Great location, breakfast excellent, lots of choice, right on the beautiful sandy beach so beds and parasols free with the bonus of food and drink delivered to your sunbed, all staff very helpful and polite particularly the reception staff. On a long promenade with numerous bars and restaurants leading round to the old town and harbour.

Quite noisy at night as it's one of many hotels and bars on the promenade some with loud live music, it didn't disturb us but some may not like it.

The room and its facilities were as described in Booking. No unpleasant surprises. We had a sea view (partial), fridge/minibar and hair dryer. Initially, we were given a room with a front sea view but the air conditioning wasn't working properly there so we changed it with another one.

The beach. The first three rows of sunbeds were reserved for outside guests, which I strongly disapproved of. The hotel guests should have the privilege to choose where to sit. They were somehow rated as second class guests there, shown to the furthest from the sea rows. What's more, the attendant was rude and bossy, making inappropriate comments. He ordered us to leave our towels at lunch for some unknown reason. The beach "closes" at 6.30 so it is problematic to stay afterwards and enjoy the coolest part of the day. The restaurant is overpriced, as if it is opposite the Apollo temple. €4 a beer. The housekeeping staff chose to clean our room after noon, when we were having a nap.

The restaurant was very close to the beach with a beautiful view. The food was tasty and plenty for the breakfast. The rooms are looking exceptional.

The food is a bit pricy, but all of the restaurants in the beach area have the same prices. What I don’t like is the difference between restaurants on the beach and 1km away of the beach. I feel like is a tourist trap.

We stayed in Simus for almost a week we had most chilled holiday. If you like relaxed beach holiday I would definitely recommend Simus. Staff goes beyond your expectation to make you as comfortable they can. Special shout to Ali he went above and beyond specially making our table look absolutely fantastic. We most certainly will return again

The breakfast is lovely but diffrent eggs instead of the same one everyday would be nice.

Their new restaurant menu isnt as good as the old one.their isnt enough choice for lunchtimes.

We had a fantastic stay at Simus beach hotel the staff were exceptional, the hotel was spotless throughout, the food and the sunbeds on the beach are the best in Side! We couldn't recommend enough

The hotel is cosy and in a good location. I loved the hotel restaurant and the service there was very good, they even agreed to make Turkish coffee for me for breakfast.

The rooms were not very clean. While one room had shampoo and several towels and drinking glass, the other had 4 soaps instead, and just one towel.

Breakfast was traditional Turkish breakfast. Quite simple, but well served: cucumbers peeled. One might expect a greater variety, but when asked, they also served extra Turkish coffee. The location of the restaurant, very nice and comfortable with seaview. Excellent service and very good food there.

Right on the beach, excellent value for money. Rooms cleaned every day. Could not fault the staff, they were all superb, just couldn't do enough for you. Food was great. Very good breakfast included in the price.

Good location. Staff friendly and accommodating. Easy access to beach.
