Lovely modern hotel, looks like a palace, definitely the best place to be. We didn’t struggle with anything at all, only enjoyed during all time. Food is awesome! Never seen clay fish in any buffet, it’s absolutely amazing, spectacular traditional food and plenty of international/european options for everyone! Spa center is so gorgeous and quite reasonable prices for services actually. Brilliant patisseries! Lobby had a brilliant scent, was a pleasure to be there. Beach is very close and the promenade to get there is very cool, you walking enjoying local cats, beach itself is very nice, no stones etc just smooth san and clear water. Staff was just perfect, very friendly and helpful. Rooms are so new, clean and beautiful, beddings are comfortable, bathroom is lush! Location is fab, everything is nearby, especially beach promenade is so convenient!

We had a wonderful experience at Oz Hotels Side Premium, not only because of the great facilities but especially due to their outstanding customer orientation. A few days after our arrival, our daughter suffered an accident, and the hotel staff was incredibly supportive. They stood by us with empathy and care, making sure our little girl felt pampered and comforted throughout the rest of our stay. The General Manager personally welcomed us as soon as we returned from the hospital, offering his sincere sympathy for what had happened. His genuine concern meant a lot to us and reflected the overall care and professionalism that defines this hotel. Special thanks also go to the amazing Guest Relations team — Çolpan, Muhammad, and Rodica — for their constant support and kindness. The bar manager, Hasan, deserves a big thank you for preparing delicious milkshakes that brought a smile to our daughter's face every day. We were warmly welcomed at the spa as well, where the manager and staff provided not only professional treatments but a calm atmosphere when we needed it the most. We were also impressed by the Kids Club — the staff there is incredibly dedicated, warm, and creative, organizing a wide variety of fun and engaging activities for children every day. A special thank you to Bel, who immediately knew how to make our daughter feel safe and comfortable from the first day. Her kindness and sensitivity made a big difference, and our daughter quickly grew very fond of her. The rooms are impeccably clean, the food is varied and very tasty, and the overall service is excellent. We are deeply grateful and would definitely recommend Side Premium to anyone looking for a hotel that truly cares about its guests. They also have a la carte restaurant where you can spoil yourself 😊

Very nice hotel, good location although not on first line but very short walk to the beach. Staff very polite and friendly, food was plenty and the variety of the fruits and vegetables for winter month was amazing. Lavinia coffee area was our favorite- very nice coffee. Pool area is big and clean, inside pool is big too and hamam and spa area nice and clean. The hole area is beautiful with plenty pathways for running ,walking or just sitting on a bench and admiring the views.

The bed and the pillows was not comfortable and the air-conditioning in the second room was not working.

We stayed for about a week at this hotel and overall, we really enjoyed our stay. I can say the food and meals was one of the best parts. variety of the food was fine and almost every evening there was at least one specially prepared dish which we liked. being a cozy hotel, all the facilities were so accessible.

Bars and drinks. it really need more attention from management. apart from low quality of the alcoholic drinks the bartenders were either not professional or not willing to make a proper cocktails . just imagine the ice maker at the beach bar was not working in that warm weather. I believe the hotel management who did the excellent job with the food and restaurant , can also improve this part also to get more stars in the future.

Everything was great since our arrival on May 17th 2025! We were very well attended and welcomed by the reception guy! We arrived at 1:00 AM and we had a very fast check, the guy gave us great explanation… and the most important thing with a great smile (and he was really funny too)! The pools were clean and really well maintained. Tej waterslides were a lot of fun (even if only open between 10:00 and 12:00 / 14:00 and 16:00) The life guard was professional and a great vibe! And the food… just wow!! It was varied every day, both at lunch and dinner, with delicious options each time. Really excellent! I ate an amazing baklava and the BBQ was so tastyyyyyy!! I LOVED the food stands NEXT to the pool bar, every single one of them was great! Also I don’t know their name but the Gozleme stand lady and especially the guy of the SIMIT stand were just so adorable! A really special shoutout to this SIMIT guy (sorry that I don’t know his name but he was also managing the bread stand during the breakfast and wearing a black chef’s hat), he was very kind and always had a very contagious smile on his face… so even if you’re on a bad mood he will give you great vibes making your day better! Timur and his team for the activities were so kind and had a great energy. I really enjoyed the aqua biking activity and the waterpolo! I’m big fan of sports and with those activités I was served! Also he wasn’t too pushy when we didn’t want to do other activities, and thanks for that space you gave us! The waiters were all so kind doing everything so you don’t feel that a thing is missing. the waiter s of the Pool bar at night, Abdullah and Emre were great and above all so funny! Thanks for the jokes guys! Also, thank you so much guys for the amazing attention d’ode my birthday, I had my birthday there, and when I came back to my room I found a nice gift with a card wishing me a happy birthday! I gets really special…Thank you guys that made my day better!

We liked the huge resort, with a lot of places to walk around and relax. Everything was so clean and beautiful in the area. There is a peninsula in front of the resort and the rocks are very beautiful. The food was delicious. We were 4 adults and 3 young boys and everybody agreed that the food was amazing. The pool is huge and clean. The rooms are smaller than we expected for an Antalya 5 star resort and not luxury at all, but you need to be realistic about the price you pay. If you want more luxurious rooms you need to pay more for the vacation. But the rooms were very clean. The landscape from the rooms are similar to a mountain view, with a lot of beautiful trees and a huge green park all around. So I value it more than the money we paid for the outside area, pool area, beach landscape and food and I value it a little less than the price we paid for the modest size and furniture of the rooms. The staff were very kind and helpfull, all the time. We had a very pleasant and relaxing vacation.

Special thanks to Yasmin at reception and Ali at the coffee shop—having such nice people around really makes a difference. Ali is a coffee expert and should definitely participate in the barista competitions! What a nice coffee to enjoy while enjoying the sun and chilling. The new general manager was actively involved, and I could see that hotel teams showed dedication to improve guest experience. That is great. The restaurant and bar staff were all friendly and nice. Many thanks to a restaurant cleaner, he was very friendly and helpful. I also appreciated how kind the staff is toward cats. The hotel atmosphere is, in general, relaxing and enjoyable. There is no loud music. The animation team organized events in the evenings, which was ideal. The karaoke night was fun. The gym and indoor swimming pool are great, and the facility is overall very nice. I really enjoyed the good coffee, cakes, and food at the main restaurant. The guest relationship team is also doing a great job if you have any feedback or questions. I will definitely come back!

A lovely hotel with very good customer service, pictures on booking.com are accurate in how the hotel looks so nothing disappointed us.
