We stayed at Kempinski Belek two years ago and returned this summer. The hotel has gone through some changes, but remains a truly fantastic place. The attentive and warm-hearted staff are the soul of this resort and continue to make the experience truly special.

However, one issue seriously affected our enjoyment this time — the situation with sun loungers at the main pool. By 9 a.m., nearly all loungers were already “reserved” with towels, yet many of them remained unused for hours, some even the entire day. When I addressed the staff, they kindly brought us a lounger and placed it at the far end of the garden, but the towels on the unclaimed loungers were never removed. This kind of behavior from guests is disappointing, and I didn’t expect it at a hotel of this standard. I didn’t come to Kempinski to “steal” someone’s towel or fight over a sunbed — I came to relax. Perhaps the hotel could consider improving the sunbed management system or adjusting pool capacity.

The place is very quiet with no loud entertainment, making it perfect for relaxation. The staff did everything to make us feel comfortable, and we received a free upgrade to a sea-view room. The restaurant offers high-quality food and excellent service. Special thanks to Ahmet from Lale Restaurant for making our evenings special. Additionally, access to the golf courses was easy with the free shuttle provided by the hotel. I have stayed at hotels such as Rixos Tekirova and Gloria Golf Resort, but this place stands out with better food options and amazing staff.

The air conditioner didn't work in our room, but it wasn't an issue for us since the weather was mild. The spa prices are quite high, and the massages weren't particularly special.

I loved how nice the workers are. They would make sure to memorize your name and your food and drink preferences. They were quick to serve the food and drinks. The food and alcohol was very high quality.Ahmet, Murat and Mehmed were amazing. The hotel is very quiet and the bed was so comfortable.

I would like more protein options for vegetarians in the buffet. You can add beans, chickpeas, tofu to the salad bar. That would help a lot. The ventilation is very lould, I turned off the AC but I could still hear the ventilation. I wasn't able to figure out how to turn of the movement activated lights. They would wake me up at night. I wasn't able to find out how to turn off the lights from the button panel. It was very bright I enjoy total darkness when I sleep.

Everything was wonderful. From the first welcome greeting by one of the Ladies in Red (excellent idea), our family was set up for a 10 out of 10 stay. Each and every staff member is a gem. We did have more personal interaction with Kadir, who made sure that our every need was catered for - our preferred bottles of wine and water were always on our table, ready for the evening meal. Yakup was also also there with a friendly greeting and willing to help. The food is really good which is somewhat surprising for buffet spreads. Breakfast has a vast array of choices as does the dinner buffet - here look out for the chef’s dishes, beautifully and imaginatively presented. I wish I knew everyone’s name - all staff members are polite, friendly and professional. Certainly one of our best family holidays. Thank you.

Water in the showers could be hotter, but this is something personal.

The villa we stayed in was so nice on a beautiful landscape. The service level is outstanding. The people serving us are nice and very helpful especially Umut and Ali. Sufra restaurant foods is delicious with wide variety type of food. Finally,the location is near the Land of legends which is perfect for families.

The pools only 1.40m and 0.40m which suitable only for adult or early childhood. 7-17 age can't use it.

I express my gratitude to the Kempinski team for providing us with rest and relaxation. I extend my appreciation to all the employees of the main restaurant and the beach, including the waiters who are undoubtedly the best. The beach is impeccably clean, and the staff responsible for arranging the comfortable sunbeds in the morning deserves a heartfelt thank you. The room's comfortable bed, pillows, and cleanliness are worth mentioning. Our holiday was delightful, and we intend to return in the future. Lastly, I would like to give special thanks for the delectable desserts.

A clean, calm hotel, a member of Hachi Madhaim was suspended at the hotel, In the room, think of all the items we will need on vacation, a bathrobe, slippers, an iron, a hair dryer and all the necessary care items.

The room is beautiful but there were several old pieces of furniture such as the large mirror in the room which is very old. There are no shuttles to the city center only taxis which are relatively expensive for the distance, a 10 minute taxi ride. I would recommend adding a bell to the tables in the pool and on the beach so that we can get service from the waiter and not wait for him to make a round

The pool was great, so big it almost felt like we had a private pool! The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much for them.

Breakfast buffet felt a little limited in comparison to other hotels we have stayed at.

Cannot be faulted for service and facilties.

This place is heaven on earth! Thanks to Mehmet Kanci for his great hospitality, we felt at home all throughout our stay. Him and his team are the best 🧿while Damla Balaban, our lady in red was our biggest support for all our arrangements during the dreamy 8 days😇 We will definitely be back to Kempinski Dome Belek! Thanks for taking care of us so well, this place is a candidate for being our second home 👏🏻

All the staff members are super helpful, smiling and caring. Everything is possible in this lovely place to make you feel at home.
