great choice of restaurants, amazing service. Different entertainment every night that catered for all the family, superb kids clubs. There's so much to do at this hotel a week wasn't really enough.

although the hotel is fabulous, areas of the hotel are starting to look dated and in need of replacement for example the beautiful staircase which is the centre point of the hotel the carpet has worn out! a number of the taps in the toilets are loose, tiles in and around the swimming pool are missing.Not enough sunbeds for the size of the hotel, really need to get rid of the cabana beds people don't want to pay to hire for the day, 80% aren't used!! The location of the hotel is a little out of the way you need to get taxi's every where a round trip for 4 will cost around 30 euro's

The hotel is beautifully situated and beautifully structured . Just the entrance is like going into a palace. We'll designed reception area with waiters to welcome you in with a grace of campaign or freshly made fruit juice. Booking in is fast and smooth. The staff are wonderful. , you are treated like a king or queen, with smiley faces, very polite and ready to serve you. There is a lot to eat and drink, entertainment is great. There is a beautiful nightclub to wind time as well, and enjoy the night.. The rooms, bedding, toiletries, etc. are high quality.

The furniture in the sitting areas would require some refurbishment as they are all getting worn out. But they are all of high quality

Family of 5 from UK. We had a great time here. From when we arrived, served drinks and we had a speed check in. We were allocated our guest assistant for the duration of our stay Sabrina and also a dedicated WhatsApp group that Sabrina and Aziz were on and available to deal with our requests all the way. The reception staff Nur and Iryna were also polite and welcoming. Food was really good, different variety, and fresh and good healthy meals available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We only ate in buffet and bistro. All. Dining staff were at our service, taking our plates and bringing drinks. The swimming pools were big and clean. So many pools. We also had pool access to our duplex room. The spa smelt so nice and was relaxing. We had a Turkish Hamamm bath and massage. Ildar at the spa attended to us and gave us good package deal. Sophia and her team were also polite and welcoming. We had Cetim and Kasim as our bath and massage team and they did a fantastic job. We left feeling very refreshed and body clean and relaxed. All the staff we met where friendly and attentive and always ready to help We would like to visit again. Thank you :)

No one's fault just a note - Disabled air-conditioning for winter time. Central heating all through. Some of us like the cold and air conditioning. It was hot for us. Will be nice to have a choice on air-conditioning temperature in some rooms so we can book into that room

Maybe the a la carte restaurants could be better. It felt very rushed and the selection was small.

Weather, building design, 24-hour service, and hard-working staff, they were doing their best although there was language barrier. Hussein, as reception assistant and Zeinap as lobby hostess, were very welcoming.

The hotel is very big, needs a lot of effort to keep it as it is, staff were very busy and sometimes tired, we were located in villas so for every coming to hotel we needed to call and request for transport. I preferred to be located in the main building. Staff were very helpful but most of them didn't know any english!!!! Hotel should provide english classes at least for most common hoteling conversations for them!!! There was no tea or coffee maker in the room! Otherwise, everything was nice.

The website shows that the doctor is on duty 24/7, but when we need help, we are told that the doctor has already left work.

We were complimenting the hotel daily as we couldn't find anything that would disappoint us. The staff is amazing and extremely helpful. The rooms are clean and have anything you need. There are a bunch of sport activities, gym, night shows and delicious restaurants. Overall, this is the great place that I would highly recommend. It's pricey but it's worth it.

Booking mentions the transfer is included: it doesn't. You can contact the hotel and they can offer you the transfer but it will be pretty expensive. It's way cheaper to order via booking. Another little thing is your room location: we had to change the room as the room we got didn't have any view: there was a wall when you went to the balcony. The staff was great and agreed to change the room the next day. Some sport activities are not included in the price: golf, tennis, some spa procedures and some restaurants will be charged extra.

The staff went above and beyond to make us comfortable, always attentive and kind. The overall atmosphere is luxurious yet welcoming, and every corner of the hotel—from the poolside to the gardens—was picture-perfect. A special mention to the team for making us feel so cared for throughout our stay. We left with beautiful memories and can’t wait to return!

outstanding hotel premises with a very big central pool, delicious options for lunch and dinner, nice beach from which you could swim to the front of the pier, everything is close-by and still it never feels crowded (perfect arrangement of the facilities)

the lake houses would offer a relaxing experience - BUT, we had to endure loud music until about midnight, having a relaxing glass of wine in the evening at the terrace was impossible + you could hear the bass in the rooms > thus, staying at the house was not worth the money and a good night's sleep was not possible before midnight ; the guest service does not meet a five stars standard - we had three inquiries of which none was answered in a satisfying manner (though nothing serious)
