The soundproofing in the room is terrible. One night I listened to a disco from a neighboring hotel until 2am.

timing food parlours opening and closing. There were times early evening when there was no where to go with the kids. Also, the kids club didn't keep the children. They let them out if they wanted to go.

Amazing resort for families with kids. The water park is so good with lots of varieties. This is much better than the aqua park at land of the legends. The food was also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Easy check-in and check-out service. Food was nice and the hotel was not too busy and crowded in places. All facilities were good. Restaurant was clean and cutlery was individually packed for hygiene reasons which we appreciated. Plenty of car parking available and close proximate to some local shops. Nice dessert shop and coffee bar available in the evenings.

Not all the staff understood English and our room was not cleaned until 5pm everyday. The cleanliness differed between the cleaners and the mini-bar was never topped up until we actually asked for it (after 3 days and everyday request after that). Lacked in towels between 4 people and toilet rolls at times. Indoor pool was out of order and the gym did not have any air conditioning. There was always a spoon crisis in the restaurant - never saw 1 available for the week we stayed there.

AI was an experience which we wanted to do for quite sometime Keeping our budget in mind & our requirements of a family type swimming pool + water slides, we carefully selected Crystal Sunset AI resort. Our experience from check in to check out was superb. The female at the counter was very kind & Polite & upgraded us to a bigger room, free of charge. The bedding & rooms were up to standard Food quality was good, nicely served & the variety kept on changing everyday. The servers served the food themselves & understood the requirement of quantity to be served. The variety of food was amazing Cocktails , mock-tails, coffee, desserts all were amazing & the servers kept on serving throughout the timings We do not consume alcohol, so cannot comment on it We did enjoy the water slides and I must say that it full filled a visit to a water park. The only thing I did not like & which would be the same in all AI's is the wastage of food. I would request all to eat & drink as much as you want too, but take a limited quantity first, try it & if u want more take it again
