The location is amazing, the beach is sandy, clean and great for kids. The staff is friendly and helpful. The building is new. I really liked how compact everything is, that you can easily move between cafe's, pools and the beach.
It was weird how many people were smoking everywhere and just throwing the cigarette buds into the sand of the beach ones they were done.

Real good location nice beach and nice to walk to center of city.. And nice staff. Food ok. But i have seen better food from other 5 star hotels.
Rooms are too small. A very old hotel.

Staff are always here to help you in any situation. Kitchen is awesome. Beach is fantastic.
Poor sound insulation - I could constantly hear my neighbors talking. Very weak wifi

The hotel is beautiful and clean, the rooms are tidy and comfortable, the swimming pool clean, the beach is beautiful and clean, and in the restaurant there are many types of food, and there are also many bars They serve all kinds of drinks and alcohol, and there were many activities.  The staff so helpful.

Our family room was very small and old furniture. The was no ramp for the baby carriage in reception zone.

Very clean. Nice location. Good variety of food on offer Thats was fresh and tasty. Staff very polite and helpful.
Wish there was a choice of soft or hard pillows in bedroom.

there is a lot of food and it's quite good. The staff is friendly. Rooms are cleaned up every day, minibar is fulfilled every day.
Concert program is short and it's finished before 11 pm. If it was prolonged to 12 pm if would be great
