We loved the family friendly environment, the convenience of having things available in one place such as the buffet restaurant as well as other places to eat when it was not open. Very impressed by the level of service provided especially the WhatsApp messaging services. The staff were amazing, they were always happy to help. We were also assigned a personal guest relations staff who we had the number for, she kept in touch throughout our stay.

The thing that let it down is that they did not have iron for the room to iron our own clothes and the only alternative is that we had to pay for ironing service. Also the shops in the hotel were absolute rip offs, tried to charge us £35 for a floater and £5 for a pack of baby wipes.

Spent 14 days at the hotel (19 July - 2 August) with my 11 year old daughter. Nice rooms, good air conditioning, daily replenishment of the minibar and daily room service otherwise. Very good service in all areas and enough staff to handle most things quickly enough. Received good help from the service desk on two occasions, this when losing sunglasses and booking a taxi. The sunglasses had already been cataloged and were delivered in their own bag, the taxi arrived after a few minutes. Note, fixed price to Belek city (approx. 12 minutes) 10 Euro. Large and good menu in the main restaurant for both, at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Good with alternatives otherwise. Indoor and outdoor pools, sunbeds and towels readily available. Great slides, water park with good supervision by lifeguards. Short distance to the train or boat to the beach. And - nice conditions on the beach. Clean and tidy everywhere. A hotel I recommend - also with children.

A slight disadvantage for the 11 year old, as neither the cinema was open nor half the games in the arcade was functioning. A few, worn table tennis tables and related equipment. Such a good hotel could have kept this in order.

Food was amazing, staff is great. Pool and seaside is very good - although there're many people, the facility is large so you don't feel the rush or crowd.. Loved the aquapark and limitless ice-cream! Everything is very well thought of! And evening music was nice and refreshing. Staff is very friendly and kind. Thank you for making this trip unforgettable❤️

I stayed with three children and my parents the stay was great the following facilities were exceptional: kids club, food, and water park. also, the hotel is very clean and the staff is super nice.

all was great except that the hotel is not near the beach and it is harder to travel to the beach with all the children.

I liked the whole experience, We had a couples spa and massage, the next day I had a facial, excellent time and money well spent, all the staff are so friendly and very attentive, we were given a lovely gift of champagne, special treats and a big bowl of fruit, on arrival as we came early we checked in and were offered breakfast and the use of all facilities until we could go to our room, cleaning every day and mini bar replenished every day fresh bedding too, pool towels available for pool or beach,there is pony riding for children at the beach with play area too, although we had 200 steps along the corridor from the elevator to the room we laughed so much about it 🤣 I could say lots more and I would certainly recommend coming here.

Sometimes food could be hotter I think maybe the a/c cooled it too quickly as the restaurant is massive, sorry I like my food hot.

everything. loved the train ride to the beach - loved the facilities on the beach - the resort is amazing it’s clean, staff are friendly and helpful , excellent variety of food including for kids, tiki kids club has good activities for the kids, love the patisserie and the little games coffee shop.

All-Inclusive Hotel, Best Value for Money, great staff and facilities. Definitely will visit this hotel in the next summer and totally recommended. Hope the same standard will stay for many more years!

Well a lot of things went well, awesome experience, the room was nice, clean and tidy, the food was very delicious and a lot of choices, endless choices TBH, many restaurants were there, most of them were free, just a couple were chargeable which I don't think you need anyway The resort itself is enormous in size, with a lot of facilities, it took us 2 days to explore it all, a lot of swimming pools massive in size, so no crowding even in a high season like we were, kids club, bars everywhere, and night parties everyday. Water slides were a lot of fun, and the beach is huge and clean with yet another 2 restaurants and a lot of couches and showers The trip from the hotel to the beach is a fantastic thing to do too, either by boat which is fun or by train, both will allow you to see very nice scenery of the golf courts and the river

The staff. Despite the fact that the resort is well served by a lot of staff, but they were rarely friendly and/or smiling! Also one more thing about the staff, you rarely find someone speaking English, for an international huge resort like this it is wise to hire people speaking English Last thing we did not like was the insect bites, there was a kind of a very small insect in the gardens biting us all the day, it is wise to identify it and do pest control
