The location is perfect, lovely 10 minute walk to the old town, along the seafront, on a clean, safe, wide pathway, full of shops and restaurants etc. 2 min walk from the hotel to the beach/seafront. The animation team, along with all the staff, are brilliant. Bob and his team could not have been better….friendly, funny, and happy. They provided great evening entertainment that was fun and varied, and a more relaxed feel around the pool - perfect balance. The reception team and bar staff were all helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean, modern, small enough so that it stayed relaxing and not too busy. All inclusive offered endless food options, and snack times, it was never over busy in the restaurant or the outside seating area. The rooms are well equipped, with fridge, kettle, lovely bathroom, massive comfortable bed, tv, safe. We had our room upgraded to the swim up pool room which was amazing. We sat on the small patio area outside our room each evening where it was a bit cooler, had a dip in the pool before getting ready for dinner. I wondered if it would be okay having 2 other rooms sharing this small pool area, but there was only one other couple we saw and they stayed completely in their ‘section’ of the pool that was outside their room…so the space stayed calm, quiet, and felt like a lovely added extra…I would say it is worth it! The main pool area was my favourite- so relaxing, never had any problems getting sunbeds- there are shaded areas and full sun. The pool bar has plenty of drink options, and ice creams, and snacks. The pool was so refreshing in the heat of the day, there’s music playing that always matched the mood… relaxing and chill in the morning and then pop/ easy music a bit louder in the afternoon but it was never too loud or disturbing - just right to give a great mood / feel. Every day was perfect for reading, a lovely swim, then a drink, eat…and repeat!

It’s hard to find any improvements! Being a fussy vegetarian, I would say the food could be labelled more accurately or carefully - eg highlight ‘V’ for vegetarian on the mixed/local dishes that were not obvious if meat or not…..but this is a minor thing compared to everything else!

Everything is nice, clean, modern, quiet, food is tasty and plenty. Great spa and very qualified massage ladies!

Not exactly related to hotel , but they have to be more honest in description! The beach is public, with locals selling and reserving first rows for nearest hotels. Yes, the towels and sun beds provided, but still … it’s very overcrowded

Everything was just perfect! Hotel is brand new, it’s obvious from the furniture, design, etc. Very stylish hotel. The food was soooo various and delicious, pool bar and lobby included. One evening there was even live violin during dinner. 5 minutes walking to the private beach. Everything you may need was provided: bath accessories, sewing kit, beach bags, even nail file - little things say a lot. It was extremely hot outside and we were just happy with the air conditioner quality, it was really powerful (please note: it doesn’t work if balcony is open). Beach towels and umbrellas, sunbeds included. Everyday cleaning. Extremely friendly stuff: English/Russian/german speaking.

When we arrived, it appeared that the hotel is overbooked, though we booked it 4 months in advance. Hotel stuff asked us to move for 1 night to the neighbor hotel, 4 starts also, 1 minute walking to the beach, sea view, some additional bonuses, etc. First we agreed, but it appeared that neighbor hotel is really losing badly in service , room renovations, etc, so we asked to move back to Zeugma whatever it costs, and the stuff came up to us.

The room was with very beautiful pool view, the stuff was very polite. Too much chooise of a food each day, I liked that. The location is perfect, 5 min to the beach and 20min to the old town walking nearby the beach and the sea.

Everyday we experienced horrible smell from the bathroom, even in the middle of the night 😔 So, we slept with open door each night in order not to experience such thing. They should check this problem, is not good at all

Loved that the hotel was a small (by comparison to lots in Turkey) adult only hotel, with guests from all over Europe. The hotel was pristine everywhere you looked and staff were always out & about cleaning. Room was super comfy and bathroom was spacious and well equipped. All the staff we met were great, the entertainments team work hard keeping you busy with activities if you want to join in. Massive shout out to the one and only Kira, a lovelier lady you'd struggle to meet! She managed to get my other half joining in with karaoke, water gym and ping pong!! Unheard of haha! Jad and Bob complete the team making sure you have a great time! It was a pleasure spending time with them. The friendliness of other guests made the holiday extra special and we'll hopefully see David, Carmen and everyone else again next year! A special mention also goes to the onsite spa & Turkish bath. Yes you probably can get cheaper outside the hotel but the staff here make it worth the extra, plus the convenience of it being right by the pool. Za'zar does a great job explaining the different packages you can indulge in whilst Ebru gives a fantastic massage! I've only been home a week and already feel like I need another massage! I'd never had a traditional Turkish bath before and would recommend it to everyone! Food and drink was plentiful, you'd never go hungry and even if the main dishes weren't what you fancied on a particular day, there was always plenty of salads and traditional breads!

