I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel—it's extremely cozy and very clean. The staff is delightful, always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The rooms are comfortably equipped with air conditioning, and having a washing machine available downstairs was a great convenience during a longer stay. The location is simply perfect—just steps away from the beautiful coastline. Additionally, the price for an 11-night stay was very attractive. I sincerely recommend this wonderful place to everyone! 😊✨

It's a wonderful place! The most amazing is the attitude to the customer, you're staying like at home, they kept a cargo for me, they called a taxi, they sent a detailed instruction about the route to the hotel, to the sights, to the nearest beach and so on. It was very useful! The staff at the reception, as well as cleaning and kitchen personal are really polite and helpful, the woman in the café is unbelievably caring. The room was basic (in my case I like it, I prefer minimalism ) but spotless. The location is great, the sea is near, the shop with necessary food is near, the airport is not far from the place.

It's not about the hotel but about the city! Be ready to be impressed by the stunning view 😍 But! If you're searching for a beach rest with a small kid or you have disabilities, you'll have to go or better get by bus/car because the nearest access to the sea is quite extreme, these are rocks, they're nice, giving you a wonderful view and pure water but it's not easy for everyone to get to the water.

The first thing that was very important that I liked was the service in general! With excellent access to the beach, supermarkets, beauty salon and restaurants!

The place is very clean, comfortable and very pleasant and familiar! Clean bed linen, towels, and very clean bathroom! The only thing missing from the hotel is a pool?

Nice and very clean hotel near the see but not near the beach. Breakfasts are good and tasty. The team are very nice, friendly, helpful people. I felt as at home and I like the name this hotel, it's means in Turkish - The Snowy Hotel:) Thank you!

Great value, friendly helpful staff, decent breakfast, small but functional and clean rooms. Excellent place to stop for a night, close to the airport, although you'll need to show the taxi driver on the map because they won't have heard of it! Less than 250₺ from hotel to airport on the meter (we gave them a straight 250₺ as a tip) but you should expect to haggle on fare at the airport. They'll try to charge up to 400₺ to Duden Park area, maybe more if they think you can afford it. Haggle. They love it in Turkey! This might be your first chance to practice. Rooms 16,26,36 have a nice calm quiet balcony facing a residential area (north) with no direct sun. Other rooms face towards the sea (south facing) but with views of a building site (but not for long I'm guessing). Roof terrace has views out to sea. Hopefully won't be obstructed by the new building!

AC remote control not provided. We probably could have just asked reception to change the temperature for us, but we managed anyway by randomly pressing & holding the power button behind the louvre. It was leaking down the wall though, maybe a blocked drain pipe (room 26).

The location is perfect. Very close to the beach (5 mins walk), and Terra City (10-15 mins walk). There’s an elevator at the hotel, so you don’t have to worry about your luggage. Breakfasts are on the plate, i stayed there for 3 days, it was the same every day. I don’t really mind, it was fine. The room i stayed was a bit small, but i booked the cheapest room, cuz i was traveling alone. so i put my luggage on the floor, done, i couldn’t walk. Once again, i was there just to sleep.

Bed and pillow were a bit hard, not soft enough.

the staff were understanding and generally wonderful. Comes provided with breakfast. Very nice lobby, quite spacious. Generally the hotel seemed luxurious. Loved my night there.

Limited outlets near the bed, the outlet that was available had the top prong bent in, we called into reception and it was quickly fixed.

The room was designed for a tween beds. But we had a double bed installed. There were a light switch under the pillow so the light occasionally switched on during the night. Bathroom is very narrow and the fixture is old. Breakfast was moderate.. Just basic food.
