I almost liked everything in the hotel, the vacation was great and definitely I will choose the same hotel again. It is super convenient for families with kids, has a great variety of food, and has lots of attractions and activities

There is a smell while you are walking from the elevator to the room I didn't like the fact that when I asked to postpone my check-out for 2 hours, they charged me 25 euros per hour, knowing that the room was not booked. I have never faced this issue during my trips

Having stayed at this hotel it was our second visit, and once again, we were treated to an incredible experience. The staff, particularly Omer, Volkan, Deniz, Surkan, and Merve were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. We're already planning to return in the summer, eager to relive the wonderful memories created here.

Turning off the lobby lights after 12 every night while the bar was open 24 hours left us sitting in darkness.

Generally it’s very nice hotel.

Swimming pool was not heated and they advertised as heated. It was a problem for kids especially but adults didn’t use swimming pools too. I was disappointed as I booked this hotel especially for heated swimming pools.

The place is very nice. It has five different swimming pools for all tastes, including two swimming pools designed for small children. The aqua park with its water slides can be called a piece de resistance for this resort - it is very fun. There are many options of things to do and you would need more than one week to discover all facilities (kids club, teen’s club with PlayStation, an arcade games room which is quite nice for spending a couple of evenings having fun, the cabana service etc.). The food is very good and there is variation so one could not complain about this. Although at peak times for lunch and dinner you might look a bit around for a free table, but it’s manageable. I can say it is a very good place to go for families with children of all ages. The beds in the rooms are comfortable. The staff is friendly and polite, and you get a briefing upon arrival about the resort’s facilities. If you get lost on that one you can always ask afterwards further questions, and the information you need about facilities’ schedule is conveniently displayed around the area. The good part is that if let’s say you miss lunch because you go out of the resort to see other attractions in the area there is always the option to go to the a la carte snack bar which is also good.

There was one particular situation where our inflatable child’s boat was taken away by someone at the children pool, which was very unpleasant. But that is not the fault of the hotel staff, nor resort management as they do not get to choose necessarily all of their clients. However, the staff was very professional and helpful and managed to retrieve the item and bring it back to our room which I highly appreciated.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms very comfortable & clean, some shows are amazing and the overall facilities are everything you wish for and expect in such resort.

I have a 7-year old (1m23) who was very disappointed cause she was not allowed access to to the water park, only because of 2 centimeters... Seeing the pictures, it was one of the factors that made us decide for this resort. Maybe there should be a differentiation between easy and "difficult" rides. Also the food at the main restaurant is good, sometimes great, but almost every night the restaurant is an over crowded canteen where it's very difficult to dine in relative peace. Finally, I feel everything is a bit overpriced, but it seems to be the case everywhere in the area.

All you need....we stayed 3 days and that for us was just enough. Room for 4 is small but fine. Nice garden, aquapark and beach. Good food and drinks of all kinds. We were offered one night free dinner in the fish restaurant and that was excellent food, location and service. Normally this is an extra charge. Also all international brands for drinks and free Ice Magnum, Cornetto, ..... All staff is super nice and polite. Every night show for kids and parents which is nice entertainment.

The restaurant is too crowded. Although it was hot, we always sat outside because inside it was too noisy and crowed. All staff apparently speak perfect Russian but their English is not always that good. People go crazy on food and there is too much waste. It's terrible how some people leave their table with plates still full of untouched food. But unfortunately that the hotel can't change...

Stayed for a week with my husband and a 3 year old and we had a lovely, relaxing break. Hotel was very quiet, so we had the pool to ourselves most of our time and there was no need to queue for food. Winter concept means less facilities than in summer but not a problem for us as you pay less in winter and therefore the price reflects the services. Kids club, beach, spa, gym and small splash park still open. We had a few days of rain and were able to make good use of the indoor pool. Booked in a couple of great massages (worth haggling for a good deal). Room and bathroom very clean - minibar restocked daily and rooms cleaned/towels refreshed without issue. Staff in the restaurant were extremely welcoming and attentive. Would like to pass on special thanks to Sukran who took great care of us and our little one. It really made all the difference and we are so appreciative of her hard work. Late checkout available by the hour (depending on hotel availability) which was very useful as we had evening flight and normal checkout is 12pm. This is a great break if you want a change of pace, to relax and take it easy - very child friendly. Suited us just fine and can see us coming back.

Food offerings varied and some days were better than others - we had plenty to eat but some days felt a bit random in terms of what was offered. More traditional Turkish dishes would have been nice. This is only a minor complaint though. Some softer pillows would be nice - they were too high for me and our toddler.

We liked everything about the property. The all inclusive package was very nice. So many food options everyday to eat from. Snacks and icecream and coffees and drinks round the clock. Pools were maintained and clean. Kids club had different and interesting activities each day for children. Water parks were fun for both us and kids. The waiters were very quick and attentive, service was very fast. The activities each day were fun and engaging. The after dinner live show was very interesting. The lady Meryem- who cooks omlette and pasta was very patient and had a smiling personality.

We stayed at the quadruple room and it was a bit too small. The water slides should be opened until 6pm atleast (instead of 5pm). They should have chicken nuggets as part of the lunch/dinner menu for kids. The girl who conducts archery (don’t know her name) came across as a bit rude unlike the other entertainment staff-would appreciate a little more friendly attitude from her. The check in took quite long.

Beautiful clean hotel. Beautiful swimming pools. Lots of good food and lots of food and sweets selection. Staff nice and helpful. Lots of facilities for kids including water park and large slides. Perfect for families.

The only negative thing is the taxi company inside the hotel. Has total monopoly on the taxis that enter the hotel, whilst charging exorbitant prices. It doesnt belong to hotel but I would recommend hotel to try to do something about the matter because the hotel is located 25mins away on foot from the shopping centre area, and so tourists seek taxis for transport. The rest nothing to complain about.

We were on the IC Residence in a private villa, We had an absolutely wonderful experience! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a stunning view of the hotel's lush surroundings. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable; they greeted us all the time + were so friendly and did everything with a smile, and the amenities were top-notch. The food at the hotel's restaurants was delicious especially in the VIP section, and the variety of options satisfied every palate!! The SPA was amazing. The GYM was clean and organized, so many machines. Again, the spacious and comfortable villa they provided us with the pool was beyond expectations. We enjoyed every minute of our stay! I can't wait to return to IC Green Palace Hotel for another incredible vacation! Recommended 10/10

The show-time was not that suitable for kids in my opinion.
