The hotel is beautifully situated and beautifully structured . Just the entrance is like going into a palace. We'll designed reception area with waiters to welcome you in with a grace of campaign or freshly made fruit juice. Booking in is fast and smooth. The staff are wonderful. , you are treated like a king or queen, with smiley faces, very polite and ready to serve you. There is a lot to eat and drink, entertainment is great. There is a beautiful nightclub to wind time as well, and enjoy the night.. The rooms, bedding, toiletries, etc. are high quality.

The furniture in the sitting areas would require some refurbishment as they are all getting worn out. But they are all of high quality

Family of 5 from UK. We had a great time here. From when we arrived, served drinks and we had a speed check in. We were allocated our guest assistant for the duration of our stay Sabrina and also a dedicated WhatsApp group that Sabrina and Aziz were on and available to deal with our requests all the way. The reception staff Nur and Iryna were also polite and welcoming. Food was really good, different variety, and fresh and good healthy meals available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only ate in buffet and bistro. All. Dining staff were at our service, taking our plates and bringing drinks. The swimming pools were big and clean. So many pools. We also had pool access to our duplex room. The spa smelt so nice and was relaxing. We had a Turkish Hamamm bath and massage. Ildar at the spa attended to us and gave us good package deal. Sophia and her team were also polite and welcoming. We had Cetim and Kasim as our bath and massage team and they did a fantastic job. We left feeling very refreshed and body clean and relaxed. All the staff we met where friendly and attentive and always ready to help We would like to visit again. Thank you :)

No one's fault just a note - Disabled air-conditioning for winter time. Central heating all through. Some of us like the cold and air conditioning. It was hot for us. Will be nice to have a choice on air-conditioning temperature in some rooms so we can book into that room

Maybe the a la carte restaurants could be better. It felt very rushed and the selection was small.

Weather, building design, 24-hour service, and hard-working staff, they were doing their best although there was language barrier. Hussein, as reception assistant and Zeinap as lobby hostess, were very welcoming.

The hotel is very big, needs a lot of effort to keep it as it is, staff were very busy and sometimes tired, we were located in villas so for every coming to hotel we needed to call and request for transport. I preferred to be located in the main building. Staff were very helpful but most of them didn't know any english!!!! Hotel should provide english classes at least for most common hoteling conversations for them!!! There was no tea or coffee maker in the room! Otherwise, everything was nice.

The hotel is extremely beautiful, all the decorations really feel like in a palace. we visit it in February, although we cannot have much the outside pool activities, stay in the hotel like visiting a places, even take a walk to the private beach was a lovely trip. The Kid club has lot of fun for the baby, all the staffs there are very friendly. The staffs are very helpful and passion about their work. All the people we met are trying best to help us and made such a big impression to stay here. The food was great on the buffet restaurant and 24hrs one as well. Plus we had meal at beef grill which was fantastic with the food, value of the money compared to London, and again with the brilliant staffs make the experiences memorable. Recommend to everyone!

The moment you enter, it's as if you have entered a world of opulence, extravagant, and exceptional quality the hotel has a regal and old-world charm that blends the use of wood, marble and gold. To say the lobby is grand is an understatement as is every bit of this hotel yet, when you explore the facilities you will never feel claustrophobic, hurried or finding yourself in a crowd, the grounds are spectacular from front facade and entrance to the 4 acre swimming pool, the staff were beyond amazing, always attentive happy and swift and never intrusive they couldn't be more helpful everyone from the valet, concierge and waiting staff...which they have many..!! Every person and choice of drink is catered for...want a redbull at 11pm? no problem head to the lobby and sit in the gloriously furnished seating with grand piano where you can find a patisserie with whatever your heart and stomach desires my favourites were the san Sebastian cheesecake, creme brulee, and éclairs with caramel..all made in house of course.!...I haven't even got to the good bit yet...we were lucky to be upgraded to a duplex with jacuzzi and sea view so all of our family could stay together and early checkin was no issue (Thank you to the most beautiful and hospitable host faryar)..and finally the food ...WOW the food....my daughter has a dairy allergy. The head chef would literally have food prepared JUST for her and made sure we all her requests were granted it really was like rubbing the genie lamp but we had more than just three wishes.....I only had one wish and that was to go back over and over and over again....thank you for memories ....AS

Very attentive service, clean and incredible interior and decor of the whole hotel and room. Amazing room - we stayed in the deluxe room. It has jaquzzi bath as well as a powerful shower. Lots of places to drink and eat on site. Great facilities including indoor pool, outdoor pool, beach area with sun loungers, bowling, lounge area for drinks, lobby area to sit, shops etc.

With such a huge variety of food, it is difficult to get everything to a high standard. Personally I felt some of the hot food quality could be slightly better tastewise and also the pastries too. Some pastries I tried were not to my taste (croissants, cheesecake etc). Also we told the hotel before hand that we were coming here for a special occasion, but nothing special was done during our stay. The games room is amazing, but a handful of the arcade machines dont work.

Facilities were good, staff were amazing, food is great.

Some of the kids' activities were too far and small beach area..
