Requested rooms were average, Paid for sea view rooms, given side sea view. (there were better rooms in the hotel)

Very friendly staff. Good alcoholic drinks. Food was also good, I liked the fish and the barbeque made every day at dinner. You could eat at the beach at noon. I find it very good for people who want to enjoy the sea and sun for a long day. The beach is around 300 meters far from the resort but they also provide a shuttle service. Good prices and good services. The hotel was fully booked but the staff kept everything clean and in order.

The beach boy was a little bit rude to us because we moved the sun beds after the sun, it happened on our last day, problem solved after complaining to the reception about his attitude.

We were disappointed on arrival our check in took around 3 hours or more they gave our room to another guest we had to prove to them that our bookings with bookings.com then they apologized so we had to except what they gave us for 1night the next day they then moved us to our correct booking we tried to ph bookings.com but we had no one answer our ph calls so we had to settle for they gave us

A beautiful, comfortable hotel almost on the beach, great service, cleanliness, excellent food. Always plenty of everything, even later in the day ( last breakfast, last lunch ). We had a beautiful room with a sea view. I recommend paying extra for a Deluxe room. More place, more freedom.

The room was not very soundproof, but it was bearable. People spend most of their time by the pool or at the beach.

there was a variety of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Pool was clean and well maintained. Some Staff where helpful even though they couldn’t speak fluent English.

the hotel has it all, u want nice beach with food and drinks , you got it!, u want pool with nice music and pool, here you go! its good resort with a lot of things that makes ur family trip very good, the housekeeper fatos was very nice and generous she helped us with whatever we asked, will def come back here

the food was good but the repetition made it boring sometimes in the main restaurant but you still have the pool snack bar and caretta so it all completes each other

The swimming pool is very clean. The room is spacious. The staff are nice. Night shows are somehow entertaining. Good and fast cocktails at bars

Repeated buffet and not a great variety. Not enough sunbeds so you will struggle to find one in peak season. Beach area a little tight and not so well-maintained. Staff can't speak or understand english well

This was my 4th stay in Luna Blanca. As each time it’s been very very positive. There was some mix up with the rooms but manager AliJaan was very help and did whatever he could to accommodate us. Reception staff were very helpful too

The disabled room has a pungent smell. I believe this needs to be fixed

A perfect place to relax. Great location with a well-maintained, clean beach. Delicious food, friendly staff, and a spa center that’s perfect for unwinding. I would definitely come back – highly recommended!
