All the staff were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.It’s close to the seafront with bars & restaurants and nice place to walk. It’s clean and comfortable. Toiletries were just soap in bathroom and shower but still adequate. Their own beach is lovely with reasonable bar restaurant attached, but there are also plenty others in both directions from the hotel. All inclusive was a reasonable price with food being served frequently during the day and the basic selection of drinks allowed was adequate for people who don’t drink much.

The bed cover isn’t very wide and doesn’t cover two people very well. Soundproofing is poor and you hear other guests from your room. Shower drainage terrible and base fills up and overflows into bathroom when showering. Transport to/from their beach was terrible though the hotel were aware and will hopefully sort something better out soon. Food was very Turkish, perfectly acceptable, but would have liked to know that before booking.

I loved the staff! Bahar, Can, Tugue, Ibrahim, Emin, Mete, etc… they were very helpful, very nice. My room was very good and I had no problems with them. I had fun, I was there for work and I spent 21 days with them, they treat you as family and it makes me want to go back. I barely left the hotel because I had everything I needed there.

However, there was a slight problem that’s not under the control of the hotel as Antalya has this problem, it doesn’t matter where you go, I say this because I’ve seen comments about it. Every summer there are roaches, it’s nothing they can do other than what they did, bring pest control and spray twice the whole hotel. They tried their best and it’s something people should also value. The only flaw that I could point, it’s the Gluten-free options… even though they tried their best, as it’s self service, the spoons kept mixing and once I ate potatoes that had been mixed with the schnitzel so imagine my stomach the next 2 days 🤣😅😅. Other than that. I give them 5stars.

The hotel was very clean, and nice and peaceful great for when you are recovering from treatment. The staff were always very helpful and went out of their way to accommodate your needs. The location is absolutely perfect as its close to the airport and nearby soo many places to explore. Its got a nice pool to relax around never overcrowded or loud just very relaxing. The food is also always fresh and full of flavour again the staff are very helpful and very lovely. I would definitely recommend and come again Thank you

The hotel itself is small, but very nice, located close to airport. The staff is just more than helpful, especially guest relation. We tried only breakfast and it was really good, big variety of dishes. Wi Fi had strong signal, nice pool to relax, but the water was really cold) Also they have taxi button on reception which was really helpful, the taxi comes in a minute. The room was as expected and we had fruit plate upon arrival. Also it was nice we could make early check in.

The only upset was beach. The hotel has transfer to the beach and should be booked in advance. The beach is really far from the hotel and was not nice at all. It looked like it needed renovation. However the sea was clear and the water was transparent. My suggestion is to find some nice public beach not far from the hotel and walk there.

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful. The food was amazing, a good selection of food and very tasty. The hotel was very clean, the cleaners cleaned the room every day, changed the towels, refilled the drinking water and were very pleasant and friendly. I was very satisfied with the whole stay at the hotel moreover, an excellent location. I definitely recommend it and thank you for your care. 😉👍  Spätná väzba

The chef ,the hotel manager and all the hotel staff great, everyone was really nice. We want to especially thank Rona ,Meltem and Gulben who were really great, the service they gave was above and beyond. Everything was really good, the food, the service, the comfort, an excellent hotel, we will return in the future. There is no doubt that we will recommend the place.

The only thing that wasn't good was the hot tub, the water wasn't hot and when we turned on the bubbles, dirt came out, it would have been better to choose a balcony if there is the option. But apart from this little thing everything was great.

Room was well sized with ample storage. Shower was nice and hot with plenty of pressure. Location was great with a couple of excellent restaurants and coffee shops near by. Originally we were issued the wrong room due to an admin error but when this mistake was rectified we were given the suite as a way of apology and a late check out. Very pleased with the way this was dealt with. A special shout out has to go to the lovely Meltem, the customer relations manager, who could not do enough for her guests. When you go make sure you book a few tours through her especially the quad biking and boat trips.

Really great place to stay for a few days with kids. It's a small hotel, but very stylish, pleasant and super clean; has everything one might need. The turkish food was of course unbelievably good - a wide variety of vegetable-based dishes, freshly made pancakes in the morning for kids, amazing coffee, and very friendly and helpful staff. It's 20 mins on a taxi from the airport, and in ten minutes walking at a leisurely pace one can reach the coast with breathtaking views, and after 15-20 mins walking along the coast, there is a landscaped area of layered canals with little bridges and sandstones, a waterfall, a lighthouse, and lots of places to eat and drink.

The hotel's location was a delight – nestled in a quiet area, devoid of the noise from bustling roads. Yet, local attractions such as the TerraCity Shopping Mall and the captivating Düden Waterfalls were only a 15-minute walk away. Public transportation access does require the same 15-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, but taxis offer a swift and inexpensive alternative. The staff was remarkably friendly, accommodating an extra stay due to our plane delay for a minimal fee. Leisure facilities, including the swimming pool and lounge area, were excellent, and the bar remained open until 2 am. The breakfast was standard, and the other meals offered throughout the day were satisfactory.

However, the hotel could use some improvements. The balcony, although a lovely feature, was too cramped for comfort due to the inclusion of a pair of stools. The shower door lacked privacy, being just a clear glass. This proved to be a slight inconvenience, particularly if one wished to sleep while another person was showering. It's also recommended to consider renewing the plinth flooring in the room. The refrigerator did not function correctly either - rather paradoxically, it remained at room temperature inside while generating heat externally.
