All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everywhere was very clean and tidy - the room was a very good size, cleaned daily and the minibar was included in the all inclusive package and refilled daily. The food was lovely, and there's a lot of choice. It was very family friendly, lots for the kids to do. Lots of sunbeds available, plenty of chairs inside and out.

Choice of food was vast. the attention to detail by the chefs is insane. presentation is 10 out of 10. I counted 14 different types of olives alone. cleaning staff work so hard. all staff and holidaymakers were courteous. Mostly used by German citizens, so there was a good buzz of various German soccer teams who were staying, obviously training or playing at the nearby football facility. Decor of hotel is really fresh. Nothing shabby or tired here. We had an interconnecting double and twin. The kids were in the twin which had safety windows and we had the balcony in ours. Lifts and ramps throughout and automatic doors so very easy to get around if you have a buggy or wheelchair. Games room with 2 lane bowling alley, pool tables,arcade games. Disco which has some live act on every night. We didn't go as we were in bed before they started! Outdoor there is a kids mini club which has climbing frames, tree top harness thing, my two were too old, but it was operating. Other outdoor areas had table tennis, basketball, tennis, outdoor gym equipment. Spa available for various treatments and fitness centre. Plenty taxis available right outside the hotel. 20 mins drive to Side town with the ancient ruins, we went twice, found a cute little restaurant (anatolia's) with some resident baby tortoises that they let you feed. Anyway back to the hotel... You could eat and drink from 7am until 8pm if you were so minded! The local beer Efes is tasty. Reception staff are efficient and responsive. Communication between staff seems very good We went in February and my teenagers were able to use the smaller outdoor heated pool and waterslides. There were some tiny kids in there too. Now it wasn't exactly warm water. There was an indoor pool too which has a lifeguard. The main pool was like an ice bucket challenge which was expected. No lifeguard out there, but there is one when they run the waterslide for 2 hours, twice a day if sunny enough and enough demand.

the neighbourhood is going through some development. Music in pool bar and indoor bar was crooners and it was pretty boring.

The hotel and its facilities were nothing special, they were great but again nothing unexpected out of a 5 star hotel. But the food was UNBELIEVABLY diverse and amazing. Would visit again simply because of food

room cleaning delayed little but, cleaning set (shampoo, toothpaste...et.) was provided 1st day only and never been renewed :(
