The location, employees and food are absolutely pros in this stay. If generally I wouldn't say that it is a 100% 4 star hotel comparing to other where I have been before in Turkey, but it was something between 3 and 4. For that price it was an absolutely good choice. As I had a short trip, my main criteria was: close to the beach (took just 5 minutes walk from there), at the same time close enough to the old town of Side (took 20 minutes by a nice walk along the beach), all inclusive meals with the view (here 200% of expectations, the rooftop restaurant just makes it! And I'd like to point out the variety of vegetarian dishes too, it was always more than enough to choose from 😊) and of course level of cleanliness. I got all I wanted, so I'm happy 👍🏻

Unfortunately, the hammam and jacuzzi in the hotel weren't operating, maybe because of the seasonal closing already but I wish that information would be given in advance or at least while checking in so then I could had booked it somewhere else in town. And another one, actually just a small thing, the hair dryer didn't work in my room, but luckily there was enough sun these days to do thst job, so I am not complaining.

Great location, close to the beach , swimming pools one with a bar free drinks . Staff very friendly and helpful. Good food , every day different things to eat , restaurant on the top of the hotel with beautiful views. October weather still very nice 30’ during a day 20 at night time. The hotel provides entertainment, music , shows. U can’t be bored there . I can recommend the hotel 11 out of 10 . Beds comfy, rooms with good air conditioning, clean but not necessary 5stars rating. In general for the price we paid everything was excellent !!! Me and my 5 girlfriends love it 🥰

We had some issues with our room , but was solved very quickly, professionally and with a smile. So I can’t really complain. And in a busy big hotels it’s normal something can go wrong any time . So guests should always be prepared for little issues to appear .

I liked simply everything. I can only say that i miss Side Su Hotel already. Beds are huge and comfortable, the shower big and very moderne in fact, it is much better than many five stars hotel I have been to. The food is good. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The position of the restaurant at the top of the building facing the sea that gives a complete panoramic view is something incredible. I also enjoyed the peace and quiet of not having children screaming all around. Said buly someone that afores children, but if u need a break, this is the place.

That i didn't stay long enough

The hotel was perfect for relaxing. It had 3 small pools, on different levels. There were plenty of sunloungers and umbrellas. You could go down to the pool after 10am and still get a sunlounger, which was amazing as people were not reserving them (July 2022). The beach was a short walk from the hotel, it was about a 5-10 min walk. Side Su has sunloungers on the beach, it is quite busy on the beach so I preferred the quieter pool areas. The beach has a really lovely seafront walk to the Side Old Town, which takes around 25mins to walk. Along the route around the coast into Side Old Town, there are plenty of restaurants and bars. Side Old Town is really pretty and vibrant, with beautiful views of the sunsetting. The buffet restaurant was located on floor 5 of the hotel, on the rooftop with really nice views across the seafront. The food was of a good standard and enjoyable. Hotel provided pool towel and you could change this for a fresh one for a €1. The hotel also provided bottled water in the room, which they topped up throughout the stay (when the rooms were cleaned). The room was a nice size, clean, comfy and good Air Con. The staff were all pretty friendly and helped make the holiday more enjoyable.

As a solo traveller at the buffet, I did not always get served a drink (they seemed to miss me out) mainly at lunch, as I ate out in the evenings. The gym is smaller than in the pictures, the cardio equipment is inside but the room is really small. The weights are in the outside area (without Air Con).

Only ate lunch and breakfast, but both were decent. Staff were friendly and good. Location was really good near the beach, a small strip of bars and restaurants and only a short half hour walk to the old town.

Could have included a few drinks in the fridge and no coffee provided with the coffee facilities. Massage selling guy was a bit pushy. No bar on the beach but knew that beforehand.

Good value all inclusive hotel. A good location a short walk from the beach and a 40min walk along the coast to the Ancient town and Amphitheatre at Side. An ATM at the front of the hotel no more expensive to use than the bank up the road. A beautiful 5th floor terrace restaurant offering lovely buffet style traditional fresh food. 3 swimming pools so you can choose either a lively or a quiet atmosphere. Access to the beach with free hotel sun beds. Fridge and air conditioning in room. Midday check out, continued use of facilities and restaurant, luggage storage and use of showers if you have a late flight. But most importantly great staff who are friendly, helpful and professional. Especially the lovely female restaurant captain..

The only slightly annoying aspect is the 'vitamin bar' staff constantly attempting to sell cocktails, iced teas and fruit juices, both around the pools and in the restaurant at breakfast time.

Location was nice, not that far away from city. Ive been in Side many times over 20yrs. You can walk by the beach or take bus to whatever place you want to go. Staff was very nice people, friendly, helpful, especially Emre and Hibachi (i hope his name is correct).. Thank you!

Cleaning service was horrible, during my stay i put sign for cleaning just 2times, because i wanted new towels, water, wc paper. I put my towels on the ground and they put them back dirty, never vacuumed floor, it was with hair, sands from the beach.. and in the end. I walked to cleaning room and take wc paper and water by myself. About towels- i used my own.

The hotel, the food, the location and views were amazing. The cleaning staff were fantastic and the staff at the restaurant were beyond amazing. Especially Hassan, he was incredibly kind and attentive. Always with a smile in his face and wiling to help. We are definitely coming back to Side Su hotel next year.

Very good value for money, good sellection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner, slightly repetitive but very nice and always something for everyone. Great views from the 5th floor open air restaurant, no children somehow made the mood relaxing and enjoyable which was nice.

The wall bar was a little rough, on the road side and open to the public. Could be a little more sophisticated and relaxed with better turns. It's worth paying a little supplement for a better room at this hotel, there is 3/4 different blocks with some rooms not very private, a higher room in the main block with sea view is worth paying for.

We had the best time here with my mom. Absolutely perfect. From the day of booking communication was spot on.we have been offered transfer by the lovely reception manager Gökay .Travelling from the airport is about 1h journey. On arrival we have been greeted by reception team and Cihan helped us with our luggages and showed our room and how things works.He is lovely tip him! Our room view was stunning. Pls be aware of food times and bar opening times. We spent most of our days at the bottom pool where music and games keep you entertained.Bar staff are always friendly and love to chat to you so pls give them opportunity to practice another language,they appreciate it.Food is amazing, you can always find something different to eat. Big thumbs up for the restaurant team - I have been travelling a lot and worked in hospitality myself 20 years.-I never in my life met more hardworking and well trained team. Entertainment is at the Wall bar every evening, if you want to see the nightlife of Side pls ask for Eray. I visited 2 of the big clubs absolutely beautiful places and music is really good.For Side tours ask for Apo his office just next to Wall bar,we went on the best tour imaginable.Special mention to Ozzie who made our holiday.You can find him at vitamin bar around pool for 3 euros he makes the best smoothies. If u in Turkey pls try the massage they have in hotel or just next to the hotel.Amazing! Evenings are lovely on the beach and lot of bars and restaurants there .Thank you Side Su for the best time in Turkey ! If we visit again definitely will be back to this hotel! 🇹🇷👋
