Buffet restaurant was only open 12:30 -2pm (but there are still lots of options) The sea isn’t very clear and a 5 minute walk away (but still close enough and they run golf carts) Mainly German/turkish residents (but still wonderful people) it is just a bit more difficult to be overly social with being a single parent. The food is good and you will always find an option but remember it’s not the UK so you will have to search for a catered meal in the evening but when you do it’s really good Have to pay for bowling, pool etc 3.9 star hotel for me

The resort is clean, comfortable, and offers a relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights of our stay was the spa – huge thanks to Zarina’s team, especially Putu and Ayu, for their excellent service. Terima kasih! They made our holiday feel truly special. The food was very good, and the desserts were a real highlight – a big variety and very delicious! We also want to say a big thank you to the Russian-speaking staff, who were always helpful and made communication much easier for our family. There were a few downsides worth mentioning. The actual distance from the airport is about 70 km, not the 30 minutes suggested, so the transfer took longer than expected. At the amphitheater, most translations and announcements were done in German, with less attention to English, which made it a bit harder for non-German-speaking guests to follow. We also noticed that the staff’s behavior changed after tipping, which was a little disappointing. Still, we had a great time overall, and we especially appreciated the relaxing atmosphere, excellent spa treatments, and tasty meals. ⸻

Swimming pool and food.

’m writing to express my dissatisfaction with the Wi-Fi service during our recent stay. We stayed in rooms 7032 and 7033 on the 7th floor, and unfortunately, there was virtually no internet connectivity in either room. I had several urgent office emails to respond to, but due to the poor Wi-Fi signal, I was forced to go down to the reception lobby each time just to access a stable connection on my laptop. This was highly inconvenient and disappointing, especially for a property of your standard.

Lovely place, spacious rooms, great food in the main restaurant. I also liked the massage. My daughter totally enjoyed her time in the pool with slides. Sand beach, calm sea, nice bars, everything is clean.

We chose this hotel to spend time with our extended family, but we were not allowed to sit together during meal times. They ban joining tables and don't offer bigger tables. This was pretty disappointing. Also, it was noisy at night in the room facing live music terrace.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked through the door to the sad moment when I had to check out, I was overwhelmed by the hospitable atmosphere and incredible service. The room was elegantly decorated, clean, and comfortable, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make my stay as memorable as possible. From the impressive breakfast, dinner buffet to the pool area, every moment was filled with joy and comfort. I can't wait to return and recommend this hotel to everyone I know. The hotel was fabulous, very high standard. Food excellent and a massive choice. The room was beautiful, big with everything you need. The pools fab and also the beach bar & restaurant area. The service in this hotel was impeccable and staff friendly whilst professional. I could write a book on how wonderful this hotel is at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend with no hesitation 🙂

Absolutely nothing

We enjoyed our vacation at Villa Side Residence, excellent customer service, clean and specious rooms. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. In the morning we spent time by the Mediterranean sea and in the evening had different musical entertainments and shows. Very thankful for delicious food in the restaurant with outstanding customer service.

All in package... pay for everything once. You can eat something at almost any time.

The hotel is NOT beachfront!!! I am very disappointed that this is not mentioned here on booking.com.

Loved the SPA and Salon - pool was nice - room was very comfortable- easy access to the beach - great nightly entertainment

Although the buffet offered a lot of food it wasn’t that good - most dishes were overcooked - the specialty restaurants were not open all the time so there were even fewer choices for meals alternative to the buffet

The hotel is good and has lots of amenities. The rooms and all areas are clean and well maintained. Side ancient city is a short bus ride away. Eva is great and my child had a great time. Cannot thank her enough.

Reception could have been more informative and approachable unlike other staff.
