I'm going to start by saying that this hotel is amazing, one of the best places I've ever been and felt like I was home. The owners are so kind, respectful and friendly, ready to help you if you need anything. The hotel is situated at 50 meters away from the sea, let's say 15 minutes walking away from the Antik Side.. So, me I found it perfect. Despite the previous comments, my room was very clean, spacious and a small kitchen. I initially booked for 10 days, but cause I loved the city and also the hotel so muchhhhhhh, I've booked for another 5 days.. If I could give the score 1000 ****, i would definitely do it, cause they deserve it. They really know how to treat they're guest, and for me this is the most important, they made me feel welcomed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for your kindness! And we will probably see again in October 🤗, I'll choose you every time I'll visit Side! The best place to spend your holiday! Amazing location and absolutely nice owners, especially "Aycha" who speaks languages and she is always there to help! We highly recommend this hotel.

Wonderful and extremely friendly staff. The lady we communicated with gave us a closer room when she saw we had heavy luggage. The new room was much much bigger and with a large balcony, but she didn't charge us extra for that. I am extremely grateful. The hotel is seconds from the beach and a large choice of restaurants, bars and shops. Half an hour to Ancient Side and the old harbor. Excellent value for our money since prices were very decent. We could have stayed longer if we had more time. Plus, Side itself is wonderful.

The room was exactly what one would expect from a seaside hotel, which on one hand is OK, but on the other it also shows the shortcomings of typical seaside hotels. I refer to maintenance issues which are really small and would make the service sooo much better if fixed on time. E.g. a squeaking bed, windows with no mosquito nets, a puddle of water which stays in the bathroom long after taking a shower... With these things fixed, Delphin Hotel would get a full 10 from me.

The hotel is owned by a family and provided a warm,friendly and welcoming greeting to one. Everone at the hotel was extremely polite, thoughtful and eager to ensure you enjoyed your holiday. A very lovely, enjoyable experience of what turkish life and culture is like. A world away from the usual experiences i have in 5 star hotels and in so many ways a much more delightful experience. However, do not expect the Ritz, especially given the price you pay and be prepared for some minor refurbishment work that may be required in some of the accomodation.

I struggled initially with the hot water for the shower, but once looked at the instruction regarding waiting for a couple of minutes to allow the hot water to come through the pipes, from then on there were no problems.

I liked how close it was to the beach and old Side. The owners were very nice and very helpful - nothing was too much for them.

The Internet was quite poor.

Very good location - right next to the sea and just 15 minutes away from the hystorical center.Absolutely friendly and helpful host. Big size of appartments. Kitchen with everything you need(basics). private parking. Big and cosy terrace. Good price.
