The food is great! The staff are friendly. It’s clean. There are different types of activities for all.

Gym is only available from 8-10 am and 2-4 pm! If you stay in the main building be prepared to wake up every morning around 3:30 when the yard being power washed. Make sure to ask for a room in other buildings which are peaceful with great surroundings.

Reception staff were amazing - very attentive . Only issue I had was the AC in the room did not work even though the technician was called over 3/4 times . Delik from the kitchen who always made the omelettes was always friendly. I found the service staff quite unfriendly and would only go to the Russian or Germans to ask for their drinks and we had to go to the bar to get ours . Belek centre is close by - a 15 mins walk from the hotel

We had a great week here with our boys (5 and 7) over the Easter holidays. Unfortunately the weather was cooler than we'd hoped which meant we didn't get to take as much advantage of the many outdoor pools as we would have liked. Luckily there was also an indoor pool (and sauna - useful for warming up after we'd braved the outdoor pool) and lots of activities - including daily football, darts and balls competitions organised by the staff. The hotel directly backs onto a great beach with mountain views and there was fantastic evening entertainment every night which our kids loved!

all was perfect, hotel and the area was tip-top clean and maintained, services were perfect too, the laundry was changed every day, good romm equipment for 4 people

I can't fault anything, maybe just thinking: 1. changing the laundry every day seemed useless to me (thrown money out the window), I recommend, as it happens in other hotels, if a guest requests to change the laundry, to put the special hotel card on the bed, which is used for this purpose, and the cleaning lady knows based on this, that she has change the bed laundry. 2. for people with food allergies (gluten and lactose): visually indicate on the cards with meals whether it contains/does not contain a specific food ingredient. For that reason, I could not taste anything from the desserts, because this information was missing.....

buffet was amazing , lots of choices, swimming pools are really nice and water slides super for kids. bedroom spacious and well cleaned.

outdoors near swimming pools are too slippery . not choices for gluten free diet ( only on demand ). juices for kids or adults are terrible only with sugars. swimming pools closing too early at 6 pm . Some people in the animation team ( mini club ) looks unfriendly despite their efforts to try to be . In my opinion they work too many hours .. and look exhausted. They didn’t try to accommodate my kid with special needs at the kids club, they expect your kids to play by themselves… and don’t seem to want to bother to look after them. Shows are really good quality . kids loved them .

Great location and very helpful staff. Great food with amazing choices with something for everyone.

in the main restaurant the food stations could have been organised better . More than one toaster would have helped and butter near the bread just some examples

Great pools, the beach is nice, large variety of food for everyone.

It's a huge place, so everything feels like a factory. That also means no private care of the staff. We had a refrigerator that didn't work and was not fixed our entire stay.

Perfect all inclusive solution for families with small kids.

Excessive use of plastic (each person consumes 5 plastic bottles a day, there are 1700 customers in the hotel, you can do the math). The hotel should install water fountains and promote refilling of the bottles. The quality of alcohol is very low. (Wine, beer, etc)

Good afternoon! traveled with two young children. Ideal for families. Good children's animation. An excellent daily entertainment program for both children and adults. The food is very varied. Very friendly staff throughout the hotel. But especially I want to note the reception staff. And a personal thanks to Elshad. Feel free to tell the reception staff about your problems with staying at the hotel, they really try to help and help solve them. Very comfortable hotel location. Belek is 7 minutes walk. 5 minutes by taxi to Land of Legends.
