The appartement was roomy and cleaned regularly. The breakfast was ok, but dinner was par excellence, the service was outstanding. South Beach which is the one where this hotel has places in is not really nearby, but the fact that in the very modest price of this hotel stay you get an included sunbed at all was a very nice surprise for me in the first place. A single bed was added for the 5th person not to sleep on a sofa per my request. Last but not least, staff was always friendly and helpful.

The appartement could use a little renovation; however, they try to resolve issues swiftly: our leaking shower pipe was fixed in an hour after reporting. Breakfast buffet options might be expanded a little bit to add variety, especially for longer stays.

I really enjoyed the breakfast, it was very good. The location of the hotel was right in the middle of city, it also was very close to the old town and the beach. The staff working around the pool where very nice and respectful. Ahmet, kasem and gokhen helped us with every thing, finding place to tour around, booking a bus tour for us and dealing with every thing so we don't have to worry about a thing. And they did activities, like foam parties and karaoke.

It's was awesome. I liked very single bit of our stay.

We have just returned from Melissa Garden Apart first time in Turkey. The staff here Ahmet on reception and the young man with ponytail .To the excellent front of house Alfie and Yaz and all the staff ,customer service at the top.of thier agenda and make everyday special.Food excellent,rooms cleaned every day ,location excellent near shops ,bars and restaurants all in all the nicest people you will meet and will 100% make your holiday special . Everyone was so friendly and welcoming, Ahmet was brilliant! The entertainment was different every night and really good (Colombian dancers, karaoke and an African night whilst we were there). The food was delicious and there was lots of options for adults and children. My daughter loved the water slide, and the two pools was great so was never crowded or too busy. The room had air conditioning and was clean with lots of towels. There were shops right outside and a bus stop that takes you into main Side in around 10minutes for just one euro each. We will definitely return!

I loved the staff. They are very welcoming and friendly and always go the extra mile to make us happy. Starting from the lovely lady and man at the reception. They welcomed us with an amazing smile. Going to the amazing kitchen staff with all the lovely waiters. And going through the aqua staff . They all should get a raise and bonus on their salary as they do their best to keep up entertained and happy. The dinner was sooo delicious and the breakfast was nice too. The kids loved the pool and aqua. We will definitely go back there again.

The beach was public so it was so crowded with people. But it was sandy and clean.

The best part of Melissa Garden is the atmosphere that the staff create. I haven't been to a hotel before with such nice and friendly staff. We had a late check-in — around 2 AM — and were welcomed by the nicest guy, Kasim, who made sure we had everything we needed for the night. The next morning, we met the rest of the boys — Mohammad and his brother Aziz, Denis, Ahmed, among others — who were all very helpful and created a warm, friendly environment for all the guests.

it was such a pleasant experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very peaceful. The open buffet breakfast was a real highlight—so many fresh and tasty options to choose from! I especially loved the croissants, they were warm, buttery, and absolutely delicious. Would definitely recommend it

There was a power outage in the whole area during our stay, so having a generator at the hotel was definitely a big plus. However, the generator was quite loud, which made it a bit hard to fully relax. Still, I appreciate that they had a backup solution

The playground could use more equipment, as well as repairs—there are small cracks and holes on the slides. The lighting at the ping-pong table is inadequate, making it difficult to play in the evening, and the tennis rackets are old and worn out. Another wish is for better working conditions for the staff, such as more modern equipment for cleaning the rooms and grounds etc., and much higher wages for the staff, including housekeepers, kitchen staff, waiters, maintenance workers, and receptionists. They truly deserve it! ❤️❤️❤️

Very nice stay in Melissa Garden. Ahmet and his team are very professionnal, efficient and friendly. You feel like in family. You can ask them to help you to organise trips or activities, they have got good tips. The private beach is also very nice place to stay. The food is very good and there is show or games every evening. The pool is also nice after a very hot day.

Maybe more choice of fruits for the breakfast

Clean and spacious apartment, nice swimming pool, beautiful garden, good hotel restaurant, good location close to the sea, and most important - very kind and helpful staff.

Very basic kitchen equipment but I understand It is on purpose in order to encourage guests to use hotel restaurant ;)
