We loved our stay. The food was delicious, the staff was super friendly: they speak English, German, Russian and Turkish ofc. We didn’t have any problems with waiters etc (but we also don’t drink alco); restaurant is big enough for everyone. I’d recommend to go to their spa, it was amazing!!!!! Location of the hotel is ok, it’s around 3km to the city center. Beach was so-so and we swam at our beach just ones cuz the bottom is not the best and it’s too busy there cuz of other hotel next to it..however we made nice walks (~800m right or ~1km left to Dafne hotel and there’s a perfect sea to swim); we don’t like laying on a beach so it was perfect for us to have some walks. Gym is small and hot, not a lot of equipment is there but you still can do something. The aquagym was fun to do Soundproof rooms!!! But next to the elevators it can be loud I guess.. WiFi is good enough to chat and call.

I think everything was good We had some weird smell in the bathroom and aircon turned off at night🥴 Pls use less plastic at the beach

Everything was perfect!! Staff was so polite and friendly. There you feel your self like you are in your home. Im planning for the next trip ❤️❤️❤️

Hotel 18+, but very weak entertainment, only one show in the evening and everything is quiet after that During day I heard only one offer to join aerobics.. 2 places to eat during day and first evening we arrived at 10 pm, restaurant which was supposed to work till 11 pm was already closing.. ??? Thanks to one employee who let us eat smth.. Staff were not very friendly I wouldnt say it was worth price.. for this price there should have been much much more for everything Staff at the bars and main restaurant seemed tired and angry

Spacious rooms. Big pool. Beautiful hotel.

Few people spoke English. Very German. No control in dining area or pool area. No information given upon check-in. Not possible to get help in reception as their English is almost non existing. Bad animation, unless you are German and over the age of 60.

1) Transfer. It was written that the transfer was included, but then it turned out that you had to pay for it. 2) Poor food, no snacks at the bar. 3) Some of the staff were impolite and allowed themselves rude things. Also, one of the shifts at the reception was extremely unpolite, they started a conflict with us They made us guilty of something we didn’t do, then they hushed it up, but the residue remained for the entire holiday. 4) The food at the a-la-carte restaurant is not tasty, much worse than a regular dinner. 5) The bar in the room was not changed every day.

We spent a very pleasant 10 days at the hotel, the staff was extremely kind and polite (except the reception, but I will write about that in the "disliked" section). Abundant, high-quality food, evening programs, staff and service on the beach *5. I would gladly recommend it to anyone, trusting that the inconvenience that happened to us will not happen to them. The inconvenience was the following,. - My partner wanted to organize a surprise birthday, with great difficulty we managed to arrange everything for that day, but unfortunately to our greatest shock, closed doors awaited us...no table...no dinner...no cake...no fireworks....!!!! :-( The next morning we went down to the lady, who said we could go today too!...but it wouldn't have been a surprise, so we didn't ask. A word of "sorry" would have been nice, - The hotel provides a free shuttle from the airport. They were there for us when we arrived, everything went smoothly, thank you very much. However, our return trip was not so pleasant. The morning before our trip, we asked the reception for a shuttle for 6 am the next morning. There was no problem with this either, we discussed it, the lady even asked if we wanted a wake-up call. We considered our morning departure confirmed. The morning of the trip came, we went down to the reception and announced that we were here and could go to the airport. Well, here came the trouble, because the receptionist knew nothing about it and could not arrange a shuttle, he said let's take the bus!!!!....by bus.....?????....with big suitcases and unknown.....???? this answer really annoyed me!!! In the end, he "helped" us enough to call a taxi, of course at our expense!!!! I hope that such an inconvenience will not occur next time
