Excellent location.Direct access to hotels private beach and water sports right next to it. Good size swimming pool and a separate pool with slides excellent evening entertainment starting with mini disco for kids and continuing onto amazing night program Bars located at good spots throughout the hotel. Meal is excellent too.
Only suggestion is to add kunefe for dessert.

Exceptional hotel with fantastic facilities, splendid grounds and incredible food. Friendly, patient and accommodating staff. Very helpful multilingual girls at the reception were of great help to my mother who’s English is poor. They really put her at ease. I wish I could remember their names to thank them individually! I also wanted to say a special thank you to Ayşe Abat. She was my first point of contact weeks ahead of the trip and assisted with multiple queries and answered God knows how many of my emails. Thank you for making our trip seamless !

I can say it was everything perfect, start from reciptions staff helpful and friendly, rooms so clean, nice spa, delicious and varaity foods, imazing party for new year eve, they have very good WiFi, everywhere was clean, finally everyone in this hotel make their job with positive energy and good mood all the time Sorry if I forget to mention something. I hope to be there again

The quality of the food was superb throughout at all of the different bars and restaurants. We arrived very late in the evening and they opened up one of the restaurants for us alone in order to ensure we were fed :) The staff in all customer facing areas (and I am sure others) went out of their way to be kind, helpful and good natured even when they were busy or near the ends of shifts.
Very minor comment about the toilets near the beach to be cleaned more regularly but they were still fine. I felt that the normal restaurants were actually of better quality and variety than the ala carte ones (which we paid for one night and then went back to the others as they were so good).

Beautiful venue, friendly staff and lots of facilities and good food. Was a fantastic break that when above and beyond expectations.
I would recommend installing drinking stations for water at the gym and elsewhere so people can refill their bottles rather than overusing plastic. Also no need to cover flannels and towels at gym/toilets in plastic wrapping.

The room was really nice and clean, and we were checked in quickly. They have a heated pool outside. The food was great, drinks were good quality, and there was a lot of variety. The place was very clean and well-kept.

Superior room in main building is exceptional! Overall experience - hotel is luxurious, quiet and comfortable. Excellent place for couple in romantic trip.
