Beautiful place, many things to do, staff vas very nice. The food was good, especially breakfast. Good music in the pool area e disco. There are many sports to play, beach volley, darts, bocce, tennis and fitness center.

If you need something and contact the reception, they were very late to bring them. So, for the last day, we needed the shuttle to checkout, as it didn't arrive, we had to go walking. SPA was very good, but the manager was a very rude person. He didn't like to explain, just take money!!

It was the second time that we were staying in this hotel. We liked it first time and came back again. Upon check-in we encountered an issue with the room type we booked through Booking.com (the room type wasn’t displayed correctly during booking in Booking.com website). However, Tatiana from guest relations was incredibly helpful. She was patient, cooperative, and went out of her way to find alternatives for us, demonstrating an exceptional level of professionalism and customer care. The outdoor area is lush and beautifully maintained by the hardworking staff. Everywhere you go, the staff are kind, always smiling, and doing their best to ensure guest satisfaction. There is a wide variety of food available throughout the day—whether it’s breakfast, lunch, or dinner—and delicious snacks are served at the snack bar until 2 a.m. Plenty of sunbathing beds are also available on the beach. Additionally, the resort offers numerous sports and wellness activities throughout the day. The wellness and spa center are fantastic, with the massages being especially outstanding.

The mold smell in some of the rooms, which has to do with the humid weather. But if you keep the windows open, the smell will be gone.

Fantastic territory- town within town. Green territory, plenty of pools, water sports, coffee corners, children attractions, tennis courts, etc. Close proximity to the sea- always plenty available sun loungers and beach towels. Decent restaurant and snack bar

The accommodation is outdated and needs some sprucing up. We didn’t spend much time in a room so it wasn’t a huge issue but the smell of dump was prevalent. Also, some furniture was literally falling a apart (door from a mini bar came out of hinges, mosquito net door fell outside). If the management can spend some money on updating the rooms- the hotel would be 10/10

Great improvement over the previous year in terms of overall management. It has everything to relax. Crazy amount of pools and things to do. Great tennis court and price. Nice food. I was surprised to notice the snack bar open until 2AM. The hotel area is spectacular and enormous. You just go there and let stuff care about you. Any age can find what to do there. Food is good/okay

Of course the hotel has a lot of guests and if you expect personal attention on every step, you won't receive it. The room wasn't clean but after the complaint it was resolved quickly. Strange locker system in the spa. Also, I think guests should tip staff more so there's more motivation for them. They are trying hard, this should be rewarded.

I had a fantastic stay at this resort. The property is expansive, offering a wide range of activities to suit all interests. With multiple pools and a beachfront location, there’s always something to enjoy. The variety of food was outstanding, featuring numerous cuisines that catered to all tastes. Even if you happen to miss a meal, the snack bar ensures you’ll always find something delicious to eat. This resort is an ideal destination for everyone—whether you're traveling as a family, a couple, or solo.

There were a couple of aspects that could be improved. The pillows provided were not very comfortable, with only one size available, which was quite high and firm for my taste. Additionally, the towels in the rooms seemed a bit worn and could benefit from being replaced with newer ones.

The hotel complex is very big with lavish greenery and flowers in the open spaces which are very well-maintained. The food is abundant with great variety and possibilities to eat something at every time of the day from 7am to 2 am. The breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets in the Terrace restaurant were always well-stocked with diverse cuisine offers. The sweets corner and the salad bars were especially tempting.During our one week stay there were Italian, International, Mediterranean, Seafood, Turkish, Mexican thematic dinners. We didn't try the A-La Cart restaurants but we saw there were Japanese, Turkish, Italian and Greek ones. The Wi-Fi was excellent - fast and present all over the whole complex. The evening programmes were amazing- they have well-thought how to keep the guests in their complex and entertain them throughout the whole day with live music, dance performances and discos every evening. The nice little cafe in the middle of the complex serves great cappuccino with snacks and sweets in the afternoon. The lady making "Guzleme" in the area near the Street Food Bar was really great with the tastiest guzleme we have ever tried. The staff is non-obtrusive, always smiling and polite. The SPA centre is also great- we tried the Turkish Hammam and the sauna only enjoying them both. Rooms are clean and spacious and although we stayed in a Standard Villa Double Room with no special view we enjoyed our stay a lot. Just the pillows were a bit uncomfortable. We loved the relax pool area - If only the water in the pool was a bit warmer:)) The main pool with the Aquapark is also great with aqua gymnastics every day at 11am and the slides open daily from 10-12 and 14:00-16:00 The fitness is spacious and well-equipped + a lot of opportunities for outdoor sports - tennis courses, football pitches, beach volleyball grounds, basketball and kids volley nets. There were also a kids corner and a games entertainment centre.

We only wished the pools were a bit warmer.

Very nice, quiet hotel, with huge green area around. There are animals running around freely such as turtles, it is very interesting for kids and adults. The rooms were renovated long time ago, but it's clean there, and everything works properly.

The hotel is far away from all the shopping areas, so if you would like to buy some souvenirs not from the stores inside the hotel area, you'll need a taxi. It's also seems there is a personal shortage or smth, and people work for many hours 6 days per week. So personal may look super tired. I just hope they pay them enough.

The room is comfortable, The dinner is very good, the breakfast is excellent,

the location is far away from public transportation, I think the main swimming pool is not enough for the resort residents, it was always full

Very friendly staff. Nice comfortable, clean rooms. A little dated, but doesn't take anything away from the pleasure of the stay. Food was varied and tasty. Lots of restaurants, so you're never waiting for restaurant timings. Beach was good, pools and slides were fun. Lots of activities. Evening entertainment was fun. Gym trainer was such a great guy. Really appreciated his help.

Not a negative, but being an ecological resort they have a loud rustling noise running around the resort. I think this keeps insects away. No wasps or mosquitos, so worth putting up with. Maybe would affect a sound sensitive child.

I went with my husband and 2 kids. We were bit disappointed with the room as the balcony had no sun and the room was very dark even with the lights on. I did ask to change room, but unfortunately the hotel was full. But on the up side - The grounds are beautiful with lots of greenry and wildlife. The entertainment team made our holiday. The kids club is very impressive lots of activities on everyday the staff were so friendly and made It fun for the kids. A big thank you to Ahu, who my kids absolutely adored. And played my sons fav song at the main pool ‘green, green grass’. Also a thank you to all the kids club staff who were great. There is also lots of activities for the adults such as aerobics, archy, water polo you won’t ever get bored at this hotel. There is food available all the time you won’t ever go hungry. The kids loved the ice cream hut. If your a coffee drinker, your be pleased to know there is a coffee shop with all sorts of coffee and an impressive selection of cakes 😋. We liked going to the al carte restaurants in the evening. Good selection of drinks. Good evening entertainment. We loved that the hotel is on the beach and has bars a very short walk either end. The main pool was a lovely temperature. The slides could do with a few more floats. I would recommend this hotel, if your looking for a fun family holiday this is the place. We plan to go back next year!
