Apart from poor room service , the outdoor activities, entertainments , night live shows , buffets are all excellent at 7 star rating. Very friendly and helpful staffs.

The room service is very poor, you have to call the reception several times to ask for room service, the reception check in wasn’t that good, they asked for printed booking confirmation, not that much fluent English speakers at the reception. We had overflowing sink , we complained it 3 times, they sorted it 4th time.

Great range of pools so it never felt too crowded. Great location to walk into Side old town. The hotel itself is smart.

As 2 coeliacs the food choice was difficult to navigate, although there are cards for most foods to show you. No gluten free bread or puddings available.

Wireless internet connection really bad, free use only up to 256M, after that you have to buy more. The food is just mediocre, the desserts all taste the same. You can get a better hotel for the same price.

Great location a walking distance from Side but with a private beach. Nice territory. Swimming pool and water slides for kids to have fun. Great beach. Great buffet at the restaurant by the beach - better than main restaurant.

We lived in the main building which is, I believe, the oldest. AC was not working at all for the first three days. All our pleas at the reception were addressed with polite "we'll look into it right away" and then ignored. Water pressure and temperature in the shower was jumping up and down. The logistics of main restaurant is not how I would prefer it - there's a large buffet room and a bunch of smaller dining rooms + open terrace connected to the buffet with a fairly narrow corridor. Lots of human traffic there. The only route to the beach goes through the "market" - one more unpleasant bottleneck. Lot's of stuff for sale, including a paid bar - too much for the territory of an all-inclusive hotel. But maybe that's specifics of Turkey in general now (haven't been here for 10 years).

The hotel manager Nazim was very responsive to our special requests and accommodated them to the best of his capacity. He really cares. We stayed at the quarters closest to the beach and enjoyed the view, the quietness and the sea breeze. The beach is heaven. Loved every minute. Used the spa and had Murat and Barbara as our massage therapists, very professional and caring. Julia, the spa manager was helping us navigate through all the spa offerings and schedules. Had a private tour to the old city and nearby attractions. Enjoyed trying out restaurants near the harbor. A nice relaxing vacation to recharge our inner batteries.

It’s a large hotel that can feel a bit crowded at times.
