Amazing location right next to the sea, spacious and bright apartments. Staff is helpful and kind, very responsive and always there to help

Can get a little noisy in the evening due to bar downstairs playing loud music as some rooms facing right out to the bar. No sun loungers on the beach although have emailed prior and been told that they are. Aparts has an "agreement" with another hotel about sun loungers, but their "beach boys" are rude and keep pushing you to buy so many drinks in order to use the loungers Internet is very bad in apartments too. Some strange smell from the air con in the bedroom Other than that great stay Thank you)))

It was an absolute delight to stay here with my family, and we had such a fantastic experience that we're already planning our next visit! Namarasli, the hotel administrator, is incredibly pleasant, courteous, and kind. She went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcomed from the moment we arrived. We needed early check-in, which she graciously accommodated without any issues. Upon arrival, there were thoughtful touches like a welcoming fruit platter in our room. On departure, we received small souvenirs as parting gifts—such little details made all the difference! The rooms are impeccably clean, well-furnished, and equipped with everything necessary for cooking. The kitchenette includes essential utensils, making it perfect for families who want to prepare their own meals or enjoy a quiet evening at home after exploring Side's attractions. The pool area is simply stunning! It's beautifully maintained, offering a refreshing escape during hot summer days. Whether you're relaxing under the shade of palm trees or taking a quick dip, it's hard not to feel completely relaxed here. Surrounded by lush greenery, this place exudes serenity. What's more, its proximity to the beach—just a short walk away—is ideal for those looking to soak up some sun on pristine shores. We give it 10 out of 10! ☀️

Our family of 4 went to the Turkish Riviera for a week; 2 adults and 2 little kids looking for a vibrant, homely location where we can park a car and enjoy the local goodies and a larger apartment than what you would have in an all-inclusive hotel, albeit still being a neat one. We did find it in Han Apart!! First of all, it's in a genuinely great location. We were ~150 metres away from the private beach, with view for multiple nighttime shows, but the area isn't overly loud and the kids can sleep well(adults too, if they want to). The apartment itself is cozy, well-designed and spacious with a great balcony. Staff demeanor is very welcoming 😊 Right at the sweet spot what you don't find intrusive, yet you still feel it's their goal to make you feel good. The owner, Şükriye, has a warm approach, remembers your wants and needs and makes sure they are met as soon as possible. She always takes special care of the kids! There's a boutiqe and beach shop attached, with many options to eat out, browse wares and have fun all-day round. With a large and a small pool, entrance in front and back, clean surfaces and kind people all around - we really had a great time and hope to get back soon 🙂

We're a family of 5 with 3 young children (age 1, 3 and 5 years). The apartment was very clean and nicely furnished. A crib/travel bed was provided free of charge for our baby. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The kids loved playing in the pool, even though the water was quite cold. Han Apart Hotel had everything we needed for a relaxing 10-day holiday. Would definitely consider staying there again in the future!

The double bed was slightly hard for my liking, but that comes down to personal preference.

This is probably the best apart hotel in Side area. It's located just 2 minutes from some of the best beaches in the area. Our apartment was on the 1st floor (one above ground) and it had a fab view of the trees around and felt very private despite being fairly close to a few restraurants. The apartment itself was very spacious and clean, it was bright and well-equipped for a family, and all the beds were excellent. It also felt very safe for a baby (we have a 1 year old). The management of the place is handled by wonderful Surkriye who was very helpful throughout our stay. The swimming pools for both adults and babies were also excellent for chilling on a hot afternoon.

Owner and staff are very friendly and always ready to help. We staid for a week with two small kids, and will gladly return, we had a really good time and made friends with all the local cats. Excellent service, a modern, comfortable apartment, very close to the beach, shops and restaurants. The on-site swimming pool was just the thing for a quick splash before dinner. Side museum and ancient town is within 20 minutes on foot along the promenade.

We absolutely loved this apartment! The location is very close to the beach, a variety of shops and restaurants. The pictures on the website are true as shown. The Manager is fabulous. Great communication. Welcomed on arrival despite it being early hours in the morning after a flight delay and around when we left at 3.30am! Plenty of fresh clean towels and pool towels. Lovely warm pool in pleasant surroundings. Great sized balcony and large fridge freezer. It had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or book again!

Absolutely nothing!

Very nice apartments, everything is new and renovated. Cleaning was always done regularly and on time. Also, location is great, just a minute walk to the beach, there are nice restaurants all around and shops, despite that it’s also very calm place, where the noise does not disturb at all. The staff is very great and friendly. It’s a really great place to spend a family vacation there :) everything was really perfect!

Super friendly personnel, very accommodating; very close to the beach, AC in every room, good WiFi, well equipped kitchen. Would stay again!

Sometimes was loud at night until 1 am or longer, because there are restaurants right below our balcony with loud music. But i could sleep well with earplugs.

Great staff. Great location, close to the sea but doesn’t have own sun loungers, you need to make a deal with beach boys at nearby hotel. On booking it states that there’s no capacity for cots but we were offered one for our baby, so I suggest to contact hotel if you need one.

We had some problems with the bathroom but it was sorted.
