We were happy with everything. The location is perfect. Was just 5 min walking to our dentist clinic Villa Lara. The staff is brilliant, they are really super stars, the room is big and comfortable, the breakfast is average but if you wish some extras they will cook it for you no problem for extra money. There's actually a good menu so you can have lunch and dinner in the hotel as well. The pool is great and it's nice pool area as well with sunbeds, tables so you can have a good relaxing time. There are lots of nice cafes, restaurants, bars just 5 min walk from the hotel. Its is 5 min on the taxi to the Lara sand beach and it costs £4. About 20 min by taxi to the old town. So plenty what to do and to see. We stopped for two weeks in the Niss Lara hotel and can recommend it.

Location,beautiful big pool, bright and specious room

Tv channels didn’t work but it didn’t bother us we didn’t watch TV (just as curiosity we wanted to check channels )and maybe was temporarily,Wifi is good but if people plan to work on vacation maybe it’s not the best one,for us was good.

The property itself was very nice, the rooms were amazing and the pool was so relaxing in the heat. The hotel was also very close to a lot of shops, a mall and lots of restaurants. Transport was also very good with taxis coming super quick at the click of a button.

The shower - honestly every single time we had to shower EVERYTHING would get wet because there isn’t a shower door. The shower itself like the water pressure etc is good but they need to seriously add a shower door to stop the whole toilet getting wet. The pool - the pool is so relaxing and amazing but it closes way too early! They should make the closing time for the pool later especially because tourists will definitely be out for most of the day exploring the city and it would be nice to come back and go for a night time swim.

some staff were really nice and helped when needed. cleaning lady was really nice and always kept our room well stocked up and clean everyday. good size pool

one night member of staff we found rude and not helpful at all another member of staff who we believed owned the hotel didn’t smile or even say hello. the pool area wasn’t kept clean enough. we stayed for a week and didn’t see it cleaned once untill the last day we were leaving.

Breakfast was a little uninspiring but when building work finished and new kitchen in place will be better.

Good quite location. Within easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Parking on the road. Rooms are spacious and relative new. Definitely would stay again. Breakfast was included but we left early to catch a flight.

Hotel was nice and clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

There could have been a larger selection of food for breakfast.

renovation in lobby is in progress, as well as swimming pool. some other facilities are need to be either repaired or replaced.
