This hotel has everything a family would need for a great and relaxing holiday. Food is excellent and available non-stop at different buffets...drinks and ice cream too. Pool area is big and a bit crowded, which we did not care for, as beach and sea are our choice. Beach bar offers drinks and food too around noon, there is a playground for children right next to it - excellent. Every evening entertainment for kids and then adults...great music and shows. Staff is wonderful, they work around the clock to make sure all flows well...respect! A bus drives you to the beach, goes every 5min (a walk of ca. 400m is nothing, but at heat and with children, it is sometimes more comfortable to take the bus). We had a lovely week here and would go back to this hotel. It exceeded our expectations!

1. Kids pool a bit too cold (at least for our 2 year old) 2. Music in the evening a bit too loud 3. Lots of mosquitos, be sure to bring protection! 4. For small children - sea gets deep very fast (after ca. 2m)

Some staff were rude with slight racial undertones.the third bed is more of a lounge bed so quite hard and uncomfortable

The hotel was great in all important aspects. The room they gave us was quiet, sunny, had a balcony, and was overall very clean and comfortable. They always had comfort foods as well as new options available every day. The food was very fresh and always tasted good. There are several pools across the territory and a nice private beach just a few minutes away. My mom and I really enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come again.

The stay was good, and there were plenty of activities for the kids. The staff was also very nice, the rooms were fine, and cleaning services were provided regularly. The food was also very good. These were all the things that made it a pleasant experience.

Their food and drink options were excellent, and the timing was good. The best part was that if we were out and missed a meal, there was a 24-hour restaurant available. It was also great that drinks were available everywhere; you could find water, drinks, and everything else easily. If you requested something from the staff, they would address it immediately, always with a smile and without any frustration. The people were cheerful and welcoming. The cleaning was also good, and any issues reported to reception were promptly resolved.

I like how staff was always helpful and resolved all issues as soon as they appeared (wonderful reception). It's my second time there and It's the second time I find it to be an enjoyable experience. Worth mentioning kitchen as there's always a wide selection of diverse dishes that are fresh and of good quality. Deserts are sublime (yet I wish I could resist the temptation). SPA is also great, very helpful and polite reception, I enjoyed massage very much. Sauna and steam bath are always well kept and clean. I like how the gym is also renovated - plenty of new equipment, and I think it got bigger since last time I saw it 2 yrs ago - keep it up, great job!

Cats are rather sweet and adorable, but we had an unpleasant experience on the day of departure - we went to breakfast at around 6ish, and got immediately encircled by a swarm of cats, that tried to get on chairs and the eating table. We hadn't noticed it before, maybe during the day cats are already fed and are more reserved in their conduct.

Best price quality ratio what you can have! Absolutely amazing food selection! Especially I liked breakfast choices and pancakes and delicious yoghurt. And what we really loved with travelling small child - there were really food choices 24h. Not like some of hotels that there are mentioned also this possibility but in reality meals between main courses are offered only few types of food. We were not anymore stressed about mealtimes, we literally went when we wanted and had time and possibilities because all day and night long there were rich selection of food. Location is great! Only 15-20 minutes from Airport and so many malls and bazaars just next to the hotel. Hotel stuff is extremely friendly and if you have any problem they will send you in minutes someone to help you. Excellent music selection everywhere on the hotel territory! 😁😁

Beds are comfortable, not hard like some guests have mentioned but pillows are really big/high and very hard. Did not visit spa and hamam like was planned because some of salesmen were really unpleasant persons and with very lame sexual comments. Air conditioners were very loud in the room and worked nonstop with no paused.

The lobby n swimming pool was lovely. Rooms are not so updated. The bed n pillows were uncomfortable. We had a night of hell as AC was turned to hot air because they said it was winter. Winter in Turkey is different from winter in England. Coming from certain part of the work we need AC as we paid for rooms with AC and this was not the case throughout our stay. It should be mentioned according to season so guest aware. I had to sleep with windows open as no fans provided and party n noise all night till 4am. Had to make a big deal to get a fan to our room next day as I refuse to sleep another night with windows open. We were given a fan n we stayed for rest of trip. The food was good n other options. The workers 80% were nice n polite. I had one waiter served all the other white foreigners and he did not bring my order for over 30min of waiting and we had to tell him and he said he forgot about my order. He was so concentrating on certain guest than the rest of other guest. The spa was lovely and Rosa was a lovely lady and knows how to drug guest into treatment without being forceful. My mum and I was comfort with her. The other gentle man with beard and very tall was the opposite of Rosa. He was very forceful and even told me after my massage that I have problem with my arteries and need more treatment. This was very bad way n he was very forceful. My massage lady Mansura was lovely lady and very calm n friendly. I enjoyed the rest of the spa facilities. We will like to say big thank u to a particular waiter. She is call Aya and she was very professional and kind n friendly. She treated everyone with respect and kindness and made us feel welcome each time we come across her service. Grand park is good but can do with improvement n training of other staff members and look into providing options of cool air during winter for other guest who require AC. Pillows can be change as well. It’s a good hotel but can be excellent if changes made.

Rooms not so clean. Pillows uncomfortable and bed too hard. AC turned off n fans not provided as options. Management need more training in customers service when guest have issues. Slept with windows open n noise n party till 4am.
