The hotel ground are spacious and well kept There is some work going on to improve facilities but it’s not too intrusive The rooms are light and airy with everything you need for a comfortable stay The people’s bar on the beach is amazing

I don’t think there was anything I didn’t like every area was tastefully designed and thought out The hotel is a rixos and we have stayed in many rixos in turkey and Europe this one was taken over by rixos in April 2023 and is a work in progress but it’s working hard to bring the hotel up to 5* standard

There was not enough staff to serve drinks during meals. We waited water many times for more than 10 minutes.

Kids Club was amazing and excellent. Rixt kids club was safe and engaging for all the kids. The activities were brilliant and the staff were attentive, present and kept al kids engaged. Entrance to Lands of Legends was easy. 2 buses daily. Rooms in orient section were tired and old, but clean. Food was great but it was NEVER HOT and always tepid/ warm. This was the only problem. Other than the food RIXOS PARK BELEK WAS EXCELLENT! STAFF BRILLIANT!

Food was warm never hot. Cold sometimes by the time you sat down. 2 separate restaurants for adults. People’s restaurant was 24/7 and fantastic! Bars and lounges were excellent!

Actually, it's the first time that i like everything from A to Z. No mistakes at all. Thank you so much for making my staycation with my sister in Antalya an unforgettable getaway thank you for your professionalism, thank you for your generosity, I think you have the best hotel manager in the world who gave us an upgraded room and extended our check out for free. The rixos team is just amazing. There's no single person who bothered us. They are all ah-mazing. Also, i would like to thank Mrs Farhat, who is the guest relations manager ( she speaks Arabic) for her professionalism. Thanks for the receptionist who made the check-in and gave us the best room ever. 1000 thank you.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The check-in process was swift and efficient, allowing me to quickly settle into my room. Speaking of the rooms, they were beautifully appointed with elegant decor and modern amenities. The attention to detail was evident in every aspect, from the comfortable bedding to the well-designed layout. One of the highlights of my stay was the impeccable service provided by the hotel staff. They were always ready to assist and went above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. Whether it was making restaurant reservations, organizing transportation, or providing recommendations for local attractions, their knowledge and professionalism were commendable. The dining options at Rixos Park Hotel were simply outstanding. The hotel boasts a range of restaurants and bars that cater to various culinary preferences. I had the pleasure of indulging in delectable dishes from around the world, each prepared with finesse and using only the freshest ingredients. The breakfast buffet was a feast for the senses, offering an extensive selection of mouthwatering delights to start the day off right. The hotel's facilities were equally impressive. The spa and wellness center provided a haven of relaxation, offering a variety of treatments and therapies to rejuvenate both the body and mind. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing guests to maintain their workout routines even while on vacation. Additionally, the outdoor pool area was a tranquil oasis, providing the perfect setting to soak up the sun and unwind.

This is my second time in this hotel and clearly see there are many improvements in room and service quality . A very pleasant hotel, really welcoming atmosphere with lots to do. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was great , rooms were very nice I was staying in the orient area. Main pool was lovely, decorated very nice. The grill a la Carte very good and main buffet food variety satisfied. Drink choices were good also. public areas very clean and well kept, well maintain gym and exercise activities. Great location for Belek centre and it’s the closest Rixos hotel to The Land of Legends Theme Park. The biggest plus is free entrance to The Land of Legends Theme Park for sure ! Definitely come back !

This is not the first time in antalya But this time was different and the reson was the hotel he is make my holiday perfect Reception was so clear and fast The food so delicious and was a many selection and most important thing the hotel is very very clean The room is beautiful and classy There is a place for the children called “kids club” and in the food room they have a special place for kids to have fun They have a week program for sport The atmosphere of the pool and the beach with the Permans and the restaurants is excellent and amazing And something I really love they make a group in WhatsApp and to send us the program for today and tomorrow and many things can help us how to use our holiday As i also explained that it was a great service, but especially it was from Mr. Burak and Mrs. Ehsan thank you very much your presence at the hotel helped us a lot There is many to say about this hotel but I highly recommend you to go and enjoy the time

Rixos Park Belek is really great and worth every penny. Hotel has a lot of events and perfect facilities. Staff are absolutely amazing super friendly, polite, always there to help you. Free entrance and bus shuttle to the Land of Legends is a big plus. Location is very good , easy access to the beach. Also you may sunbath on grasses. Wide selection of drinks and food. Recommend this place for relaxing holidays. Will be visiting again.
