Good location. Good wide beach. Send is clean, no rocks, shells. A lot of space for walking, running. Food is amazing. So many activities, beverages.

Not quite. Music was playing outside very loadly till 23.00 from another hotels nearby. Housekeepers knocked in door and showed hand with coins. Looked like asked for money. And one day they just stolen or throwed away rasor and removed card from card holder. It was unapropriate.

Villa Side Hotel is very pleasant to be in - by this I mean even visually, the hotel is light, pleasantly small, gives friendly vibes. Especially very friendly staff makes the stay enjoyable. The hotel is maybe 5 minutes away from private beach, but anyway there's a small golf car, which commutes constantly from the hotel to the beach and back, so at the end we walked there maybe three times in total (especially fun for kids). The beach itself is also great - fine sand, umbrellas and sunbeds for everyone and also restaurant, where food at lunchtime or drinks almost all day long is served. Food is really lovely, at the end of the second week the breakfast seemed a little monotonous, but otherwise good variety - plenty of sauces, meats, veggies, herbs, pickles, sweets, pastry.

The only downside (from the point of view of my family members with food restrictions - gluten intolerance), there weren't many glutenfree alternatives - no GF grains (as millet or buckwheat. Rice was there always, but sometimes mixed with noodles - it is delicious, but not GF), no GF bread (which was limiting especially for the breakfasts), except fruit no GF sweet treats. Fortunately we braced ourselves for this cause and brought some things from home and later on bought some things in Carrefour.

Very friendly stuff at the restaurants, great varierty of food in the hotel and at the beach restaurants, good animator at the disco for kids (Celine), very clean beach and good sunbeds, very good photographer, clean rooms, fresh water in minibar

Very strange location of facilities for kids. If you do not use poolbar, you do not see the kid's playroom and outside facilities for children, that are hidden behind this area The blankets can be made of a bit softer material

Hotel staff was wonderful: friendly and super helpful. I left my sunglasses on the beach and they send someone at night to look for it and they found it and brought to the reception, I really appreciated this thoughtfulness. Food was great, lots of fresh fruit and veggies and ice cream, yumm! Evening programs were great as well.

If your room windows are facing the street it will be noisy at night so you'll have to close the balcony door. Just a heads up, 90% of hotel customers are retired German so don't be shocked if you won't see many people on the water slide, volleyball court or dance floor. It was fine by my family as we easily entertained each other but if you are traveling solo and don't belong to the majority group then you might be disappointed

Overall, we had a great time! - Good and variable food - Decent animation - Close to the beach (5 min walk but even a shuttle provided) - The beach itself is just perfect. Spacious and clean - Location. Evening shopping outside the hotel was nice and safe. Public bus (a bus stop nearby) will take you to ancient old city in no time and at a low price

It is understood that smoking is allowed nearly everywhere in Turkey. However, with small kids, we have experienced quite a bit of discomfort having meals at the beach restaurant or at the terrace of the main restaurant (which is not even open-air) surrounded by the tobacco smoke. I think, the hotel would benefit from restricting smoking to specifically designated areas or at least forbidding it at the main restaurant.

Very comfortable, close to the beach (which is sandy not rocky) and has a great over water area with plenty of deck chairs. Not hard at all to get a chair and shade. The pool was good and the water slides are actually better than they look in the photos - we are in our early 50s and our 21 year old daughter found them really fun (not too many stairs to climb ha ha). The food was amazing - my daughter has serious food allergies and they catered for her with no trouble at all. The staff were great too. The time we were there it wasn’t a crazy party hotel - the clientele were mostly older, but there was music which was good. All in all we had a great 3 days there.

Nothing - but I think 3 days is enough. We like a bit of adventure and would have got bored after 3 days. Side is ok but there are lots of other great places in Turkey to visit so if you can go to a couple of places I’d recommend it.

We liked everything in this hotel - we had never stayed in such good 4* Hotels in Turkey! The hotel exceeded our expectations in food diversity, servicing of personal, waiters in restaurants were so nice and complaisant - I've never met such service before, really)) The distance from exit to the beach - I would say 250m, and even this distance you could be droven by golf-car, it drives every 2-3 minutes. Rooms were cleaned every day, all bath accessories were changed and added in time, we always had water in our fridge, which we found broken, but while we had lunch - it was changed without delay. As I told - very big diversity of food, in addition - ice cream at the swimming pool, ice cream for the dinner in the restaurant, our son was amazed with it. Clear sand beach, solid sun canopies, very warm water. Personal speak mostly Deutsch, a little bit English.

I lowered my rating for only the reason that hotel manager will pay attention to some annoying details: 1) room conditioneers placement. If it wouldn't be blowing DIRECTLY on the beds - there would be almost nothing to write in this section. 2) I would suggest to improve sound isolation in the rooms which which look at the road and Residence hotel beyond the road - evening parties are TOO loud. We vere happy to have the room on the other side, but once we visited our friends from this "road-side" room - it is really noisy and annoying!

We arrived early in the morning and we received our bracelets, so we could use straight away all the facilities. At first we were given a room without balcony but they changed the next day. (We booked with a balcony) Food - good selection, also at the beach during the afternoon. Service - as everywhere you have good employees and not so good one. Special thanks to Yasar (Restaurant) and Hassan, they made our holiday special. My boyfriend had a birthday and we recieved a birthday card and a wine - thank you very much for the gift. We also liked that there was always a free place next to the pool or on the beach so you never had to reserve a seat in advance.

- Wifi wasn't working in the room, we had to go out to the pool, but we were on holiday so it was not an issue. - at first we didn't know where is the evening/night entertainment, so we missed it on the first 2 night. It is in the neighborhood hotel and you have to go underneath the tunnel.

Food variety was very good, lots of meat and vegetarian options. It was never boring. Staff were very lovely in the kitchen and bar. Entertainment was average.

Lights kept going off due to generator issue, lifts were out of use due to this. We waited 2 days for a sea view room even though they promised the next morning. The staff during the night shift at the lobby was rude to another gentleman. Location was very secluded, not much around.
