Another amazing stay at Barut Hemara. It was my second visit and was just as good as my first. The staff are great, very attentive and keen for you to enjoy your holiday, the facilities are brilliant (we particularly liked the garden gazebos and the indoor jacuzzi) and the restaurants are exceptional. I would absolutely come back for a third stay.

Everything was great (particularly the breakfast omelettes freshly made as you watched). The only improvement is that (bar the patissiere) the coffee isn't great. It would be good if the coffee was freshly made rather than using vending machines. However, that is a minor niggle as the food and drinks are of a very, very high quality and every meal we had was absolutely delicious

The grounds are gorgeous, so clean and tidy and the staff are impeccable. The food options are very good (coming from a self confessed foodie) - we booked a couple of the a la carte restaurants but they all looked beautiful.

The only downside is that people seem to reserve their beds with towels, which means it’s limited some days on where you can find space. As a two it wasn’t bad but could be tricky as a group / family.

We stayed at the hotel in January, and I can sum it up in one word—excellent! Everything was fast, accurate and polite from the reception desk to the staff of restaurant. First of all, I would like to give a huge thanks to Mr. Vural at Guest Relations. He was so much attentive to details and was always ready to help with all our questions. It was important for us because we traveled with a kid (2years old). It was great to see, how high level of professionalism in the hotel. A big thank you to the entire restaurant team especially Ms Sedez and to Mr. Memet for organizing two amazing birthday celebrations! Also, thanks to Yunus for the beautiful cocktails at the lobby bar. The food was outstanding( a giant variety of everything from breakfast time to dinner) and sure, the pastries, which were paired with excellent coffee and cakes. The rooms and the entire hotel grounds were perfect and clearly designed with great attention to detail and love( a green territory with lots of rare trees and fantastic eco decorations) I’m giving a 10/10 rating for all services and the hotel’s design!

This was my 4th time at Barut Hemera in 2 yrs. Great: - location and moderate hotel size - pleasant beach and pool facilities - green territory - eco-concept aiming at reduced plastic waste - friendly and efficient support at the reception and guest relations: many thanks for the upgrade and for the special offers - very good food offering at the buffet

Suggested improvement: - remove the rocks from the sea close to the beach - heat larger outdoor pools end of season and off season - as many guests are recurring Barut customers, a periodic refreshment of the à la carte menus would be beneficial - review wine lists, enhance wine quality offered by the à la carte restaurants

The resort is AMAZING. The staff is one of the friendliest you'll find - they'll come up to you and make sure you have everything you need. The layout is great, the activities are super fun. Was my second time staying here. recommended!

it's a bit expensive compared to other resorts that are a bit larger in size. would love it if they introduced small pop-up eateries across the resort. at the moment, food options seem limited for a long stay. value for money could be better

My family and I enjoyed a delightful stay. The serene ambiance, coupled with a warm and respectful staff, created a welcoming atmosphere. The resort's team, embodying Maldives-level hospitality, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight undoubtedly was the outstanding food—fresh, diverse, and with a special nod to their thoughtful provision of baby food. Christmas and New Year festivities added a festive touch, complete with generous gifts. The poolside activities and fireplace were enjoyable. In summary, our family is immensely pleased with our stay, and we look forward to returning in the future. The positive experience, combined with reasonable pricing, makes this resort a standout choice. Kudos to the team for making our holiday truly special.

The open hallways posed a chilly challenge, since it is all-season hotel will be goot to have closed or be air-conditioned for better and more convinient movements especially for babies. Also, while the poolside activities and fireplace were enjoyable, a more diverse range of activities, and also the heated pool was still cold for me the indoor and outdoor ones, I believe it can be better in terms of increasing the temperature.

It was okeyish. We came straight from more opulent Rixos exclusive in Belek so the change (for us) was visible. This is also quality brand but it’s more down to earth, acting “bio”/sustainable. For us first experience with Barut chain. Hotel is clean, service is great, drinks are good, food too, but it’s for older clientele I’d say, not much for youngish generation ( at least during the summer months). We welcomed better room with view on the pool, that’s also a great gesture on the first time welcome. Spa is small but looked great and the fish ala carte was also very nice. The NYE menu was also very nice and the even was organized very well.

It’s rather smaller complex, compared to other resorts - but dated, small rooms yet modern, smaller beds, they don’t provide bottled water which was very annoying but I can understand the sustainability is the trend ( which in this case we didn’t enjoy), instead they provide bottles which you can fill in with water and walk around with .. eh? The evening entertainment in winter concept was also very simple.

We could appreciate the great service from waiters at the buffet and in the restaurants. The choice of dishes where great, especially the way everything was flavored and spiced up. We loved the fresh orange juice as well. The lunch options at the pools are superb, as well as the drinks and cocktails. We also appreciated the overall respect of the other guests. Simply one of the best hotels we have had in Turkey, especially if you like a fresh green environment, quality service. For families looking for a stay with children, there is no big aqua park, nor lots to do for teenagers.

Some rooms have noise from the air-conditioning outside, as well as the car-traffic near the Hotel. The bathroom in the double bedroom suites are small. The coffee in the main buffet restaurant is not great; the coffee house should be opened a little bit sooner so you can grab a coffee there for breakfast.

Absolutely stunning hotel, a little oasis. I really enjoyed how low key it was, and that you couldn't see it from the beach (just lots of trees, unlike the big high rise hotels around it). The food was exceptional, and staff went above and beyond to assist when I had a problem (no fault of theirs). The 'cat house' was adorable and they clearly take really good care of their resident cats who were all happy, healthy and friendly (as was the resident hedgehog!). We don't usually do 'beach' holidays but we treated ourselves at the end of a long trip around Turkiye and it was amazing! We would definitely return.
