This hotel has everything a family would need for a great and relaxing holiday. Food is excellent and available non-stop at different buffets...drinks and ice cream too. Pool area is big and a bit crowded, which we did not care for, as beach and sea are our choice. Beach bar offers drinks and food too around noon, there is a playground for children right next to it - excellent. Every evening entertainment for kids and then adults...great music and shows. Staff is wonderful, they work around the clock to make sure all flows well...respect! A bus drives you to the beach, goes every 5min (a walk of ca. 400m is nothing, but at heat and with children, it is sometimes more comfortable to take the bus). We had a lovely week here and would go back to this hotel. It exceeded our expectations!

1. Kids pool a bit too cold (at least for our 2 year old) 2. Music in the evening a bit too loud 3. Lots of mosquitos, be sure to bring protection! 4. For small children - sea gets deep very fast (after ca. 2m)

Some staff were rude with slight racial undertones.the third bed is more of a lounge bed so quite hard and uncomfortable

The hotel was great in all important aspects. The room they gave us was quiet, sunny, had a balcony, and was overall very clean and comfortable. They always had comfort foods as well as new options available every day. The food was very fresh and always tasted good. There are several pools across the territory and a nice private beach just a few minutes away. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come again.

Great activities and entertainment during the day and night. Service for food and drink was very quick and efficient. Location was great in Lara right beside all the shops. Loved the darts games everyday and aqua aerobics! Family apartments were nice and spacious. Air conditioning worked great which was a big help in 35 degree weather.

Wasn’t much English choices for food but that’s understandable being in turkey. Only good thing about breakfast was fresh eggs and pancakes. Had to pay €5 extra if you wanted a bottle of beer. It’s called ultra all inclusive but I would take out the word ultra. Reception staff not very helpful or engaging, it seemed like they didn’t want to be there. When cutting a new key for the room they don’t bother to inform you that the other keys will be zapped out. I enquired with them about booking online again for next year and the response I got was “go online” nothing else…

Went on a holiday with my 3 - and 6-year-old. They absolutely loved it! 3 different swimming pools. Unlimited food with all-inclusive. Various foods are available all throughout the day. Next to Lara Beach, a shuttle bus operates incase kids dont feel like walking. However, it's a 5-minute walk anyhow.

I was charged an extra €420 for my 3-year-old. Booking.com advertised as 1 free child stays, so I didn't add her. Once I got to the hotel, I was told I needed to pay an extra €420 although it was the same room etc...she sleeps with us. I was gutted with the extra charge.

I really enjoyed it here, the fact that there are numerous options to choose from with regards to food and that there's a restaurant open in the early hours of the morning. I thoroughly enjoyed the Michael Jackson performance that the hotel organised one of the nights. You don't have to leave the hotel, you can just sit and relax and enjoy all the inclusive benefits.

As practising Muslim I try to stay away from Alcohol. I know the hotel meant well and had no ill ittentions and they offered us a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. I appreciate the gesture but I had to respectfully return the bottle to reception.

The stay was good, and there were plenty of activities for the kids. The staff was also very nice, the rooms were fine, and cleaning services were provided regularly. The food was also very good. These were all the things that made it a pleasant experience.

Their food and drink options were excellent, and the timing was good. The best part was that if we were out and missed a meal, there was a 24-hour restaurant available. It was also great that drinks were available everywhere; you could find water, drinks, and everything else easily. If you requested something from the staff, they would address it immediately, always with a smile and without any frustration. The people were cheerful and welcoming. The cleaning was also good, and any issues reported to reception were promptly resolved.

Everything was fabulous at this hotel. It was good value for money. I have no complaints whatsoever. Good choice of food, good selection of drinks, the room was nice and serviced everyday, the pool area was clean with an abundance of sunloungers and the evening entertainment was a mixed variety of acts. The beach was easily accessible and was kept very clean with again an abundance of sunloungers. Location wise the hotel was near to many shops and resturants.

Nothing to dislike about this hotel. Great value for money.

It had everything a family would hope for, kids area, cinema, play area, swimming pools, slides, for adults it was an experience with sunny weather, excellent food choices in buffet for breakfast , lunch and dinner with easy access to bars and pools, Different Night time entertainment on weekdays with Wednesdays being the DJ night wow. That was an excellent show.

Bedding comfort could be improved with better duvet quality and soft bed.

Food was great.. Staff brilliant. Good lay out with the complex.. 😎

WiFi was very poor sometimes. Kept shutting down at important moments for me and difficult to get back on... 😕
