This was our second time staying at Royal Seginus, and once again, it was an amazing experience for me, my wife, and our two kids. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and well taken care of. At check-in, we asked for an upgrade to a sea view room, and thanks to the kind help of Dilar at the reception, we were given a beautiful room with a fantastic view – it really made our stay extra special. The facilities at the hotel are excellent and perfectly suited for families. What truly stands out for us each time is the Kids Club. My children had such a great time there, and it was clear how much effort and care the staff put into making it fun, safe, and engaging. A special mention to Yasmin, who is such a wonderful and caring person – my kids absolutely adored her, and as parents, it gave us so much peace of mind knowing they were in such good hands. The hotel’s location is also very convenient, which adds to the overall comfort and enjoyment of the stay. In short, Royal Seginus has exceeded our expectations both times we visited. From the friendly and professional staff to the wide range of facilities and the exceptional kids club, it’s the perfect place for a family holiday. We’ll definitely be coming back again!

The lunch options didn’t feel as strong or varied compared to the excellent breakfast and dinner. During lunchtime only, a few restaurant staff members seemed a little tired or overwhelmed, so the service didn’t feel quite as warm as at other times of the day. --- Overall, these were just minor things in an otherwise fantastic stay

First Time Giving 10/10 – An Amazing Family Experience! We were a big family group, and I can honestly say this is the first time I’ve ever given a full 10/10 in a review — and it’s well deserved! From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. There was a mistake in the number of rooms in my booking, but the staff handled it quickly and kindly, helping us fix it free of charge. That kind of support really made a difference. The resort itself was spotless — everything was clean and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our entire stay, always smiling and ready to assist. The variety of food and drinks was impressive — something for everyone, and plenty of it! The pools were fantastic, and the water park was a huge hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the beach, which was beautiful and well-organized. Everything about this place was great. I highly recommend it for families and groups — our kids and all of us had a truly enjoyable time. We’ll definitely be coming back!

This is the last day at this hotel, I like it so much so far. I’ve been to many places but I should say this place has the best employees ever. Specially from the Food and Beverage, waiters are always willing to help with everything and each of them are so kind. the room is always clean. Food is amazing. Spa services are one of the bests and they serve good drinks. It’s a price performance hotel I’d recommend to all of my friends. There’s a minor problem with the reception, they’re not as smiling and they could’ve answered the phone in a more professional way. Also, special thanks to Raman from animation who found the deck of cards and went all the way down to the amphitheater to get it for us. Definitely coming back to this hotel!

Its my 3rd time staying in Royal Seginus but this time (and thanks alot for Mr. Ahmet gulsoy) he gave us good deal to upgrade to superior suite and we really liked it very big one makes us feel so comfortable, we also liked the facilities in general, atmosphere, variety of people staying there (mostly Europeans) , variety of food, pools , beach

Well I expected they add more activities in their programs but it didn’t. Also unfortunately we missed the foam pool party because its only one day in the week , maybe its better to make it twice a week

It was spaceus, a lot of places to sit and hang at every time, good staff, many activities and facilities. The food was great all the time.

The pools were a little too cold for children, and the indoor pool was closed all the time, even when it rained and the weather realy was not suitable for swimming. Wifi was bad for most the area and most of the time, and kept on disconnecting. I booked two rooms with land view and asked tgat they are near each other, but one of them was suited for handicap people (the bathroom), for us it felt like we are in a hospital, and when i asked them to change the room they did not find another one in the same floor with land view, i had to pay extra for a room with normal bathroom and pool view.

The hotel is good! But noisy and is not suitable for teenagers! More for little kids. For example the spa is next to the dining room and play zone you can hear kids screaming and being kids 😵‍💫 Nice and helpful staff especially Mr.Cen the receptionist was very professional. Good food, alot of options and tasty. Very clean. There is no a.c in dining place and elevator so I melted every time I ate.

Staff was nice, Food was good and plentiful, many pools, the all inclusive concept.

The beach was a little bit far, which needed a free shuttle kindly provided, not really a bad thing. Food could be improved in variety and quality. More activities for the kids would be nice. I think when booking a ultra all inclusive the Spa should be included.
