How clean it was

Nice facilities, we had everything we needed for a 4 night stay.

We are not sure why but the washing machine was not working and the inside of the oven was very dirty. The location was a bit far from the center and it took expensive taxi rides to get there. One cannot enter the sea from there.

The location is just amazing. Everything you might need within walking distance, including the beach/walk. The lady in the reception Tatiana was very polite and helpful, special thanks to her. Definitely would come back again, if got a chance. Got the apt number, as well as the access code and stuff like that right away by message, So, were able to finish the check-in formalities wzout approaching the reception

Very clean and organised place, welcoming reception, offering honest help when requested, a voucher for beach, all shows they respect and value customer. The place exactly match the photos. A peaceful area and very good access to sightseeing. My family really enjoyed the stay.

Back garden could have been more functional and well integrated into property, tidiness and functionality doesn't match the rest of the property which is a shame.

The flat was impeccably clean and tidy, a standard evident right from the building's entrance and reception area, where everything was thoughtfully arranged to create the best possible impression.

There are additional charges for using facilities such as the washing machine and dishwasher. Additionally, no free breakfast, coffee, or tea is provided in the flat, which is commonly offered in most accommodations across Turkey.

The apartment operator did a good job by responding us on the wheelchair accessibility. Hence, we secure the ground room with a small garden. As this apartment do have facilities such as kitchen, washing machine, water dispenser, dish washer and iron; it really gives a homey sensation. The receptionist was also courteous and happy to assist on any issue. Also this property is near to small market, shops, diners and next to Duden Waterfall Lower side.

This is an apartment with no lift facilities. Possibly can be installed to give more comfort for the guest. About the bathroom, the set back is there is only 1 bathroom to be used in an apartment.

The suits are newly built and very modern. The apartment was clean and various utilities were provided for the stay. There is a huge garden in the back, which was fun for the kids.

It was not informed on the booking page that house utilities like dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, etc will not be provided, which came as a surprise.

The room was super clean. The check In process was so easy. The staff was very friendly. The wifi is very quick. The location is nice. Next to many super markets. Their beach is not so far and they have a shuttle that takes you to the beach and back. Thanks Moon suites.

The rooms are a bit smaller than what I expected and there is not enough cloth storage area.

The location is very good - you can get to a very nice walking/jogging area in a couple of minutes and either to local or fancy restaurants in a few minutes. There is a couple of small specific beaches in 10-15 minutes walk. They are not equipped, with little space and not fit for small children, however you might like it, if you are into little extreme stuff :). Big beaches are accessible via bus or transfer shuttle (~30 min ride). Admins are fantastic, very helpful, friendly, patient and available nearly 24/7 (do not abuse it though :)). We had an issue with hot water on the first day - just ask reception to help with it, if needed. It was fixed for us the next day.

The soundproof walls could have been better - sometimes it feels like someone is talking right behind you while you know that there is a wall. This is multiplied by a habit of your neighbors to return back to their rooms after midnight and creating a lot of noise which might wake you up at 1 am.

The location was great! Close to the airport and restaurants. It’s a walking distance to most places like the Terra City mall which was about 10min walk and Duden lower waterfall which was a coastal walk for about 20min. A excellent place for kids as you can walk along the coastal trail with beautiful sea views. There’s also swings and slides scattered across for the kids to enjoy. The apartment itself was lovely and clean. Has everything there what you need. Very well thought of. I would definitely stay here again.

If only there was a pool that would be a bonus.
