Very polite stuff. All the people are super polite. We have read reviews about rude stuff that chasing you for tips... we haven't seen anything like this!!! Nobody asked for tip... you tip if you want to and you need to chase the stuff if you want to tip them as they move quickly. A lot of activities around the pools and on the beach. Animation team is nice. Shows on the theater every second night, on the other nights live performances on the terrace bar. Mostly Germans, no British which is good :) The hotel is super clean, they clean all the time. The room is super clean, changing towels every day, cleaning the room every day. Food is really good with a lot of variety. You also have 1 night at a A la carte restaurant... (4 a la carte restaurants) and we dont recommend the World Kitchen restaurant as it is in the other hotel which is connected to this one... and it wasnt that good. The main restaurant of the hotel is quite good so you dont need anything else :)

We didnt like the beds... it wasn't on our taste. They are big , clean, sheets are soft.. but mattress can be better.

Really nice hotel resort with all you can wish for! We arrived around 2am at night due to plane delay and there was even some food available at night time and pool bar open 24/7, so we didn’t stay hungry or thirsty:) They moved us from reserved Style to Palace hotel, which was fine, since hotel compensated with additional free a’la card dinner. We especially recommend Mediterranean restaurant! Style part of hotel is really stylish, while Palace is more traditional vibe. You can use facilities of both, which is a big plus! Extremely friendly staff, always at your disposal. Great entertainment program! Pool area is really nice. Pool bar right by the pool and Vienna patisserie a few steps away - they allow to take deserts and coffees to the pool area. Beach is just a short drive away with hotel shuttle bus. Beach is very very big, lots of loungers in cover, so you can get shelter from strong sun. Stack bar is serving big variety of food for long lunch. All in all - strongly recommend for your perfect vacation!

Fitness could be open longer, best would be 24h Cocktails at the beach bar

Overall, breakfast, lunch, dinner were really nice, full of different dishes. Location was nice - beach area in 7-10 minutes by walk, private and big beach area with comfortable sunbeds. Good spacious room that's is comfortable for family with 1-2 kids. Big hotel area with several bars, swimming pools, relax areas. Beach bar and restaurant.

Staff - at least 50% of hotel personnel were tired/unhappy. Especially, if you don't give a tip in any bar area - staff won't come to you for a long time. That's actually very sad for a hotel that positions itself as a 5-star. Another moment that was disgusting for us - beach bar closes at 17 pm, beach toilets usually close 17-17:10 pm (while from 17:00 to 18:30 pm it's very nice time to enjoy sea and weaker sun), so you don't have options - only to go to the hotel, that's not a client-oriented approach. Noisy area - almost everyday till 23 pm or 00 am - there were night parties at the hotel against us, so it was difficult to start sleeping before that time.

Absolutely amazing! Best hotel in the area. We had a great overall experience. The food was delicious and high quality—we usually get sick at all-inclusive resorts due to poor food, but this hotel was completely different. The staff was outstanding—you can tell they’re well-trained and genuinely care. There was always plenty to eat throughout the day, with drinks, ice cream, and snacks readily available. The coffee shop was a great bonus! The beach was awesome, with food and drinks available there all day. It's accessible by a shuttle that runs every 5 minutes (though it's not widely advertised), and you can also walk, so it’s very convenient. The pools were clean, especially the kids' pool. No complaints at all—we will definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to everyone!

I wish we had a bed not a sofa and 2 twin beds instead of a full bed

I was very satisfied with everything during my stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. My room was cleaned every day and the towels were replaced regularly. My cleaner was Dujgu Yildirim and she did a really great job. At the bar, the waiters were very friendly – from the second day on they already knew exactly what and how I liked to drink. Specially at the pool bar - during the day Ismet Mutlu and at the night Tülay Bag! Hasan at the reception was also very nice and welcoming. At the beginning there was a small issue as my room was not yet ready, but this was solved very quickly and I was even compensated for the inconvenience. Hasan handled everything with great flexibility and helpfulness. Thank you very much!

The only small downside is that the location is about an hour from the airport. Of course, this is not really the hotel’s fault, but it is something to keep in mind when planning the trip.

beds rather hard. lunch only served in one building so get rather wet going from one building to the other, umbrellas would have been useful

Traveling with my family and 4-year-old, Adem’s effort to ensure we had a wonderful time were above and beyond. The hotel’s prime location, the cleanliness and modern design of the rooms, daily housekeeping, and the daily-refreshed free minibar contributed greatly to our experience. Not to mention, the beach is just a 5-minute walk away, offering a clean, scenic, and well-kept environment. We truly enjoyed our stay and are looking forward to returning!

Everything was fine even though everythink was not fully opened like beach food bar outside entertainment but apart from that it was excellent

I had my daughter which has autism just a plain eater anythink like chicken nuggets chips mash beefburger chicken some days they seasend the chips spice in chicken mash sometimes was plain then other days mixed with something please try keep kids food more plain as children don't like herbs and that 🤔

Good food, super clean, and the staff were nice.

The noise insulation could be better – the Grand Hotel plays loud music until midnight. The staff could improve their English and provide more information about the hotel, like where the restaurants are or how to get to the beach. We didn’t get any information at all when we checked in.

The two sister hotels are beautiful. The restaurants are fancy. The beach is perfect (a bit further from the hotel - around 500 m, but there is a bus transfer available every half an hour). Entertainment was unexpectedly good. The towels were changed every day, the minibar refilled every day. It's oriented at German clientele, but the staff speaks English as well

The bus transfer schedule to the beach doesn't operate at exacr hours (you might miss it even though you arrive on time).
