Very polite stuff. All the people are super polite. We have read reviews about rude stuff that chasing you for tips... we haven't seen anything like this!!! Nobody asked for tip... you tip if you want to and you need to chase the stuff if you want to tip them as they move quickly. A lot of activities around the pools and on the beach. Animation team is nice. Shows on the theater every second night, on the other nights live performances on the terrace bar. Mostly Germans, no British which is good :) The hotel is super clean, they clean all the time. The room is super clean, changing towels every day, cleaning the room every day. Food is really good with a lot of variety. You also have 1 night at a A la carte restaurant... (4 a la carte restaurants) and we dont recommend the World Kitchen restaurant as it is in the other hotel which is connected to this one... and it wasnt that good. The main restaurant of the hotel is quite good so you dont need anything else :)

We didnt like the beds... it wasn't on our taste. They are big , clean, sheets are soft.. but mattress can be better.

Traveling with my family and 4-year-old, Adem’s effort to ensure we had a wonderful time were above and beyond. The hotel’s prime location, the cleanliness and modern design of the rooms, daily housekeeping, and the daily-refreshed free minibar contributed greatly to our experience. Not to mention, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a clean, scenic, and well-kept environment. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning!

Everything was fine even though everythink was not fully opened like beach food bar outside entertainment but apart from that it was excellent

I had my daughter which has autism just a plain eater anythink like chicken nuggets chips mash beefburger chicken some days they seasend the chips spice in chicken mash sometimes was plain then other days mixed with something please try keep kids food more plain as children don't like herbs and that 🤔

We stayed when it was not the warm season, so the price was lower. For such time, the price/quality is very-very good. Food was various, tasty, and a lot. Waiters serve drinks (both in food hall and bar). Reception is always in contact in WhatsApp, which is convenient when you discuss transfer, need to call a taxi etc. Despite loud music in evening, the room has not bad sound isolation - the music is significantly louder outside the room. There are also places to spend time in silence. Certainly one of the better all-inclusive variants.

Loud music in evening, but it always stops in time, 23:00. If you need a quiet room, ask for it preliminary - there are some.

I thought the hotel was beautiful, very big, stunning to look at. Beautiful clean rooms, the facilities were great, the entertainment was great. The restaurant was nice, and the food was delicious, a little repetitive but still very nice.

I didn't like that the waiters in the restaurant and in the bar only came and served you if you had money out otherwise they walk past and ignore until you ask them. The cocktails looked great in the pictures but some didn't taste great or look the same, so it felt like they only did nice ones for people leaving tips

Great room, stylish and looks new. Clean throughout. Very nice breakfast and dinner room. Good food. Very nice entry hall. Good quality all inclusive drinks. Nice pool. Great coffee shop. Very good and motivated animation staff. Good entertainment in the evening.

The Chinese restaurant was terrible, please avoid it. We did not like that the hotel was joined to the sister hotel next door, which we did not like. We had to eat lunch there and it was not a nice experience. The reception staff were not properly trained. You had to get the beach and pool towels from the sister hotel at certain times. This was very inconvenient. The pool chairs were reserved for many hours with no one sitting there. The hotel needs to have someone monitoring this and looking after the pool. The gym was not supervised and there were young children on the treadmill and this is very dangerous. I made a complaint about this. Not much to do around the hotel. We were glad we also went to Istanbul and Cappadocia.

The two sister hotels are beautiful. The restaurants are fancy. The beach is perfect (a bit further from the hotel - around 500 m, but there is a bus transfer available every half an hour). Entertainment was unexpectedly good. The towels were changed every day, the minibar refilled every day. It's oriented at German clientele, but the staff speaks English as well

The bus transfer schedule to the beach doesn't operate at exacr hours (you might miss it even though you arrive on time).

I really liked the modern interior and kindness of the staff. Also the overall envirnoment was very pleasant and the possibility to enjoy an a la cart restaurant in a very private atmosphere was great.

I did not like that the lobby and especially the room cleaning service really "aggressively" asked for a tip for a normal service that was neither bad nor outstanding.

Beautiful design, cozy, clean, everywhere you look, you like what you see. Very good food. And the Coffee Shop: OMG! You will love it.

The coffee was not on our taste, except for the Coffee Shop, where they have more variety.
