend the visit. One of the best all inclusive resorts I've been to.

Kids pool was great

Beds were small for 2 adults, I got a room.on the top floor with my 2 year old toddler and being heavily pregnant although requesting on the lower levels. Didn't like that slides were closed during lunch time. The special restaurant served the same stuff as the buffet. In the main restaurant we're many flies and it was very hot. Juices are full of sugar and not real fruit juice. Everyone is reserving sunbeds early in the morning so tough to get one.

Not enough choice in the restaurant, uncomfortable system of presentation the dishes (waiting behind the glass when the staff will pay attention to you…) Bur there always was very good choice of salads and fruits. but staff was perfect! I’d recommend to expand the variety of kid’s menu, add simple chicken soup with pasta for the lunch, also just boiled vegetables like broccoli or something like this… dietary meatballs,… but thank you for the several kinds of porridge for the breakfast, appreciate a lot.

The most thing I like is how they treat my son, who is gluten-allergic, from the 1st day the guest service team introduced me to the head of chifes Mr.Haluk who was preparing a gluten free food for my kid for every meal during our stay. he was making it by himself and bring it to our table. it was somthing amazing.

The well thought programs, innovative activities and entertainment, well trained staff, there is something for everyone

No enough diversity in nationalities and the sense that the people are trained and the place is oriented and focused on a specific nationality more than others

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The food was of good quality, and the facilities were well-maintained. The entertainment was excellent, with a great variety including theatre performances, kids' shows, interactive games, and activities like the trampoline — all of which kept the children engaged and happy mainly in the evening.

i would suggest offering more entertainment options for children during the day to enhance the family experience. Additionally, the response time for room service and housekeeping needs improvement, as it currently takes long. It would also be beneficial for the hotel to stock basic emergency medications such as paracetamol, even if only available for purchase, to better support guest needs in urgent situations.

We came from the U.S., and this was our first Turkish all-inclusive — I chose this place for my kids, and it turned out unforgettable. The resort is vibrant, clean, and full of activities. My son loved the unlimited ice cream, waterslides, banana rides, archery, kids’ club, and even open-air cinema. Evening shows were fantastic (especially a Colombian dance troupe). Staff were warm and efficient, and the food was just amazing — grilled meats, desserts, coffee bar, snacks any time of day. I usually travel on a budget, but this time I treated myself — and I’m so glad I did.

The hotel had everything you could possibly need. The room was excellent – everything was new, clean, and well designed. The food was delicious and varied, with plenty of options available at every meal. There were also themed dinner nights:Turkish, seafood. The hotel territory is large, green, and incredibly well maintained. There are many flowers and trees, and the air smells amazing. You feel yourself in botanical garden. We even saw hedgehogs running around at night – it’s a very peaceful and beautiful place. All the public showers and toilets on the property were clean, and the waterpark was spotless as well. The sunbeds and towels were fresh and stain-free. The beach is absolutely amazing – it has a Blue Flag, plenty of sunbeds, and lots of natural shade, so there’s no need to reserve spots or move beds around to avoid the sun. Water pressure throughout the resort, including in the rooms, was consistently strong – no drainage issues, which is rare for resorts. A huge bonus was the range of free water sports: banana boat, water skiing, canoeing, and windsurfing. The water sports team was super supportive , I even managed to stand up on water skis! Please consider leaving them tips – they truly deserve it. There were also tennis and archery classes available, although we didn’t try them. The kids’ club accepts children from 3 years old, though our little one didn’t want to stay. For kids aged 6–12, there was a separate group that my daughter really enjoyed. Oscar from the kids’ club was especially responsible and attentive – he knows all the children by name, asks questions about them, and makes sure every child is safely picked up. The girls working in the club could be a bit more engaging and proactive with the children.

We rested in hot season in the end of July so dinners were stressful, if you are coming after 19:00 it’s hard to find table and it’s very crowded. In the bar good was only beer. In the wunderbar sometimes you could get a good cocktail, depends on barmen. Kazakh lady made us really nice ones. But mostly there were very diluted, like water. But you can get really good champagne in the restaurant during dinner. There are no fresh juices. First days we couldn’t figure out about the app and that there is all info you need, so make sure you actually download it. It has daily program and you can book activities there. The ac in the room doesn’t have proper auto mode, so you need to switch it on and off manually.

If you’re hesitating to book this hotel — don’t. I’m telling you, book it right now! What can I say about this hotel? It’s simply perfect. It’s family-friendly, and the staff is absolutely lovely. Everything is spot-on, down to the smallest detail. The reception will take your breath away the moment you walk in — elegant, welcoming, and beautifully designed. The food is amazing, with a great variety and fun themed nights that keep every meal exciting. The place is absolutely wonderful, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated — everything you could ask for. There’s also plenty of entertainment for all ages. If you want to make unforgettable memories with your kids, go ahead and book it. What impressed me the most was the accessibility for people with disabilities. It’s clear that great care was taken to make the hotel inclusive and comfortable for everyone. I’ll be coming back to this hotel for the next 10 years, and I know I’ll never get bored.

1. Kids’ Slide Pool: It would be wonderful to incorporate some transparent sections in the slides. This would make it easier for parents and kids to see which slide they are on, adding an element of fun while also enhancing safety. 2. Amphitheater for Shows: Consider extending the amphitheater stage area to provide more space for actors and performers. This improvement would allow for larger, more dynamic performances and an overall better experience for the audience.
