I really liked everything...staff were lovely, food was good and pools were amazing. The pools were warm and perfect for everyone. A nice walk to a beauty sandy beach. The place was so clean and staff worked really hard and were very friendly.

The only thing I didn't like was that the rooms are not very soundproof..so heard other quests quite a lot but room was perfect, clean and comfortable ... There wasn't too much on in the evenings..more entertainment for younger kids..my 13 year old didn't get involved because most kids were younger and was aimed at younger kids..maybe shows etc for older kids be good but wouldn't stop me from returning. I enjoyed it.

Variety of food and drinks all day long, good playgrounds for children, football pitch, enough number of swimming pools and bars (even at the beach). The beach is just within 3 min by walking or 30 sec by hotel shuttle. Old town of Side is 10 min driving away.

The rooms are a bit worn out but ok.

The ambience ,the street and the beautiful night life. The hotel itself is great with good vibes and loads of fun for the kids. The restaurant is lovely too and as described loads of swimming pools and all functioning fully.

The rooms requires some upgrading a bit and the designated area for smoking is not ideal. Should not be in front of the hotel as the whole corridor smells of cigarettes. Should be somewhere within the resort that is a bit off for kids. In summary it is a very big and beautiful resort with loads of fun for the family .

This year Primasol Hane Family Resort Hotel was destination to my family’ vacation. We have choosen it via booking.com and it was excellent decision. Our expectations are fully satisfied. Everything was as described in their offer: lovation is excellent, rooms are very comfortable and air conditioned, pools and beach are very clean with sunbeds available and towels, gastro offer is excellent, Food is delicious and diverse. A lot of activities, animations, sport games, dances and fun. But the most important value of this hotel are PEOPLE - staff. The personel is proffesional and kind: from first e-mail contact, theough reception staff, kind waiters, “invisible” cleaning staff to animators who entertrain kids and adults from morning to late evening hours. Covid 19 measures are maximally respected, which is also the result of the efforts of management and all employees. In the end, I am really surprised by the reviews and small ratings (rating 8 is, in my opinion, small for this hotel) given by some guests. They state very irrelevant objections that are not relevant. Trust me, if this hotel is your choice - you will enjoy!

The breakfast was nice. Best course of the day. There was also a good a la cart restaurant. Friendly service but nothing special.

Official dinner was from 18:00-20:00 but by 19:15 food was already not freshly prepared and by 19:45 already removed. At 20:15 the lights were switched off, weather you sit there or not. Internet was very bad even in the lobby

The beach was so close to the hotel.

Long food queue. I'll never stay all inclusive hotel. Extremely crowded. Even though I made the payment, there was a problem in the hotel's system. They checked again and the problem was solved. For this, they called me from my room and we were in a difficult situation with our guests. It was not a professional approach in my opinion.