For me personally, the included cocktail list could be bigger, or include a pina colada which is my favourite! Equally the morning smoothies that are offered around the pool could/should be included within the all-inclusive rate. Another personal peeve is all the smoking so maybe some no-smoking tables on the lobby bar terrace would be good!

Booked this hotel as a cheapish holiday on booking.com to get some warm weather and to get away from the rain in England. Now I knew Side was nice as I've got friends who rave about it but I was abit nervous about the hotel cause of the price been so cheap but I really shouldn't have been as from the check in to check out it was a wonderful experience.The room and balcony,the staff,the pool area,the spa treatments,the night entertainment,the drinks package and the buffet food I thought was all exceptional.If you vist Side to me the old town is a must and its probably a 20 - 30 minute walk from the hotel but your only a couple of minutes walk from the beachfront where there's shops and restaurants and a flat pathway across the front in which leads to Old Side,it's was a lovely walk and there's plenty of stop offs for refreshments. I've also seen on different reviews before about Side mainly being a German visited resort and they only cater for them in my opinion this is so wrong, the zeugma guests were all kinds of nationalities with English, German, Italian, Danish, Dutch etc etc which every single one of them was respectful and kind to one another during are full stay. Once I've visited a place I tend not to go back as there's a big wide world out there I want to see but I honestly think this is a place I'll return to again. Can't speak highly enough of the whole experience.

Good hotel. New comfortable rooms, nice restaurant with varied food, service can't be called excellent, but quite normal.

Among the disadvantages I can note a very dirty floor in the room, weak water pressure and discomfort associated with unfriendly and annoying staff of the cafe on the beach where the hotel guests are accommodated.

The hotel is very well located, close to Side old town and 200 metres from the beach. When I arrived, Bekir took my luggage, I did my checkin and he helped me with my luggage up to my room. He explained to me everything where I can find it (restaurant, pool, where things are around my room). So big shout out for Bekir who was so polite and nice. The room is spacious and cleaned daily, the cleaning ladies are working so hard. The hotel is quiet and clean and you have everything inside : gym, spa, doctor, well ness. The food was delicious, with a variety of fish, meat, poultry every single day. They have a cute little gym, that is equiped with what you need to do your workout, also they provide towels and water inside the gym. The staff is doing an amazing job and their best to keep everyone happy. Friday's party by the pool with foam was the best, everyone danced, laughed and enjoyed.

I had a little incident with one of the staff members, but the management stood up for me and managed the situation so professionally. I know it's a team effort to keep the high standars and how hard everyone works for that so I won't let that incident affect me and give a bad review because I really had a lovely stay.

Excellent food choices, plenty of fresh grilled meat and fish. Only took happy to serve you, best drinks served in lobby bar. Entertainment team of Tunisians were friendly ,fun and not too intrusive, a quieter hotel and mixed nationalities ,which was exactly what we wanted. 1km walk from old town Side which was low rise and full of ambience and ruins. Very new and everything good style and top condition. Didn't try the spa but it had good reviews. No pressure staff who worked tirelessly. Would definitely come again,off season anyway.

The cocktails weren't the best, but we found a few reliable ones, but for the price and service couldn't complain at all about anything. A gem!

Property was near new and kept exceptionally clean. We had a pool view room which was spacious with good air conditioning. The staff were very friendly, very alert to greeting you. The food was varied and to a very high standard. Lots of delicious healthy options available with a pasta station at dinner and a omelet station at breakfast. Drinks were readily available throughout the day. We were there at the beginning of May and the pool had lots of lounges and was not crowded.

While drinks were always on offer, cocktail standards were a little hit and miss depending on who was making them. There was a tendency by one of the spa staff to pressure you into buying a massage. He was very friendly but we didn’t really appreciate the uninvited approaches.
