I recently had the pleasure of staying at the newly opened Paloma Grida Hotel, and I can confidently say it was one of the best all-inclusive experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The food was absolutely outstanding — fresh, vibrant, and with so much variety that every meal felt like a new discovery. Whether you’re a picky eater or an adventurous foodie, there’s something for everyone, and the quality is consistently top-notch. The cleanliness of the entire resort was truly impressive — everything was spotless at all times. The rooms were immaculate, with tasteful, modern decor that felt both elegant and cozy. You could really tell that every detail had been carefully thought out. What really made the stay exceptional, though, was the service. The staff were unfailingly friendly, attentive, and seemed to anticipate our every need without being intrusive. A special shout-out to the front office team, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our stay — nothing was ever too much trouble. An extra special thank you to Mehtap and Dilayla, who truly went the extra mile to make our experience unforgettable. If you’re considering a luxurious, relaxing escape with amazing service, fantastic food, and impeccable surroundings, I can’t recommend Paloma Grida enough. Beautiful luxury new hotel. Service was amazing and very tasty food everywhere. The hotel has just been reopened June 2025 after being renovated to a very high standard. We were delighted to stay here. Ahmet was very helpful and booked our golf and dinner reservations. The spa is also very nice. We also got a late check out which was very helpful. All facilties here are lovely. Evening show was great too. They have a small waterpark for kids. Highly recommend we only stayed 2 nights but loved this hotel.

Everything about the hotel is great. Pre-book amazing a la carte restaurants before you arrive! Outside confirm the taxi price. Uber and equivalent dont work in Belek. Book hotel transfer from booking.com. Hotel said 7 euro and taxi charged 10 euro for a 2 min drive (10 min walk) to shops and market. Montgomerie golf club, if you hire clubs take photos before and after drop. They tried to charge for a lost club but found it.

We traveled with our one year old baby and we liked particularly that food was there in place together with milk and microwave to feed our baby. So we didn’t have any issues with feeding: pure, soup, porridge, mash potatoes, soft vegetable crockets - all was suitable for baby to eat. In addition to that kids club has nice facilities to play for baby. I think it’s a very good family concept hotel for families with children and I would definitely recommend this

Perhaps everything was fine, maybe room floor mopping could have been done a bit better for baby crawling

We stayed at this hotel for a week, our second visit here. The food was excellent, with plenty of choices for everyone. We appreciated how helpful the staff was with our food restrictions, offering good lactose and gluten-free options. The water pools were very nice and the service was great. When we had a problem with our flight, the hotel management helped us a lot, which we really valued.

One thing to note: Antalya in June can be very hot, reaching 42°C. It wasn't comfortable to walk outside in this heat. But the pools were perfect for cooling off, and the air conditioning in the public areas and rooms worked well, keeping the indoor temperature comfortable.

The place is very wonderful, the food is delicious in the restaurants, and the staff were wonderful. I would like to thank Shuaib from the rental office and the car service. He gives us the best advice regarding shopping places and making tours. He was very nice, and also the employee Sultan, who is responsible for the residents of the lake villa, she was very kind.

Room was spacious, the main restaurant is very large with an outside space. There is a lot to choose from. For dinner, we had mexican one night, italian another, turkish etc. The pools have more than enough life guards around which shows they take safety seriously. The customer service at Paloma is fantastic. My toddler spilled water on the bed. I called the reception requesting they change the sheets, someone was at our door within 2 minutes!

The room is a little dated and might need some modernisation. The air-conditioning in the room could be cooler.

Personnel, food, facilities and atmosphere were great. The best hotel we've ever been to. Children were delighted and we also felt well taken care of throughout our 11-day long stay.

Rooms were a bit outdated, especially air conditining which needed to be on all night but even on lowest setting it blew strongly in our faces. Balconies were very small. Key cards to our room stopped working 8-10 times and we needed to exchange them in the reception.

Location is close to the city. All activity (child area, water slides, pool games, night shows, disco, garden party) is amaizing . The team is very polite. The food is diversified and cover all needs. Recomand to vizit SATURDAY BELEK BAZAR.

We spent 2 days only unfortunately. We had an early check in and 2 hours late check out, hotel administration didn’t charge additional fee. Staff is very kind and attentive, they even took care of injured cat. Wealth of choice for food, intensive entertainment and wine and fruits on complimentary basis. We will definitely repeat our stay at Paloma with our whole family!
