The whole hotel staff from reception to the kitchen made us feel at home during our stay. The food and the quality of the service were great. Animation team was all around every day, the whole day to entertain and keep us company during our stay. Evening activities, kids disco, and night entertainments for adults were excellent. Turkish night was epic!!! The kids club and the activities were nice and there were many activities with the kids. Everyone in the restaurant welcomed us all the time and they were very thoughtful during our meals. Special thanks to Muhammed at the bar, and Semir a.k.a. best photographer and friend ;)

There was nothing that we didnt like.

We really liked this hotel - clean and modern rooms, nice big selection of food, busy entertainment plan, close to the shopping street and short drive from all kinds of shopping malls and Side old town. Entertainment team was really friendly and tried to include everyone.

There were few mornings when the water was gone (not for long though); on the hotel area were few annoying sales men; some of the towels were in a bad shape.; I asked one guy in the reception how much should we pay for taxi (3km), thinking as he presents the hotel, he would give an honest answer and he said 25€ which we ofc didn’t believe and the taxi driver asked for 5€, even the random taxi driver was more honest.

Hotel is located on the second line from the sea with their own beach. This hotel is very family friendly with great animation for kids. I second the coment, that this is a plus that beach is some minutes walking away, because there is no sand around pools and other areas. Also kids don´t get many chances to run from the pool to the sea without noticing that. Room was quite big and staff is very friendly and reacting immediately on any request. The territory of the hotel is not that big, but is enough to spend the time with family. Food was great with a variety of choice, I also appreciate that there is a possibility of a diet food, which I needed due to health condition. I would also like to take a chance to appreciate work od children´s animator Deniza, who spends every whole day with children from morning till evening and she is the best! My son loved mini discos with her :)

The only thing: playground for kids needs to be cleaned - slides were dirty, seems nobody takes care of them, which is a pity, because kids wanted to ride those slides but we parents forbid them to because of dirt.

Excellent hotel, I had a great time there! Would definitely recommend. Thank you to the restaurants and cooks - absolutely loved grilled red fish near the pool, and other food choices were great. The hotel's laundry/ironing services are exceptional, thanks! I also stayed in Armas Kaplan a few times, and I liked it as well. Great value for money, lots of entertainment and friendly staff.

The communication from the hotel is a little slow. Sadly, my father couldn't join me for the trip (under the circumstances he couldn't predict or control) , and I tried to contact the hotel through booking.com for a partial refund (we booked & paid for 2) but haven't heard back.

The buffet dinner and breakfast was awesome.

There was nothing not to like. Location, pools, staff, food, accommodation, animations, content for children, accessibility to shoping and old town, everything is perfect. Only drawback during our stay was very high humidity and temperature and not crystal clear sea water, but hotel can not fix that. However, they do offer part of the restaurant for families which is nicely air-conditioned.

Stayed here for 6 nights and I strongly recommend it. Firstly, our plane landed very early in the morning and we requested early check-in and got help from the reception (Ulzman is very friendly.) Secondly, the animation team is huge success. Day n night they are working and holding exclusive activities/events. Capadoccia party and Turkish night, don’t miss them! Special thanks to Neco, Alex, Deniza and others for creating joy and fun and encoraging both kids and adults to take part in activities. Thirdly, if you want to try all about Turkish cuisine, this is the place for you. Rooms are comfortable. Sandy beach. Big pool. Food serving and cleaning.

We liked the property in general. So, I’ll write about the things that can be better. Eating area is relatively warm and busy. Airport transfer is expensive. We booked our own through a private company. Turkish night, cutting the ice-cream cake, asking for money/tips. That was unnecessary although it’s a tradition. It’s an all-inclusive hotel so people may not carry cash during the events or simply may not want to pay extra. No pressure to the guests please! Mostly Russian tourists, hope the hotel attracts other people from other countries, too. ☺️

Wonderful hotel for family vacation. 3 pools, nice animation teem for adults and kids. Special thanks to the food responsible, the menu is diverse and delicious. The beach in 200 meters is even better, it reduces the sand and makes the hotel territory cleaner.

Great selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ice cream was lovely, as was the pastries/snacks available between lunch and dinner. Short 3 minute walk to the beach, privately owned by Armas Bella Sun, great swimming pools and entertainment for all ages throughout the day. Clean simple but effective rooms. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Room cleaning was good but could have been a little better, some things weren't changed/checked as frequent as we'd liked. Had to ask for toilet paper twice where it hadn't been topped up that day (not a major problem) Bed sheets being changed a bit more frequently also would have been nicer. But all in all cleanliness of the rooms and resort was great.

The food was amazing, spacious room, good service, a bit loud at times but ideal for families with younger kids , lots of entertainment.
