huge facility good food clean rooms well maintained hotel

no soundproof on roomdoors, whoever walks and talks on the corridor, you can hear easily while you are in your room. Its smth really bad when there are too many children around. receptionist were not fully avare while they are working on check in. first they insisted about our reservation that is for 1 person only instead of 2 then realised and confirmed that is their mistake, later they kept trying to use same banks credit card machine but failed and then told me that I must talk with my bank because its my issue. when I refused to do that tried with 3rd one and money withdraw was successful. 2 of credit card machines were not working properly..

the staff at the reception was very nice and helpful, the whole resort is really nice, the beach club, the many snacks corners, the big pool, really great facilities.

The mattress in our room was so hard we barely slept and the noise from the hotel across the road did not help(traveling with a one year old).. dinner was very disappointing, we were at other hotels in the area and the food was way better especially if you like BBQ, you will be left disappointed. the servers are also understaffed so for the whole week we were maybe served a drink twice on the whole property..... so 1. new matresses are needed, 2. better food is needed for us to return.

Everything was perfect. Our room was spacious. The bathroom was equipped with everything you need. The room was cleaned every day. Towels were also changed daily. Everywhere was clean and well maintained. Everything around was green, there were many flowers and it was very spacious. The pools were clean. There were plenty of sunbeds. You can't be bored there, there's a lot of fun. We were with a child and had a great time. They also made sure that the children had fun. The food was delicious and varied. It was an unforgettable holiday. We would definitely visit TUI MAGIC LIFE JACARANDA again.

I had a room with balcony fronting a swimming pool. there is nothing bad about this whole thing. weather, food, sports of any sorts: everything was just amazing.

everything was fantastic. i don’t understand people complaining. you pay pennies compared to small flats in cities and you get plenty of food, sun, sports, relaxation. what is there to complain about price v value? nothing!

Multiple swimming pools, very nice cleaning service, food and entertainment are good. Staff are mostly lovely specially the ones at the beach bar. They made my son’s birthday very special thank you! Nice sandy beach with a very good bar/restaurant and a full lunch buffet available at the beach, so we didn’t need to go back to the hotel for lunch if we wanted to spend the day at the beach. Grilled fish was almost always served. I didn’t have a problem feeding my two years old. Food options are very good. One week is enough for this resort in my opinion.

Beds are horrible! If you do care about a good night sleep then this is not where you want to stay for a relaxed holiday. This has been repeated in so many reviews but it doesn’t seem like they really want to do anything about it, perhaps because it would cost them a lot.

The property has everything anyone could ask for. I enjoyed a marvelous, adventurous and delicious stay. I was treated generously by the hospitable reception team, namely Fatih und Ugor. Tuana and Chaimae provided fantastic guest services and had a brightly pleasant attitude. Servin Deniz had an adorable smile and work as hard as a bee! An amazingly kind girl! A warm salute to the animation team! They were a sight to watch and such entertaining speakers. Special thanks to Ali, the tennis coach! He's a patient and a sensational sportsman.

From the arrival, the hotel was spotless, staff greeted us and took our bags. The room was a good size and very comfy with good quality fittings. The food was exceptional, all day long there was a variety of drinks and something to eat, be it by the beach, dinner hall or restaurants. I didn't go in the speciality restaurants but they looked very nice. The private beach area was amazing, sand and easy access from the hotel. It was perfect for a family with children. The staff were exceptional, from the cleaner to the waiters, they were friendly and smiled. I would definitely visit again.

It was very busy, with lots of children, though in a controlled way and to be expected in summer holiday time

Diversity of activities, the food was very varried and good, service extremely good we felt cared for and helped from the very start. We noticed some behaviour traits of employers which show great respect and extremely polite.

Wifi wasnt strong enough from our room. I would have loved to have private phone conversations from our room through wifi but it wasnt posible so it was inconvenient to call home during our stay. I would have loved to have seafood every night, sadly it was available only on the first day of stay and i didnt try thinking it would appear later, sadly it did not. Night staff doesnt know english. Many of the staff didnt know a lot of english actualy, but the night receptionists, that was very inconvenient. We changed to another room that night and the guys from the reception just couldnt understand what room we wanted, he checked us in 3 rooms that night(all of what was available), tough i showed him on the map where exactly was the room about which we agreed on during the daytime.
