Very friendly and helpful staff. Really clean hotel, cleaned up the rooms nicely. Food was really tasty and loads of options available.

Too much use of alcohol, every drink stand was serving alcohol, same hands and same spoons were used to make and stir any non alcoholic mocktails, they should have some stands without alcohol, so if you get a mocktail here it is very likely to have a touch of alcohol in it. Also the night buffet is a waste of time, get your sleep instead, nothing fresh in there only a few left over things from dinner and hardly any options. Another thing when you get to the end of the water slide instead of helping you or making sure your ok the workers quickly grab your donut float and pass it to the next person waiting outside, i slipped and bruised my foot but the worker was not looking or listening and just passed my float on.

Helpful staff, nice and big hotel, very nice for families. Reception staff deserve a gold star : helped us with last-minute booking, and we received complimentary room upgrade. Hotel looks better than in pictures. Many bars and snack bars, a lot of options for food. Spa and massage is a must. Enough to entertain whole family during the day. Would still recommend this hotel, but when its warmer.

Same things at restaurant over 6 days' stay. No heated pool, especially for kids. Low quality alcohol that taste weird : sore throat. Not much to do after diner except games room and drinks at bars, but i guess it was too cold outside for any night time entertainment (1st week of May). There is a vip bar, and a coctail bar, but the alcohol type is still the same : low quality.

The location was amazing, with breathtaking scenery, friendly staff, and plenty of food and activities to choose from. I plan to return during the warmer months to check out the theme parks.

The cats were roaming around in the dining area. This is very unhygienic!

Its my second time at granada resort, we loved the pool, food,i really enjoyed that they increased the activity during the day.

Amazing facilities, cleanliness, polite staff, lots of choice

The non-stop loud music entertainment for the kids. The entertainment itself was very good but the volume of the continuous music was too loud. It was difficult to relax on the pools in peace because of the music’s volume.

Great swimming pools facilities. Good variety of food at the main restaurant.

Too noisy at night. A night club in the area was playing loud music every night until late. Main restaurant was very busy some days. Difficult to find a table.

The food was fantastic — the all-inclusive system made it possible to feel full and satisfied 24 hours a day. There was a great variety of dishes: gluten-free options, soups, a wide selection of fish, sweets, desserts, salads, fresh greens. The smiling and always helpful staff created an atmosphere of incredible comfort throughout our entire stay.

What we "didn’t like" was that everything was so delicious, it was impossible to resist — you just had to eat! Truly, it was the best decision our family could have made, and we’re grateful to every member of the hotel staff.

The options regarding pools are extensive. We went over Easter so the pools where only starting to heat up and towards the start of the holiday too cold to really swim in comfortably for my family. My children mixed ages loved the huge choice of water slides, wave pool, splash area, entertainment in the evening which is like being at a concert. All inclusive food was very good something for everyone. Drinks where a little lacking and wine in restaurant wasn't great but you can buy a selected bottle. Indoor pool was great, size of hotel and design was beautiful. Snack bars in wonderland loved by my kids although missed the slushy one especially for kids with dairy intolerance.

Cold pools off season. Should have icecreams at turquoise bar for people stationed there for the day. Slushie bar gone :(. Found evening entertainment good, but repetitive, some singing or (mock) signing would engage in between dance and acrobatics.

There was so much to do. Caters for every age group we'll, including teenagers. The place is huge!! Get ready for lots of walking. Beautiful food, fantastic pools, waterslides were great, facilities (football pitch, basketball, tennis, etc] well kept and maintained. Lots of staff who were friendly. Just the housekeeping that let the place down. The bathroom wasnt cleaned well nor the rooms mopped on a daily basis which is a shame. Other then that, it was excellent
