Very green landscape, nice pools and pierce patio for tanning, good variety of food and alcohol, evening entertainment.

House keeping is very poor, worn out towels and carpets, some staff in the restaurants was rude and unfriendly. Too many guests and therefore the sun lounges are packed as of 8:30am, no place to sit in the main restaurant in the evening.

Main Buffet is excellent. All other restaurants are amazing too for all your needs along the day. The hotel is very clean. The gaming room for the kids is also perfect to spend some free time.

The music from the evening party is loud quite late in the evening.

It is a resort that has all you need, their private beach is 5 minutes walk from the pool and it has many sun beds so you can always find one that is free. The pool is gorgeous and you never want to go out of it, there are also many restaurants with excellent food that you can access in different times of the day. Each day there are 3 events (like pool party, dance, etc) that you can join and enjoy. There are also other sport facilities that you may use. There is also grilling kiosk + freshly made bread in the beach area. Most of the staff are kind and helpful.

The quality of the drinks in the beach area was medium (in my standard is low..). We were told that we can use the Turkish bath for free and only for the massage we need to pay something extra. However, when we went to book the Turkish bath we were asked to pay 35 euros.. The SPA, pedicure and manicure services are not free and I think it should be said in the services explanation. It was very hard to find free sun beds next to the pool since people were “reserving” them before 8AM via putting their towels on them.

They offer a great selection of services, you will enjoy your time

the staff in gastronomy is mostly untrained, probably cheap, uneducated workforce. even though you have a vast selection of free cocktails included, you may not get them, because the bartender does not know how to make them. However, some of the staff is highly skilled and educated, so it is up to your luck which one you get at the time

I would like to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Sharif for his good treatment and reception of us, and the facilities that made our vacation wonderful, as well as all the workers at the resort for their kindness and cooperation with us and our children. The food, sweets, and activities were wonderful. God willing, we will return to this resort on the next vacation.

Kitchen and stuff

Beach which is assigned to hotel is very rocky, all my family got hurt the first day, we went 200 m to the right where the beach is better. Garden view in a part of rooms is a view on the construction.

We have just returned from a family holiday. The resort ticks alot of boxes. For UK travellers, keep in mind that communication is English can be challenging, but it's ok. People somehow understand your needs and requirements. Staff are helpful, and if you want to have a peaceful smooth time, the minute you check in, introduce yourself to Turgul. He is the main man, very responsive, attentive, and will do anything to make your stay as good as possible. The kindest manager you will ever meet and will do anything to exceed your expectations. Gizem from the lobby bar, always happy to recommend drinks, speaks well and is very friendly. The lady does 2 shifts totalling 16 hours a day and still works with a smile on her face. Food in the resort is good, ample choice, super selection of cocktails. Ample choices for kids, we as a family don't have allergies, so we can't comment on that regarding food. The resort I have to say is SUPER CLEAN, exceptional design, and brilliantly laid out. Kids can't get bored here, there is just too much for them to do.

No ironing facility in the rooms, but you can pay and use their ironing or laundry services. Ensure you get your sunbed before 8am or get ready to be disappointed. Housekeeping can be lazy at times. You have to keep telling them to remove used cups, glasses etc. They just won't use their own initiative, however these are minor issues, I'm sure all resort is have them, but over the positives outweighs the negatives.

The hotel has everything for a perfect vacation: pools, kid pools, game room, cinema, spa, massage parlor, stores, bars, cafes, the list goes on and on! And it has it’s own beach!

The food in the main restaurant was outstanding as well as the quality and availability of beverages (all-inclusive). Staff was very friendly and helpful (restaurant, bars, pool and beach area). The bed was comfortable, and both the room and the bathroom were spacious. All areas were very clean and well maintained.

Although we were very satisfied with our stay there were some minor inconveniences. It was difficult to find free lounge chairs near the main pool area as some guests would leave there towels early in the morning to "reserve" them. Housekeeping schedule was unpredictable. All this has been caused by a large number of guests in the resort.

Literally everything. Location, food, room service, the swimming pool was huge and I literally enjoyed every single minute, I wish I could swim at night tho 😀 food was exceptional, very clean and it was probably the best bed I slept in a hotel(and trust me I travel a lot). Had the best view of the sea. We’re coming back next year

Probably an iron was necessary as all my clothes needed ironing. They have iron on the site but you have to pay like 2/5€ for each piece. But other than that I have no complaints. Very happy with everything
