The hotel was amazing with big and very clean rooms. The hotel was very clean in general. There was a massive variety of food so everyone is able to find something for themselves. The pools were very clean; however water was quite cold because the pools are not heated. The sunbeds are literally everywhere so there is enough space for everybody around the pools. Great atttractions for kids. There was a soft play indoor with lovely ladies looking after the kids. Lots of slides outside so the kids are never bored. There were bars next to each pool as well so reason to walk a lot to get a drink or food. Every evening there was a mini disco for kids and my son absolutely loved it. There were also shows every night, different ones every night to keep you entertained.

I didn’t really like the beach. It looked dirty and abandoned. There was no bar or anything like that. Sunbeds were dirty and broken. The areas around our looked really good and looked after with lots of activities. I think you need to pay more attention to that. We stayed there an hour and then came back to the hotel.

‏ I stayed at this resort for 12 days, so my review will be a bit detailed. At the beginning of my stay, I faced an issue with my reservation. However, Darya Yıldız, the Guest Manager, immediately stepped in as soon as she noticed I was unhappy at the reception—without even needing to be called. She quickly inquired about the issue and resolved it 100% within just a few minutes. She completely turned my frustration into total satisfaction. ‏Her professionalism is outstanding. It’s clear she deeply respects the resort’s reputation and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. She was the first person who made my stay here truly comfortable and enjoyable. ‏The resort itself is good—very close to Land of Legends and great for families with kids, offering a wide variety of activities and events. In general, the staff are friendly and always willing to help with anything you need. ‏I’d like to extend my special thanks to: ‏Nisa – A receptionist who is extremely friendly and always smiling. She made me feel like I was talking to a friend. She responds to any requests immediately, and even when I didn’t ask, she would step in and help the moment she noticed I needed something. Honestly, Nisa is one of the best front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. ‏Sudenaz Gultekih – the most lovely Guest Agent. She welcomes you and sends you off with a beautiful smile. She often checks in personally to ensure everything is okay and asks if anything is missing. Her elegant, thoughtful approach truly stands out. ‏Aysel – Our amazing housekeeper. She speaks our language, which was incredibly helpful. She was always present, offering quick and clean service with a warm welcome every time. Aysel played a major role in making our stay at the resort so comfortable. ‏Cumali Sari – A kind, cheerful bell captain who is always ready to assist with a friendly attitude. ‏Nurgul – A lovely waitress at the restaurant, always present with a helpful and warm spirit.

The hotel is extremely clean. Is very family friendly. The rooms are a good size. They are cleaned daily and to a really good standard. The staff is very helpful and very approachable. The all-inclusive works really well. Every day from breakfast to dinner the food is very, very good and a huge variety. There is food available to every taste. Pools are good, but they are only opening towards the end of our stay. They were very helpful in setting up a birthday display. The sauna was really good to use. There is a lot of small areas where you can just sit and chill out. Every night there was some entertainment arranged. Is very child friendly and would recommend this as a family hotel.

There are only two points that I would like to point out. One; there is a massive language barrier so was extremely difficult to explain things. Had to use the translator on my phone. Two;all the facilities available where never told to us. We had to figure out a lot ourselves. We found out a lot more on the last 2 days. If we'd known at the start of the stay we would of used a lot more.

The food was so good the dinner was a lot of options and it’s so delicious, there was a lot of pools and the slides are good, they clean the pools every night but there was a bit not good smell in the big pool . We liked that it’s 8 min walking of land of legend . The kids club was so cool my baby so enjoyed love it , there was an entertaining team was so friendly . We enjoyed our stay

There was a touristic office name jolly we went with them to city tour and their wasn’t an air conditioning in the bus and it was so bad and so hot we where with a children . The staff in the hotel not always welcoming and they a little bit sometimes rude The standard rooms are small there was 1 big bed and 1 single bed .. some of the rooms are noisy .

Multiple electricity shortages during our stay which led to AC or wifi not working for a few hours

The cleanliness was great with regular cleaning throughout the day at the pool and throughout the hotel. The drinks and food were very nice, and plenty of places to go and get them from.

We were with our daughter who is almost 2 and dinner didn't start until 7pm so I feel it would have been better to start a bit earlier and would also stop it being so busy the minute it opens with long queues when the hotel is full.

I recently had the pleasure of spending a week at Innvista Resort, and I can confidently say it exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with warm smiles and exceptional service, setting the tone for what would be a truly unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or just some quiet time to yourself, this resort offers the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and natural beauty. I can't recommend it enough and will definitely be returning for another stay!

The pool areas were beautiful and close to all the bars and eating areas. There was plenty of activities and entertainment and you could do as much as you wanted to or just relax. There was an additional section for the younger children which was seperate from the grown- ups pool so if you were there without kids, you could still relax. My room with balcony overlooked the main pool area which added to the holiday feel. The food choices were very good and catered to all tastes and there were many dining areas depending on where you wanted to eat-inside and out. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I was a lone female traveller ( and a grandmother) and I always felt relaxed and safe. I made use of the spa twice and both times it was a very pleasant experience.

There werent many things to criticise about this hotel but sometimes it would have been nice not to have the music on at the pool, particularly if you wanted to have a siesta in the afternoon as all the rooms are fairly close to that area and at night the volume was sometimes a bit on the loud side. Another minor point was having to go downstairs to fetch the towels for the pool -it would have been handier if there was a more central spot adjacent to the pools. Other than that, I could not fault the hotel.

I had a great time at Innvista and that couldn’t have been possible without the excellent customer service from Darya and Kader (from Guest Relations). They both are really nice and friendly ladies and resolved my issues promptly. They’re very calm and professional. Also, Irem (from Mini club) is very nice, my kids loved her. I would highly recommend this hotel.

All staff were very friendly and professional except one guy named Serdar (from Lobby bar). I found him quite rude and he was not treating everyone equally. He was only nice to those who asked for alcoholic drinks.

Really good for kids, have kids club with soft play inside and play area outside. Animation team and staff are very friendly and helpful. Food was nice but almost the same every day. We had a massage at the hotel as well so worth it!

We’ve asked for the cot but when we came in to the room it wasn’t there. Wouldn’t be mind if we arrive on the day but it was around midnight. But all was sorted in 10 minutes. So I would just double confirm with them if you need one.
