Very friendly and helpful staff. Really clean hotel, cleaned up the rooms nicely. Food was really tasty and loads of options available.

Too much use of alcohol, every drink stand was serving alcohol, same hands and same spoons were used to make and stir any non alcoholic mocktails, they should have some stands without alcohol, so if you get a mocktail here it is very likely to have a touch of alcohol in it. Also the night buffet is a waste of time, get your sleep instead, nothing fresh in there only a few left over things from dinner and hardly any options. Another thing when you get to the end of the water slide instead of helping you or making sure your ok the workers quickly grab your donut float and pass it to the next person waiting outside, i slipped and bruised my foot but the worker was not looking or listening and just passed my float on.

Helpful staff, nice and big hotel, very nice for families. Reception staff deserve a gold star : helped us with last-minute booking, and we received complimentary room upgrade. Hotel looks better than in pictures. Many bars and snack bars, a lot of options for food. Spa and massage is a must. Enough to entertain whole family during the day. Would still recommend this hotel, but when its warmer.

Same things at restaurant over 6 days' stay. No heated pool, especially for kids. Low quality alcohol that taste weird : sore throat. Not much to do after diner except games room and drinks at bars, but i guess it was too cold outside for any night time entertainment (1st week of May). There is a vip bar, and a coctail bar, but the alcohol type is still the same : low quality.

The location was amazing, with breathtaking scenery, friendly staff, and plenty of food and activities to choose from. I plan to return during the warmer months to check out the theme parks.

The cats were roaming around in the dining area. This is very unhygienic!

Great swimming pools facilities. Good variety of food at the main restaurant.

Too noisy at night. A night club in the area was playing loud music every night until late. Main restaurant was very busy some days. Difficult to find a table.

The options regarding pools are extensive. We went over Easter so the pools where only starting to heat up and towards the start of the holiday too cold to really swim in comfortably for my family. My children mixed ages loved the huge choice of water slides, wave pool, splash area, entertainment in the evening which is like being at a concert. All inclusive food was very good something for everyone. Drinks where a little lacking and wine in restaurant wasn't great but you can buy a selected bottle. Indoor pool was great, size of hotel and design was beautiful. Snack bars in wonderland loved by my kids although missed the slushy one especially for kids with dairy intolerance.

Cold pools off season. Should have icecreams at turquoise bar for people stationed there for the day. Slushie bar gone :(. Found evening entertainment good, but repetitive, some singing or (mock) signing would engage in between dance and acrobatics.

Granada Luxury Belek was the best hotel I have ever been to. I have given it 10 out of 10 for its fantastic food, services and staff. We had a family reunion there. The hotel is all inclusive with great food and drinks. The fresh food is generously served almost throughout the day. They bake the bread fresh. There is a variety of food you can eat: Salads, soups, fruits, pastry, grilled fish, chicken and meat. Free alcoholics drinks are served at the restaurant and the lobby for about maybe 12 hours. The staff were very friendly and nice with a smile. Thank you for giving such a great service. It changed my view of Turkey, I will go back there in the future. Also I booked a spa and massage with Putri which was very relaxing and great too. There is also a free shuttle service for going to the nearby sandy beach too.

Overall we had a great stay there and we appreciate the service and food there. However we tried to use indoor pools twice during our stay and both times we were disappointed by the cold water in the indoor pools. The water in the pools were so cold we had to jump out of the pool freezing after maximum 20 minutes of swimming. The water in one of outdoor heated swimming pools were much warmer than the indoors! It would be nice if there were Jacuzzis for use in the Spa as well.

Famaly rooms are clean and big ,main pool and all around is amazing,activitys also amazing.

The food all days is the same,but not missing anything.all is fresh. inflatable tube in sliders is missing ,and u have to wait that some one will finish,to take his inflatable tube, The hotel must buy 50/100 pc more at list,and all will be ok,there is max 20 pc ,and hotel must add 50/100 pc more

The cleanliness was exceptional

There were 26 of us in total that went on holiday and stayed in this property and 23 of us do not like cats. However, we saw cats all over dining area and this made us avoid the dinning because we find the cats presence very invasive. As much as I love the Grenada hotel, I will want to look for other similar cats free hotels to stay next time when in the area. Also, I will suggest that the dinning area be split to different sections where those with children can have their own space away from those who wants a more quite dinning experience. However, what I found was that so many families with children during our stay flooded the dinning which made it too busy, crowded and too noisy for my liking.

The facilities were great. The buffet had a great variety of food which suited us all. Having the full board option was a great choice as the food and drink was included throughout the day. I would also like to say a special (Thank You) to the amazing receptionist (Mr. Polet) for his professionalism, kindness and for making our check in process and easy and pleasurable experience.
