The hotel is great for staying with family. There are two bedrooms with double or separate beds, a living room with a kitchen, a balcony and even a swimming pool with different depth for kids and adults. There are also some great places to visit nearby and very good restaurants.

The rooms are generally good but shabby in places. Some kitchen doors don't have holders or are fixed with duct tape. The shower had been glued several times but still leaking. If you don't care too much about the perfect view and condition of everything, it's fine. Everything works and can be used. Also, the only way to get to the sea is a 15-minute walk to an untidy beach. It's separated from the main part by a small river. And a big part of the beach is a private area of big hotels. And if you want to get to more comfortable beaches - it's a 45-minute walk, or you can take a bus.

All Staff were excellent and pool was very clean, the apartment was very good, me and my family enjoyed our stay, well pleased with help I received from the staff in ordering taxi or general help. Better than booking a hotel.

We had rented two apartments. A superior and a suite. The apartments were fantastic and least of all the location. We liked everything about the apartments and the facilities that came with them, such as the playground and swimming pool etc. They all take care of you like a family, making sure you have a good time during your stay. We are going back and we will definitely stay here again. We give the place 20 out of 10 :) and highly recommend it to others Otherwise, we were very happy with the staff. Bahattin is the manager and very nice and honest and fixed the administrative matters. Jamal baba owns places and an incredibly simple but wonderful person who always has time for a chat. A listening and wise person Murat at the reception is a fantastically kind and nice person who we could ask about most things. He helped with most of what we had questions about things and helped us with what we needed in Turkish. Otherwise, come with good advice and tips for our stay. Havelar: Incredibly likeable and smiling person who was ready to help when you needed help, even if it wasn't his job. We got all and more than the help we needed. Elif and Sizzer: We got to meet a few, incredibly nice people who helped and were always ready to help :) Thank you very much for a memorable stay!

NOTHING Everything was perfect

We stayed in this apartment, and it’s a great option for those who, for various reasons, don't want to stay in a hotel. The apartment is huge, perfect for a large family or even multiple families, with several bathrooms and a large terrace. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, which made our stay very comfortable. Free coffee, tea, water and juices are available at the reception. Staff very friendly and helpful. There are various shops and restaurants near the building, and the pools are clean (though the water was cold in October). The clean and comfortable beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and it takes around an hour by bus to reach the old town of Antalya, which wasn’t a problem for us. There’s also a beautiful park and waterfall about 20 minutes away by bus. We loved our time here and recommend it to everyone!

A little off the busy main road which was a good thing for us. the staff were very helpful and friendly throughout our stay [3 nights], always with a smile and apart from the manager who spoke pretty good English we had great fun using Google voice translator with the other guys. large spacious apartment with good facilities at a great price. close to local shops and restaurants/bars on the main road with a small public beach about 850 metres away by taking a roadway alongside the nearby river

had expected the pool to be open not empty. staff indicated it would be open within in 5 days of our arrival which I initially took to be Turkish for 'manyana' but sure enough clear signs of opening [cleaning and regrouting tiles in base] as we left after 3 days. very strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the apartment on arrival but as we were able to naturally ventilate all rooms [air con was available but we prefer not to use] throughout our visit

Facility location and buget friendly

We came for a week as a family of 5 in October 2024. The apartment was very clean and modern looking. It had a luxury feel to it. The appliances were all Bosch branded. There were many utensils in the kitchen and appliances like a sandwich toaster, kettle, cofffee machine etc The staff were all very friendly and very helpful. They helped with directions, giving information about nearby attractions and anything we needed help with. The location was great- near supermarkets Migros and Bim (about 7 Mins walk), the Aksu beach was close by (about 10-15 max walk) and there were many restaurants and shops nearby. The apartment had a children’s play area outside and 2 swimming pools.It was a great experience. Highly recommend.

Nothing

Everything was great: friendly staff, nice accommodations, view from the windows, comfortable beds. Location is very close to the beach. Appreciated the cleanliness: floors, tables, shelves in wardrobes didn't have any dust. Loved the kitchen - it's placement close to the window and overall organization is very practical. Pool on the hotel's territory is also a great option to spend your time

There is a filter coffee machine in the apartment. Thing is, you need paper filters to use it and there aren't any, you need to buy them by yourself. It would be good to have them in the kitchen, so you don't have to buy those filters specifically for this machine. It's not a huge deal though, since there's a nice coffee machine on the reception

We are coming with a small kid age 5 years. There are a lot of cat around the apartement, the apartement are spacious and very clean with a good utensils, staffs are nice. But during our stay, the swimming pool are closed for winter. Breakfast is so simply with the chocolate bread, tea and coffee, milk, boilled eggs and there is nothing special sometime they put a good bread but sometime no.There are many shopping mall center, bar and night club near by. But be awear for the price of taxi or private taxi or shopping mall bcz they will tried to give you a tourisms prices..better to know how to negociate and you will not get a surprise later. Must be asking first to have an info before (for everythings)..this was my advice :-) there is a pubic beach where we can walk for 850 m or 15 minutes just crossing to street.

Everyday breakfast are the same chocolate bread, milk, tea, coffee, 1 big pack of a cereals per day, olives.. :-(

We stayed in Block B, our apartment was spacious but was not pool facing as I had hoped. Kitchen well equipped so we were able to cook own meals and ate out in restaurants, with main street just 2mins away and plenty of restaurants and shops plus local supermarket Bim stocked up with all neccessities, very convenient. The pool was nice and clean with plenty of sun loungers but it was fairly cold in October to take a dip, however enjoyed sunbathing with average temp 26-28C most days. Lots of resident cats, which went down well with the kids, very friendly and adorable. Overall a comfortable stay, great location, bus stop on main road, LC07 to old town (Kaleici) and return to Kundu, where hotel located was easy to use and cheap way to travel. Bought AntalyaKart from a local vendor and topped up as required, about 20 lira each way per person. Only one card necessary for multiple people, just have to tap in multiple times, bus drivers are quite helpful. We also walked to Lara Beach, easy route about 35mins as no direct bus route but can reach other end of Lara beach by changing to KL08 bus having visited the lower Duden Waterfall and beautiful park (LC07 goes to waterfall). Other attractions along this route are the Terra City Mall and SandLand. Also coffee/squash and water complimentary in Reception at all times which was a bonus. Room has washing machine but have to buy own detergents. Nice spacious balcony area for drying clothes and table and chairs provided.

The shower tray was broken and no toiletries provided which would have been a nice added touch. Fortunately we took some with us but it is something we expect of most places we stay at, even apartment style accommodation, some even go as far as providing small starter packs for washing, laundry and some breakfast items or refreshments. Beds were uncomfortable, could feel the springs! Lots of building works happening around the hotel, so road looks derelict and dirty but noise didn't affect our stay.
