The service was excellent, we had a WhatsApp group, anything and every question I would contact them and they would answer immediately, clean, tidy, delicious food, an amazing experience, I will come back, thank you for the treat, you are lovely, I recommend everyone who wants to come to Antalya to come only to this hotel, I will come back...

When I went to get a massage, they gave me a really high price, like 280 euros for 60 minutes, the next day they made an offer for 70 minutes at 120 euros per person, and it was annoying, I felt that I was taken advantage of there

everything was perfect! the facilities, cleanliness of the hotel, staff is amazing 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼the food!!! everything we have eaten during our stay was juuuust soooo delicious! and the availability of it literally 24/7😅👍🏼👍🏼All in all we had an amazing holiday! it was our second time in the hotel and we do not regret coming for the second time 🫶🏼

the only thing we didn’t like are evening programmes and parties, for example color party or fashion party. seemed extremely boring and unnecessary :( maybe the hotel of this level could organize better entertainment and interesting concerts of famous singers, at least. and also lots of families with kids :(

The resort was amazing. The pool , beach, facilities and food were all perfect,the best thing was Mr. Orhun, at the guest relations he was extremely helpful, polite, and professional . I lost my laptop and he did everything thing possible to find it and ship it to my home! He was excpetional, thanks Selectum and thanks Mr.Orhun, I hope I find you at a senior position in my next visit, you deserve it

the food and the 24/7hour resturant was perfect

there was almost no entertainement during the day. we went end of May and they said the high season has not yet started to have water entertainments or dj music near the pool. and the pool water was very cold. they said they have entered summer and they switched off the water heating of the pool. literally we couldnot swim in the pool. we had one arch game and dart game during rainy days

Great service, always with a smile, food was very good, room spacious and comfortable, activities and entertainment amazing

Unfortunately room had partial view to contruction work and you could hear entertainment and disco noices very loud till very late even with room 4-5 floors up, not that convenient with a baby

beautiful and luxurious hotel ... the family room is carefully designed, many swimming pools to satisfy all tastes, the staff is nice, especially mr Mojtaba he greeted us with a smile and communicated with us via WhatsApp and was ready for any inquiries and he suggests restaurant a la carte for free The restaurants have a nice concept for children it has healthy and organic food. The decor of the restaurant and bathrooms is beautiful and distinctive. The rest of the guests are in a second restaurant with more variety, and every day they have a special theme , turkish Russian Mexican , seafood... they put a cute set for baby shampoo baby oil which are all organic

The children's bed that opens from under is impractical, it must be fixed because it will move all night. I had to close it and put the bed directly on the floor the edges of the bed are too sharp which hurts me 2 time Food is available in abundance, but it lacks taste and quality, especially sweets, beautiful in shape, but not delicious all entertainment activities are closed before 7 even gym and indoor pool so after 7 there is nothing to do with kids There are ants in the washroom

The hotel is beautiful, the family room is perfect for families with little kids .. the food is excellent. The thematic food nights are amazing. Most of staff are excellent and attending to requests with smile. The aqua park is so much fun and well maintained. The kids pool was excellent with the natural shading by the surrounding trees. The location of kids restaurant is also excellent and convenient overlooking the pool. In summary it was a great stay and hopefully going back . Special thanks to Nurcan, Nihan and Selda who were looking after requests in a whatsapp group. Would recommend the hotel to everybody.

There are only few minor areas of improvements. The Air conditioning in family room wouldnt cover the kids area if the door is closed. I would aprreciate having more options of healthy snacks near the kids pool. I recall a previous stay in another hotel where waiters would go around the pool with fruit cuts which encouraged kids to have them. One final thing, i didnt have very pleasent experience with some of bartenders near the red pool in the afternoon. I would appreciate if they were more welcoming and smiling like other emloyees across the hotel.

The room can be clean every day

A lot of space and things to do. liked bowling very much!) Very good food, liked the sushi bar in the afternoon and the variety of foods in the main restaurants. The steak a la carte restaurant is very nice.

The carpets used in the corridor and the room are not very tidy. The colour red is used too much in the design. My corner room had the view of the main entrance, it was ok, but the curtains would not open properly so it was always dark in the room.

it was a magic trip

I told in reception that was my husbands birthday (that’s why we fly in Antalya to celebrate) and my expention was to get birthday wishes or cake or something attention for him but no one pay on it attention - it was not nice
