We're staying in this hotel for the 4th time in a row. Last time we had some questions, but as far as we can see, most of them have been fixed by the staff/management by this year which is great! We tried the room with pool entrance for the first time- and this is a true paradise! Very comfortable, large, clean! The food is, as every year, second to none! Delicious and huge choice! Turkish a la carte restaurant was amazing as well. The staff is helpful and polite. Also, in comparison with last year, more sunbeds appeared near the pools.

That was very rare this time (in comparison with last year), but there were some dirty plates and glasses. Also, had to wait for pancakes, eggs, halumi grilled cheese during breakfast. Were taken by guests fast and cooks, though doing their best, could not produce new portions on time. Also, could not find the staff to help with sunbeds near the pool. But, generally, all these are minor minuses in comparison with huge pluses!

service at the highest level. Imagine that my wife lost an earring somewhere in the hotel. When I was leaving, they told me that they would do everything to find him. That's what they did and found him on the beach, which was impossible!!!!👍👍😎

We booked a room quite spontaneous, it costed a lot, but we had a wonderful 360 degree terrace. The view was remarkable. I believe, it is worth its money. Great variety of food and drinks. Food is actually everyone in countless quantities (not sure if this is good or bad, I would significantly reduce the amount of served food). The sea is just next to the hotel, entertainment programme is also there (sort of political sometimes, but never mind). Pools are awesome!

To leave the hotel, you can only call taxis that are partnered with the hotel. These taxis have fixed prices, which are double the amount of regular taxis, and their taximeters don’t work. The hotel doesn't allow you to call any other taxis or let them enter the premises. This was a nasty experience that spoiled our overall impression of the hotel. Additionally, we needed to buy something from a pharmacy, but there were none nearby. You either have to walk for almost an hour or take a taxi, which again costs double. The hotel offers to order from a partnered pharmacy, but the prices are 5 to 10 times higher than usual. Ridiculous! Didn't expect this from a 5star hotel with great service. Also, the staff was only nice at the beginning, but was not helpful at all on our last day there.

We were a group of five and we all were very happy with our choice of hotel this year. Out of several hotels I have been to Antalya this is the best. I loved the sandy and well looked after beach which is so rare in this part as most of the beaches in the area are pebbly or sand with pebbles

A few moments for potential improvement though - aqua-aerobics could have been so much more fun if run by a professional aqua aerobics instructor and not just a fitness instructor. - a yoga place should be covered from the sun more thoroughly - at the moment some sun rays get in and it ruins everything. When it is plus 45 outside maybe yoga can be moved inside? - spa is a huge area for improvement. I had one very mediocre thai massage and an unsuccessful attempt at a manicure when I left half way through. Spa area is not very crowded which is a big plus but i think it speaks volume at the popularity of the facility.

Everything was amazing- the staff, the live entertainment, and I was surprised at the quality of the food given the huge amount of people needing to be served. I did tons of research before deciding on Susesi as I have 3 kids from 10 to 19 years old and wanted to be sure it would be enjoyed by all. It did not disappoint and we all had a great time.

The only negative is having to wait around for someone to help with the guest relations when it's their busy intake of new guests. Also, it would have been nice to have been warned on arrival to book the free a la carte restaurants as soon as possible. The restaurants were booked up the whole week we were there.

- Staff at bar and restaurant were amazing. - It was comfortable for families - Pool were so good - Food was delicious and so diverse - 1600£ for a room (2adults) for 5days and 4nights was worthy

- Main restaunarnt was not covered by internet. - I asked reception to call the taxi driver that I was waiting for him cuz I didnt have turkish sim card, he said we are not able to do that !!!! - DONT TAKE TAXI from hotel, they charge you double (50€) for one trip to airport, book it with booking.com with (22£) with better than car.

Excellent food, loved the variety and the accessibility. They had an event everyday for kids and grownups which we all really enjoyed. The pools are all clean and well maintained. Also excellent location just 10min away by car to the land of legends.

Almost everything but specially staff , cleanliness and facilities.

The only thing I wanted to pointed out was the fairness of transfer office. We were given 60 euros for two ways ride to land of legend from hotel which was only 30 euros by a taxi !! And thanks to the reception for arranging this .

Excellent for families and the food in the buffet exceeded expectations. Food and drink wise there’s something for everyone. The hotel itself feels luxurious, and the room was brilliant. The staff also couldn’t be more helpful
