-New hotel. Nice room and bathroom, smart TV, WI-FI. Cleaning every day -24 hour lobby bar -Decent sized pool- they offer free towels for pool & beach -Private beach with a beach bar -Good food and drinks -Great for kids

-Very few staff members speak English. They are more likely to speak Russian -Quite far from the beach (~5 km/10 minutes by shuttle bus, and the last one leaves the beach at 6 pm). You can't go for a swim or take a walk on the beach at sunset -Not necessarily the hotel's fault, but they could do something about it- first 3 days of our stay, all the sunbeds by the pool were "reserved" by towels -No ice-cream

Everything is very new in the hotel. The rooms are very nice. The cleanliness in the rooms is excellent. Everything was very clean and tidy. Regarding the restaurant, it has the best variety of food I have ever tried in my life and the quality is excellent. The children's play area was very good.

It is a very new hotel and I think there are things to improve: - The drinks bar is not good. They should offer courses on how to prepare drinks for all their employees. - The juice is not good either. - Regarding the children's play area, they should consider some tables where parents can eat or have a drink while watching their children play. Children under 5 years old must be under the care of their parents but that does not allow us to enjoy the facilities and services 100%. -Also in the children's play area there are areas that are dangerous and should be covered so that there are no accidents with children. - It would be good if the employees received English courses, even at a basic level, to improve communication between guests and employees.

Food was excellent, thank you very much to the whole kitchen team. Great choice and plenty available. All of the staff myself and my family encountered were fabulous. Beach was excellent.

Only one small thing, the shuttle to the beach could have been more frequent (perhaps every 20 minutes, to be 3 in each direction every hour when the beach is open) this would reduce overcrowding in the shuttle.

loved the modern and clean ambiance of the hotel. The outside pool was refreshing, and the spa facilities, including the sauna, vapor room, and hammam, were excellent for relaxation. The food was very delicious, with a buffet offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were helpful, especially Tariq. Additionally, the hotel provides a convenient shuttle bus service from the hotel to the beach. Good location near belek center

Lunch time is at 12:30 --14:00 , could be later ( for example 15:00 to 17:00) The air conditioner did not work in a room ,but then we were offered another room and the AC worked fine

Staff are very friendly . Everything was clean . The buffet was very delicious . Everything was perfect

It was a fantastic place to stay. The rooms and food was amazing! The staff was so friendly and so accommodating. It was such a fantastic place to stay at.

We booked last minute and it was absolutely stunning. Spotless clean and the staff was lovely. Will definitely be booking to come again.

There wasn’t anything I didn’t like it was spot on.
