Just outside the main strip but loads of shops around and 5 minutes from the beach. Nice food selection. Excellent service, staff were awesome. Free shuttle to beach. Amazing entertainment team, day around the pool and night. Shop, hair dressers and spa on site, not sure on prices but the shop was shoe / clothing shop was super cheap. Room for 5 was super comfy, everything you need so no complaints. If your looking for a super cheap and cheerful get away you can’t complain. Great water slides onsite, kept the kids entertained all day for 10 days! Plenty of alcoholic branded and house all day with no time restrictions. Easy transfers to and from airport.

I’m British but I was super embarrassed with the Brit and Scottish behaviour here, dregs of society. Find a nice seat away from these kind of people and you’ll enjoy it. Awesome great pool set up for the little kids.

Very nice hotel. All photos are accurate and all amenities listed are present. Pools, water park, evening disco and beach with amenities. We stayed with family members in two different rooms. And family room for 4 were great. Clean, spacious and convenient. Our room for two was good but on the second try. All problems occurred were resolved fast and hustle free with hospitality management. All communications were smooth and welcoming. Very pleasant. Food! Food were great! Lots of protein and vegetable options every meal. Turkish and European cuisines were present. We all loved food in this hotel!

Our first room was very humid, like 90% humid. Due to being on the ground floor and near sprinklers. We couldn't get warm at all. In the begining of June! But all was resolved very quickly and we moved to other room, which was great and hadn't any problems at all. We had problems with using beach shuttle during our stay. It runs every hour to/from the beach. Not many times that you can use it conveniently.

Staff lovely. Wonderful suite, clean, great food, great facilities.

The restaurant staff were lovely but very keen to clear the tables, 4 times we returned to our table after going to get our second course to find it had been completely cleared. We would leave sunglasses on the table and full drinks to show that we were still there and the table was cleared anyway! Throwing full glasses of wine and beer is very expensive (and irritating)

Everything was perfect, the staff members are great. Special thanks to Yousef, he was available everywhere at all restaurants and cafes 😄 ! Also, thanks to reception team, we were upgraded to a bigger suite. Aqua park is pretty nice, a lot of swimming pools as well. Food variety was good. Everything is easy access and well arranged. I will strongly advise anyone to stay here. Literally, no need to go out side the resort.

The hotel was nice and helpful, they let us to use the hotel facilities and food even before checking in and after checking out. I liked feeling safe and comfortable throughout our stay in the hotel shared areas. The dance show was entertaining. They have nice staffs.

The shuttle to and from beach could be more frequent. The massage was overpriced. Room cleaning service could be better.

I think it was better than the reviews we read Also I guess we were lucky as there was less crowd Value for money compared to hotels nearby Staff was ok room was good .

Broken blinds. You have to wake up early as too much light in room . They admitted they can’t fix

One or the best resort.rooms food buffet and water park all was amazing.staff very friendly.very close to main bazar and all markets.huge viraity of food.there is splash bar which is right next to the water park.with huge variety of food and drinks.water park was amazing there is kids section and adults slide and 3 separate pools.i would say its 1 of the resort for families with kids and couples.we will definitely go back.

We had an amazing time, Its super clean and the staff are amazing, they were very friendly. They even speak English. Special thanks to a waiter called Ibrahim he made our stay extra special
